I thought to have perhaps one round in MX and then to have a refill by Dr N if there is a positive reaction but SO is right that other product as PMMA should be tried to see whether the desired reaction is even possible. This is a tough one.

If finances weren't an issue, the Mexican trip might make more sense...but if I'm not mistaken, Superman stated not being in the best "economic situation." Hell, even the temporary filler route will cost money, but at least it would be money better spent (i.e. determining why he's not having any growth).

This is a very tricky & complicated situation. It's easy for me to say "well, guess it didn't work, try something else or move on altogether..." but that would be insensitive at best. I could only imagine being told that my hard earned cash gave me zero results... and my physical shortcomings were not resolvable by efficacious medical means.

From what anecdotal evidence I've gathered over the years, PMMA is by far the best girth option. This is why I am not so readily willing to tell Superman to write it off and move on...if anything, I'm rooting for him to find a solution and get to where he wants to be.

Firstly, it should be stated that our penises don't make us who we are, they don't change our worth/self-worth, and we could have been born with far worse disabilities/disadvantages...in other words, we should count our blessings instead of dwelling on our perceived inadequacies. But I know better than most...it's easier said than done.

That all said, I started at a statistical "below-average" girth, a classic pencil dick (not a terribly long pencil either). When I did muster up the courage to wrap around the measuring tape, I got a -dropping reading that not only confirmed my fears, they worsened them. Many years I spent following PE forums (e.g. Thundersplace, MyNewSize, Yahoo Surgical Forum, etc) in hopes that something will eventually give. For me it did. I'm not superstitious but I ought to knock on wood that my procedure has yielded significant gains with zero complications to report of. When I learn about men in similar situations (girths 3.5-4.5 realm), I can better relate.

On a side note, it just occurred to me that I once had a conversation with a member regarding a lack of gains. He asked me if he thought he would see gains from PMMA. I said sure, why wouldn't you? He told me that years previously he had temporary fillers injected into the face (I think) and how his body's collagen reaction was both very weak and short-lived. There may be those with physiological/immunological conditions that could prohibit gains. There is reason to believe medication can also worsen the issue. There is a lot to examine here, so if you are going to take PMMA seriously, you are going to have to re-allocate finances into investigation rather than augmentation, like Mustang suggested.

This is why I am serious about the advice I'm giving. Whether it's through consultation with Dr. N, Dr. C, Professor Lemperle, or someone with credibility on the matter, you shouldn't invest anymore into PMMA until you've determined why you've seen virtually zero gains. Then like it was with me, maybe something will eventually give. Maybe it will be PMMA, maybe it will be something else entirely. Whatever the case, don't allow your frustration to your morale. You'll figure this out.

Skeptical I do understand what you are saying but how much do you think it will cost to have Radiesse injected ? if it'is a similar price for PMMA , maybe I should try with dr C for one more procedure and see how it goes , if it makes sense . What do you think ?

Well, that sounds like it is a hereditary issue. For sure get it tested, your insurance should pay for it once they know about your family history...I think.

If you have any STD's, and I am not saying you do, then your immune system is working hard to fight it, and it knows the difference between foreign body and viruses, Bacteria and Germs so it will put more sources on the biggest enemy in your body...

At this point, you can't rule anything out. Depression, if you have it, is a huge problem and must be taken care of ASAP. I am not a Dr, so you get what you pay me for

Really though, I think you must find out what's going on. You need a good qualty SMART Dr, not your stupid run of the mill who will just look at you 5 minute and give you meds and says; Next!

Hi guys . My hole is nearly not visible to the eye . Was just wondering it's been 5 months since my last procedure but my bruised are horrible , I put arnica but it does not seem to improve , how long will it take to clear , here are 2 pics that I have just taken

I don't think that's bruising. I have the same - so part of the skin became darker. I thought it was from a sunbed I used twice in winter but I remember having these after each round. The darker areas are mostly on the Foreskin and at the bottom of the shaft which is not visible from the front view that's how I know it's not a tan since it is quite 'random'.

I have no pain at all. But anyone who have seen my Cock straight away asked how come you are bruised , I reply that I have been using a Dick extender and left it to long and that happened .
By the way it is the same size as when I first started the procedure . She broke a vein on my last procedure she said I had an ematoma so she made a hole in it . So I was left with a hole and bruised up . Long story .
