Olafspo do you think I should go to the same dr you went to paris ? Honestly i thought it was gonna be such a normal procedure go to the dr and fills with metacrill and that's all but my experience it has been a nightmare ! We also have the same dr in common . I feel so distraught because I spent so much money and bloody time and I know that I am going to have more procedure to correct that , fuck now I am getting anxiety !

It really looks like alocalized infection to me. Is it hot and mushy in that area? I suspect the hole that you had allowed some bacteria to grow inside. So get to your DR ASAP. Take some anti inflammatory pills to reduce the swelling but see your DR too...Calm down and take it easy. I know I would also be concerned, but you got us here for you and your DR shall help you ....Take Care...

Sorry you are experiencing such problems with your procedure. I would definitely see a doctor as soon as possible. I know that Dr. Casavantes didn't perform your procedure but maybe you should email him to get his opinion on your problem since he might understand whats happening better than other doctors with no experience with metacril in the penis. I understand your anxiety, I would be worried sick too. Please see a doctor and try to stay calm as possible. Please update as soon as you get a diagnosis. Good Luck!

Not only should you contact Dr. C for his expertise as jimmyjames noted (although with the volume of emails they probably receive I don't know if you'll get a response in a timely fashion worth waiting for), but you should write an email to Professor Lemperle asking for his opinion. I had his email address, but I'll need to find it, if anyone else knows it off-the-top-of-their-head, please share. Complications of this order are rare, but the GOOD NEWS* is that it is treatable and Olafspo's journey gives more than enough assurances and hope. For all those who ever thought this was all a casual decision and a "quick & easy" procedure, think again. Complications are real, and not all results are perfect.

Superman, we're with ya and although you may not have anyone to talk to in your personal life, you have us here. I don't want to downplay the nature of your complication, but I want to put it in perspective to perhaps give you some peace of mind: unlike complications from other penis enlargement methods, infections are treatable/curable and granulomas can be managed and/or resolved. You aren't dealing with complications that directly affect form & function of the penis, like severe retraction due to scar tissue formation or impotence or loss of sensation. This should be a sigh of relief, if there is any I can offer.

maybe to get to Dr Cassavantes faster, you could call their office and tell them that it is an emergency to get in contact with Dr C, and you can talk to him or get him to email you ( instead of sending an email and waiting a very long time to get a reply or no reply at all)

I did not know you had a hole in your skin. It probably is an infection. Wait and see what your Dr. tells you tomorrow. You will probably get some ATB. When I sent Dr. N my pictures she responded very fast though. She even sent me medication the same day which I got 2 days after. They were antibiotics and anti-inflammation pills. I did not take them because I noticed that my situation was already on the way to resolve itself. The infection will go away, trust me. Going to the doc and getting some meds to help is the best option here.

To me that looks like an infection. Usually I'd think you have a granuloma, but the fact you had that big hole in your skin, means it's so easy for an infection to get there.

I don't understand how you were able to have more PMMA when you had that hole. What did she say about it? Did she offer any explanation of why it occurred in the first place? I'm sure I remember you saying stuff was leaking from it after earlier rounds.

hoddle that's wright it was leaking after my second procedure, it did close just before I had my third procedure but it's open again. She did say it was an infection. She just reply to me and said I need to buy oxacilin and niflactol which are both capsules and bactroban cream.

I'm really sorry to hear about your new troubles. Your immune system clearly does not correspond well to the treatment. Do you have Dr. N phone number? I used the one's from the clinic website and it connected me directly with her. I agree that this procedure has own challenges, I also don't see many benefits of it so far even without the infection.

I don't think anyone here has had such an open wound for so long...I agree with Hoodle that it's possible some bacteria got in there. Do you have access to bactroban (mupirocin) cream? It kills almost everything (even mrsa) & is also what helped Olafspo a little bit in his log. You might need oral antibiotics too. Doxycycline and Cephalexin are commonly used to clear up skin infections...sometimes azithromycin. Dr. C gives cipro I think, but that can cause side effects in some people moreso than the others. Hopefully it's an infection that you can clear with some antibiotic cream & pills. Do not use neosporin or similar "triple antibiotic creams" (bacitracin, neomycin, and polymxyn b) because it will promote mrsa.

Once the infection clears, you may need a stitch or steri-strips to keep it closed...it's not good to have it open to the environment & your body doesn't seem to be closing it. Was this the insertion point for the PMMA? Or, did this open somewhere else?

One thing most of Dr N's patients have in common is they are nearly all uncircumcised. If I had to guess, I'd say 80% of uncut guys who have had this done with 30% have had issues. Hellbent had 10% and had a problem, but he gained quite a lot from a small amount and he speculated Dr N might have injected him with 30%.

Personally, if I were uncircumcised, I'd think twice about considering this, as most guys claim they can feel the PMMA, or have aesthetic issue's, lumps or even reactions. It seems to me that mobile skin just doesn't work very well with this procedure. Having said that, the most aesthetic results I've seen to date have been with 10% on uncut guys.
