I'm drawing the same conclusion Hoddle is, and I think to test this theory, you may want to consider the injection of other collagen-stimulating products. Granted, time & money is not something that can be thrown around and I get that. But there are temporary fillers that stimulate collagen, only that they aren't permanent (like PMMA) and will eventually dissipate. At least in this way you'll know for sure whether it is product or physiology. Just an idea.

...Actually, it's a great idea if you intend on considering anymore Phalloplasty, because the alternative is to either seek out another doctor, technique, and & product (e.g. Lipen in South Korea, or Linnea in Mexico) or a separate method altogether (e.g. FFT, grafts, etc). By determining the root cause of your lack of gains can save you both time and money in the long run, assuming of course, you care to pursue Phalloplasty any further.

Whatever the case, good luck and I feel bad about your lack of gains. I can only imagine how frustrating it is if I were in your shoes, and I started much thinner than you did pre-op. On the bright side, at least the infection is no longer a concern. Good luck

Also when I signed the paper work in Prague, she said that the procedure will 100 % give me a gain of 1 Inch , so what happenes now do I get my money back or does she have to give me free metacrill ?

To be fair, it was not the product that caused the lack of Girth gains (assuming she injected you with the right stuff and at this point we have to assume as such) it was, if we are corect here, your body that did not respond to the beads. I think once you find out the real cause of the issue, you can contact her and see if she can work out a mutually satisfactory solution.



I ask H10 and all, is it possible that your body was so occupied with the infection at hand that is did not recognize the PMMA beads or was not able to do two things at once. Although, your body was doing the right thing, protect and attack the infection and it did by causing fluid build up. So in its mind (your body) it has done its job. Now the infection is gone, may be it will see the beads and start building the collagen.
I say give it afew weeks and keep an carfaul eye on it, once the antibiotics are gone from your body then see if you start to get any gains. It may be very slow especially in your case so patience is required. Keep in touch with your DR and let us know what happens...

Mustung but what Dr nemecova never Made that all because of all that crap She said that was going to Help , what if !!! Maybe i would be like everyone else on this board enjoing my thin penis grow . I do believe that. I sent her a picture of my penis When all that staff was coming out , i said that i was so worries . She never replied to me , i can understand She Is busy but after 3 weeks you would expert a replay at least to ask how everything Is going ! That pic was horrible ! Maybe i choose the wrong Dr . Could it be at all possible that his body was too busy fighting the infection to deal with development of collagen?

Is there a time frame for my body to recognise the metacrill and for the collagen growth ? Now the infection Has gone , can it Still happen for me ?

Man, I feel your pain and I do see your point. If she saw that hole and did not respond in a helpful correct manner, then she has to answer back to you. It is better for her to take care of you than leave you Hanging. This board so far has had huge effect on PE Dr's with its generally quite accurate feedback.

That doctor had both a professional and ethical obligation to answer your emails. Unless she has some proper explanation for that heartless behavior, I would consider it a major warning flag for anybody thinking about giving her a visit.

Yesterday I sent an email to dr Nemeckova explaining how upset I am and that something went wrong down the line with my procedure. With 4 procedure and no gains, a lots of money spent and nothing to show. I said maybe I am one in a million, and that in the future I'd like to try again and if there was a possibilities to get a discount from future procedures. I am awaiting for her answer and will let you guys know. It takes two to tango and she should accept it and help me out here.

Why don't you just try to go to Dr. C to see if you get gains that way. I i didn't get gains after 4 procedures I wouldn't even think of going back.

I know New1inch I agree with you but if she can give me a discount I have to try the cheaper way I am not made of money , plus my situation at the moment is not good economically.

If your situation isn't ideal economically, you may want to put off wasting more money. You have to establish why you aren't seeing gains before you actually get anymore injections done. Hopefully you'll learn more when you talk to Dr. N.

Also, not sure if I missed it in this thread, but were you on any medications, supplements, and/or diets during those 4 rounds? Any pre-existing health conditions you're aware of? Maybe some external factor is at play here and it isn't necessarily because you're a 1-out-of-a-million. Keep searching for answers before you throw away more cash.

I agree with SO on this. I'm monitoring your posts with a concern the least to say. The frequent infections and no gains must be linked and you should find out what is the cause before continuing with other procedures. I'm not overly excited from my gains as they seemed to have been only 0.25" each round and I still don't know if even these little gains will last as I'm only just 6 weeks after round 2 and we all know how it can go either way at this point. But what I'm trying to say is that the minimum gains might be simply just the filler with tiny amount of collagen around it and in my opinion, you should feel something under the skin after already 4 rounds. Most likely I am not helping here but I don't wish you to go through another ordeal.
