I just re-read what you said. Ugh. I didn't realize you had the same implant and then had it removed. I'm hoping I will fair better .. So far, though very early still, things are going well. 7 weeks. I'll see what happens. I'll visit this site for as long as it's up and I have the implant for progress/status.

Hi Grandsurgery, I am really happy that you are sharing your experience with us and it is good to know that you are going well. Could you tell me more precisely how much Girth did you gain in the Erect state?

Dec 31 will mark 3 months since my Penile and Testicular surgery from elist. I'd like to mention again that several people on here mentioned how the Dr. hasn't been actively involved once the Surgery completed. In my case, both he and his assistances have been calling me directly once every couple of weeks. I am pleased with their followup.

This third month things have been more natural for me. The penile implant is "heavy" compared to a regular penis , so it takes time to get used to. My testicals look, to me, natural but do feel hard to the touch. I've had some close friends look, touch to get their thoughts behind it. Visually they say it looks normal, though knowing that I had this done, it does feel 'different' to them.

For me, the surgery delivered what was promised Would I do this again if I had the chance, right now after having this for 3 months, i'm not sure. The first 1.5 months was extremely painful. I haven't gotten used to it yet, and I hope that within 3 additional months (putting me at 6 months, I will feel better about it. My Erect penis is still about an Inch shorter than I started, though I'm hopeful that it will regain its size in the next 3 months. I'll keep you posted. The Girth has increased by more than 50%... so visually it looks bigger. And of course , the Flaccid state is about 2x the size it was before. around 5.5 inches (6 inches Girth)

In Summary: Visually, it delivers, sexually I haven't lost any sensation. Touching the penis and testicals does feel "harder" than untouched when Flaccid. Testicals are tight and I probably need to use testical stretchers.. though I'm not sure which/if I should do this. I need to check with the dr. again.

Although I am not a fan of Elist and his practice, visually you have come out looking good. The hardness of the testicles is something that everyone I have seen receive them says. I could never go with the Elist penile implant but would be tempted to try the testicular implants if it was anyone but Elist. You did come out of it looking very impressive, though. Thanks for the update. I hope you get your length back! But more importantly, I hope that you prove to be an exception to all of the guys before you who have had to have the implant removed.

Hi Gransurgery! It is really nice to know that everything is going well. Your result looks amazing! perfect. This kind of result that keeps my hopes to have a better life in near future. Only two things makes me to wait more before decide what procedure I'll do. First, we cannot find a man who have this implant for 3+ years and still want to keep it. Second, it is hard to find images of implanted penis in erectile state. It makes think that it may not be so good as in the Flaccid state. But anyway, your results looks fantastic. May I ask you how much Girth did you gain in the erectile state? Or you cant have full erections yet (because of the pain)?

Around the 1.5 to 2 month mark the pain-when-Erect went away. I no longer feel any pain from the implant. period. Touch my own penis still feels "new" as it's harder when Flaccid. The Base of the penis feels like it's always Erect (from the Girth the implant adds). I'm assuming that as the layer of fluid builds around the implant it will feel softer to the touch.

When Erect, the Girth becomes close to 6.5 - 6.75 inches. I will upload a picture of my Erect penis when I can to show you. I hope my updates have been helpful, informative. Everyone is different and I've been very patient in starting with sex after surgery. I followed all directions to the tee, as hard as it was I refrained.

John316, before you jump on the idea of the Elist implant due to Grande's experience, make sure you read about the tragedy this man has caused. There are members here, at Thundersplace and elsewhere on the internet where you can read about horrifying experiences.

Please do a search on this website and thunders.org by typing in "Dr. Elist". Then spend the next several days reading up on the countless horror stories resulting from his implant. You will find very few (if none) are positive experiences. If you still feel the need to get the implant, more power to you.

I can appreciate that. All we are trying to do is make sure you make an informed decision and not one based off the results of one outcome.

Thank for your point of view on the subject I was wondering if you know any doctors that are better and that also perform other surgeries?
