You posted a photo and then deleted it. It looked nothing like what you claimed it to be.

A few people asked about photos in Flaccid and Erect state, I'd add pre op and post op. If you can do that so we can assess the success of your implant, it would be great. You must show the incision in all photos, else it is not possible to determine its authenticity.

A few photos of the testicles implant would further show your true enhancement.

If you are real, then I am certain by now you know what you got yourself into and I'll be here to help you out.

If you are fake, then I am calling you out as fake......QED!

I have been private messaging Grande Surgery and he is real. I also got the testicular implants done in December and just did the penile implant this month two weeks ago. So far the healing process has been a little rough but at this point I can see a lot of progress. My partner also got both the penile implant and testicular implant done the same time as me.

I can't say whether or not I like the penile implant yet since I am not able to have sex for another month or so. But yes, the gains are real and immediate right after surgery.

This is my partner's 9 day post surgery photo. He did both testicular implant and penile implant surgery at the same time. The reasons why his shaft is a little "ribbed" is because he was wearing the Tubigrip Tubular bandage. The "ribbed" part goes away a few minutes after taking off the Tubigrip bandage (it acts more like a sock than a bandage since it doesn't stick).

My partner's testicular implant incision line. It is healing fast. I already removed the stitches in day 10 over the weekend. He has less pain than I did when I did the testicular implant since he had naturally more skin. My Balls were sitting up high for three months at least while his seem much more natural sitting in his scrotum.

Aero thank you for sharing your experience . Your and your partners pictures look amazing and very natural . I also had the testicle implants put in in June . I am concidering the penile implant in the future . I hope you continue to share your progress good or bad , as it will allow others to make their own informed decision . Wow aero604 you and your parters pics look amazing! I'm considering doing the surgery myself but with all the negativity, I'm starting to get hesitate. It would really help if you and grandesurgery would keep me updated on your status. Thank you guys so much!

@Needagoodsurgin I can only tell my story and my partner's. Right now the jury's out as to whether or not I like the penile implant since it's all so new. The surgery itself is quite simple because of general anesthesia. The first three days that we were in LA were the worst part because the drain and the fluid coming out of the drain. Every few hours we would need to drain the blood and antibiotic liquid into the sink. Also peeing is a challenge. Basically like shooting a hose everywhere. I ended up resorting to peeing in the shower standing up. The antibiotics makes you constipated so we were advised to eat a lot of salad and olive oil which helped. We were mobile enough to go visit the Doctor's office via Uber then grab a bite to eat afterwards. Again eating lots of vegetables and clean protein. There is a lot of resting and sleeping during those first few days. I'll post some photos of post surgery so that you can see what I mean.

@bicho the testicular implant was a breeze compared to the penile implant. I'm glad that you are recovering from your operation. I hope you end up liking the results. It'll take a few months for the testicular implants to settle and for your scrotum skin to stretch out and accomodate the implant. I get compliments when I wear swimsuits now with the big bulge from the testicular implants.

I agree...An informed decision is very important. All progress reports are welcome.
One thing...when weighing that decision to get the implant, don't dismiss the other implant stories on this board.
