There is nothing ideal about the silicone implant. Whether you look at the hard evidence (e.g. authentic patient reporting with photos to back it up) or the conceptual flaws (rigid material in a dynamic organ, invasive, etc), you'll see that this is both an obsolete and highly risky method. And we haven't even started on the doctor involved, shady marketing tactics, etc. Keep reading, it seems like you've only scratched the surface.

You are probably right Skeptial One, I respect your knowledge and experience in this subject. I just belive that a couple of good scientists and doctors could figure this out. I think that we already have the necessary tecnology to do this, both in medicine and materials science. But for now I put my hopes in chemical PE and in this... Of course I am not an specialist, my research resources are this site and the articles available in Libgen related to this topic only.

I just fnished my 3rd week post Surgery and going on my 4th. Everything is still pretty tender, and somewhat swollen, but I am seeing improvement. Girth has doubled for me, and Flaccid length increased by an additional (approx) 3 inches..

For those asking about the scar. It's very noticeable right now. it's about 3 inches horizonal on pubic hair. I suspect it will be less noticeable when the scab falls off and the hair grows back. It's a very thin line so once all is grown back I'm sure it's going to be very hard to detect.

Several people seem to be really against this type of surgery.. I understand your view. Please remember that I already had it done, and I'm on here for support, sharing anbd hopefully get some constructive feedback. I do hope I'm one of the lucky ones that heals properly and everything works well. For now, I'm dealing with the (finally) mild discomfort as the body heals. I hope at the end of the 4th week the area won't be as tender.

I will post more pictures next week when it looks better as it's pretty swollen still and red. I will hopefully find out on Monday if I can stop wearing the compression sleeve.

Thanks for sharing your story. I had Dr. Elist's testicular implants "installed" in July, 2014. I have been very happy with the results. It is amazing how people tend to notice my package now, even in slacks, since the surgery, and I don't wear tight pants. I have two criticisms: the implants are still a bit firmer than natural testicles; and there is a bilateral scar that can be spotted at the bottom of my testicles if you're looking for it. Having said that, even my doctor didn't comment on the scar or the implants when I did the "turn your head and cough" test. Maybe he noticed but just didn't know what to say....

One other thing. My scrotum was pretty tight before, so three months after surgery I began using silicone rings to stretch my Balls, about one hour/day. After about a year of stretching, my scrotum looks normal - hangs lower than before, and with the much larger implants (size XL). I am going to stretch for another 6 months to a year to try to get a lower hang. I hope that you are as happy with the TE surgery as I have been.

I thought for testicular checkup you can only do it through x-ray. Not the traditional way. I suspected they would never feel like real testicle. Can you share a photo of how they look a year after. I'm approaching the end of my 4th week, they are much less tender, and the color is starting to look normal, though they're still pretty high up, I would like them to hang lower.. Not sure how soon I can start pulling down on them.

Can you share a link of the product you bought to help with stretching them down? Has anyone ever asked you about them during sex? I'm wondering how I should answer if someone does.

I will work on taking some pictures in the next day or two. So far, no one has asked me about the implants, and I'm not sure how I will answer if/when someone realizes that they aren't the "real deal." Maybe we can brainstorm a plausible response...

Regarding the stretching, I am using Oxballs silicone rings. I started with one ring, and now I have worked up to three. I wear them for about one hour a day. It is a slow process, but there's no reason to rush. I've inserted a picture of the product. You can find them on various websites online.

I'm 4 weeks into Surgery and things are getting better. Had yeast infection due to 2 weeks of antibiotics after surgery, though lotion has taken care of issue. Swelling has gotten down considerably with Testicles, still working through discomfort with penis. Though it's getting better. I will post more pictures when changes are more noticeable. That cough test was for checking for an inguinal hernia, not a testicular exam. You still have to feel the testes for that exam.

How are your erections now? are they still painful? Is the implants "stitched" to the penile shaft? how's the EL right now?

My erections still hurt.. So I have not been able to measure EL recently though I have noticed it's less than before.. My understanding is that this is expected and I will start my stretching routine as soon as it heals a little more.

I'm pleased with Girth (6"), length needs work. I suspected this will take some time.
