It's actually shrunk quite a bit from those pictures Kherion. The product that Dr. Cho uses is 15% PMMA and 80% Dexatran. The dexatran only last a year and now that has mostly left so the Girth has decreased. I'm glad that's your style but for me it looks too fake.

I had to discontinue the DMSO treatment. I go to the gym and sweat a lot and the smell was so overwhelmingly strong. Just pure garlic stench and BO that bothered myself and innocent people near by. I will keep the pumping before my appointment.

So how does it feel?

Like chewed up gum wads that are dried out - like you left them out on the table. And also some have hard edges... like a shell. Unfortunately when the "shell" is scraped off (at least in my case) a new one formed. So, basically the full Nodule has to come out if you want the hardness gone.The DMSO application softened that "shell" feeling for a while. I think DMSO may be somehow hydrating the area internally...like forcing the body to draw water to the site...so maybe it feels softer, but it "really" isn't. I really don't know. It was a long term solution for Hoddle's Nodule issues (fat related, I think - not PMMA). It may be for me too - but I'm waiting for my tiny Revision to settle before using that again.

Are those nodules very painful or causing other serious problems, or is it mainly problem of "deformed looks"?
How do they influence sensitivity during intercourse?

Just got finished with the great team over at Dr. Casavantes office. This was a touch up procedure. I had 9cc 30% and some micro dropplets. The good doctor focused on the base where Dr. Cho would not put product.

I want to add my penis aesthetics did get better after a year from Dr. Cho's 3 procedures. If you look at the picture story line, you will see that there was many problems but most of those had smoothed out by now. This made the 5th procedure I just had pretty easy I think. Like others have said especially coolhandluke, wait and wait some more, things will soften up and look better. At 3-6-or even 9 months is not the final outcome.

If I could do it again I would have went back to Dr. C for the second procedure and any after that. I think the first outcome was due to aftercare. When you leave the office it's pretty much perfect, then it's up to us to keep it that way.

Also, I would tell people to stay at the Hyatt Place hotel. It's like $90/night with taxes and everything out the door. Way more up to date and nicer than the grand.

Thanks JD. I think this will be it. It looks nothing like after my first surgery in which I swelled all over the place and by day 2 it was already a mess. It is looking good now that the base has some product and some of the indentions had micro drops added. All I have is bruising and no swelling, I didn't bother with taking ibuprofen. I'm glad I chose to go back to Dr. C for this procedure. Their team is great and they really want to make you happy with the results.

Yeah the Hyatt is way better that the Grand and the walk is like 2-3 min tops. It's also very clean and modern.
Glad to see the doc got you fixed up. I had micro drops on my last one and it really finished it off nice. Congrats.

Don't worry about the circ cap, its a large one but very typical and not at all unusual looking. I've seen many guys who are uncut with the same thing, it looks fine.

The irregularity at the base is atypical, but also not so bad, I'm sure with the new Dr. C round everything is perfect.

Here is what it looks like 7 days post. I have lot of nodules from before and it seems like on the left side that I have another one from this procedure plus that ones I hoped to get "broke up" are still there. There is a drop off on the left side that will need to be fixed and the base doesn't seem much wider than before.

Not has happy as I was day 1 post op. Maybe my after care was shit. I just wore the ESL40 and massaged it a bit. I saw this bump coming and tried to manipulate it since day2 but it didn't help.

I guess I'll try again in a year from now. At least it is way better than when I started. I hope these nodules can be soften or removed, however. They are very hard and easily felt. My loose skin and loose cir scar have contributed to my bad results I believe. Those with tight skin and tight Circumcision get the best results.
