Dr. Klein dissolves artefill (pmma) by using 5fu and kenalog. Maybe you can reach out to him or a doctor like him. Even the dermatologist I am friends with (but not a big famous one like Klein) uses 5fu to break up nodules from pmma. It's a chemotherapy drug - but in minute quantities it can break apart the white blood cells that are surrounding the pmma.

My urologist said a deglove is really the only way to get into the deep nodules - but the skin-level ones (injection sites) are accessible via needles or small incisions...like what dances with dragons posted. It doesnt look like you have those.

You're right - guys over 5" girth probably should think VERY hard about this procedure. I was at 4.75 and am not sure if I even did the right thing by doing a round 3. I wont know for a few mos.

Also, have you been in touch with Wade? They do a lot of fixes of Loria, Elist, and FFT patients... more than get posted here. They mentioned they have seen a lot of patients who had bad results elsewhere. They will probably understand why you went to Cho since you're in asia, but I dont know financially if it's worth going back there. A good approach, IMO, would be to use conservative doses of kenalog to reduce the large spots and conservative pmma to even things out...but this might take more than one session. I know someone who dealt with this in her face from artefill.

Obrec, hunkydory, Thanks for the words of encouragement, it does make me feel better. I think my expectations were too much when it came to a perfect looking penis and no such procedure exist so I do need to relax more and just accept the fate I willingly chose.

Tomcat, I haven't measured the Girth in forever, I always just estimated by the gap when I hold and from how I held it before. I will try to find a tailors tape soon.

Restoration, thanks for all the info but i don't think I want to go through any of that. I am just going to wait until next Jan or Feb to determine my next move. It might be Dr. Cho for glans enhancement and base filler if I save enough. It might be Dr. C for 10% all around or whatever he thinks is best. It might be that I don't have to do anything, only time will tell.

Well folks my penis looks like shit. 10K gone and I have fucked up royally. Not sure if this is salvageable or not. I will probably go back to Dr. C in January to see if they can make it smoother but I'm not sure how it will be possible.

Withdraw from all discussion related to penile enhancement or PMMA all together, and once you've collected yourself to be of more sound mind and attitude and if your penis still looks the same, contact Casavantes directly and don't settle for communicating with anyone else. Dr. Casavantes needs to be weighed heavily more on patient concerns like such instead of messages being diluted through a front desk clerk, a clinic manager or a nurse for that matter. In this field of artistic medicine, it should be a patient focused practice.

Yeah I'll keep waiting, not anything I can really do at this point. It's been 9 months since my last procedure so I doubt it could get better but I can hope. I'll email Dr. C and ask for his opinion directly but I'm sure Wade will be the one to respond since he deals with the customers more.

I think the main thing that sticks out is the gap on top. Otherwise, it's sort of (visually) like a thick Dick with some unevenness - that some people have naturally (for real I am not trying to BS you). But, if it feels hard and lumpy, then that's a different story...because then it does go into unnatural ("is that an std") territory.

Removal. Good grief...seriously man, stay away from any consultation office, wait it out for 6 months. Is there a new club of men that are evolving from this PMMA patient sample, that as soon as there are unartistic outcomes from this elective procedure lets cut it out, really? Some of us need a mental health evaluation before asking a doctor in a 3rd world nation to super size me. This is ridiculous, unless there are tissue Necrosis issues, enlargement of lymph nodes, or the like no one needs to have this filler removed. Remember we subjected out dicks to this procedure, BE PATIENT, ride it out for 6months-1year as some of the PMMA vets could attest, this collagen filler does change over time and the irregularities tend to iron themselves out.

I am 6 months Post Round 3 and my lumps are identical, size and shape, to how they were on April 1 (procedure was march 24). I haven't done anything with those lumps because they aren't aesthetically problematic or very hard... but they haven't changed at all. The stuff I had cut out wouldn't have ever changed. It was too much PMMA surrounded by scar tissue (the biopsy slides give a tiny sample of it).

I had 2 rounds go fine...and this was so different than the first 2, I knew very early that something was wrong.

In rounds 1 and 2, i had lumps go away by week 12, but they were not as dense or immobile as they were this time. Plus, I had lumps where PMMA shouldn't even be - under my shaft... in the crevice between my Balls and Dick...it went wrong in more ways than just 1. There were some in the dermis, too...they weren't going anywhere which was bizarre considering how shallow they were.

I had the nodules removed with the assumption that there would be only a tiny <1/2 cm scar... but skin full of PMMA doesn't heal well apparently...so that turned into a fiasco that dragged on for 2 mos (though other sites healed)

Jewdub - total Removal might be more difficult than selective reduction through a deglove. I don't know who would agree to do it though. If you could just point out the worst areas to a surgeon, maybe they could dissect it off the Dartos fascia, and you'd lose no skin. I don't really know. Some might change...some might not. If you've been through enough rounds, you'll probably have a better idea of how things should go.

I fully admit I am impatient, and this didn't help things... BUT when the Dermatologist I saw said that he's removed artefill from faces plenty of times (and treats melanomas and carcinomas) and it wouldn't go anywhere regardless of time...though injections could help (and we did them...but they did nothing)...I went ahead with the small Nodule removals. The thing that created the mess was the size of a freaking pea. In a million years, i never expected to have an open wound like this.
