Back when I used to VacADS all day (like seriously 20 hours a day) I found a 3/4" or so strip of 3M Nexcare foam tape over the tip of the glans was all I needed to prevent chapping, fluid swelling and bruising near the tip. (you can likely get it off amazon or something dirt cheap... I buy mine at Walmart in Canada).

Just a thought.

What also works really well with the esl are the silicone sheaths they sell on the Grip site (thegripsystem.com). It looks like a rubber but is much thicker and adds traction. It protects the glans but also distributes the pull and it is only $7.

Wow brother congrats big guy! You can do it!Dance With Dragons wrote: UPDATE
I have officially reached 7" BPEL
Holy Shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On 2/7/14 I started stretching using an ADS, so about 14 months. There was a solid 2 months of that where I used the grip system for a little bit, broke it, and then waited for the ESL40 to arrive. I've been fairly consistent, wearing the stretching at least 8 hours a day, 5 days a week at maximum tendon, and have really been putting in a lot of manual stretching during the day at work. All that work has paid off. I hadn't even taken Cialis tonight, and that tends to add to length a bit, so I'm comfortable saying that my measurement was solid with a little to spare.
Now on to the final pipe dream goal of 7.5" BPEL, 7" NBPEL
Wish me luck!

Hey buddy,
I basically don't post here anymore for some of the reasons you mentioned in your last post: Everything worked out perfect for me after my first session. All the issues I was dealing with personally and in my relationship were solved as a result of my procedure and the work I put in after the fact.
My Dick is 7 long and 6.5 thick and nobody ever complains any more. I occasionally think about going back to mexico to try and pump this thing up to 7x7... but for what really?
I think one of the biggest things to remember getting this procedure done is that it isn't supposed to be something that completely dominates your life. It is supposed to solve issues so you can press on with things and move on.
I have had zero issues, pains, swellings or problems. I don't mess with my Cock anymore and really have forgotten I had the procedure done.
Congratulations to you for moving forward with life and for not making the PMMA procedure the center of your existence. Nobody needs to know you had this done. This was for you, nobody else.
Blitz

I'm glad you worked it out. Her post really just seemed curious in a benign way...not at all judgmental, so I was optimistic for you It can be sometimes awkward to know a "secret" about someone you're dating and have to pretend you don't know, once you find out. And, this is a particularly weird one since most people don't know it exists (except the entire staff of my dermatologists office now...different nurse every freaking time I'm there...ugh)
One time I dated a guy who had FUE hair grafts & I couldn't really tell, but old facebook pics had a lot less hair so I was blown away by how good it came out. I just wanted to say - damn it looks great. How long did that take? Did it hurt? Etc... Stupid... So, I didn't say anything since it just seemed pointless (and I could google those questions if I really needed to). Anyway, she seemed nice to me - though I know some guys weren't happy with it in that thread.
Enjoy your Cock ring! lol
