I think that as swelling and fluid go down you will settle somewhere between 6-6.5. Definitely has a hefty look to it!

Thanks for the compliments. One of my hobbies is MMA so I have no choice but stay in shape or get my ass beat.

The swelling is starting to subside slowly but surely. It is looking less like a freak show which is good, although in relation to that, I need to share what happened last night.

My fiance asked to see it, and when I showed her she did not like it. "Your head is really small and it just looks weird with the rest of it that big" and more rambling explanations of what she thought of it. Now, granted it really is crazy swollen and ridiculous looking, but that is the worst I've felt in a long time.

It started as soon as I got into mexico, but I'm just not feeling particularly good about myself right now. I feel very much like a morally deficient person, like there's something really wrong with me. I just feel gross, like only a pervert would think about making his penis bigger. I haven't felt like this before, and for the first time I almost regret ever starting this.

I just feel very much like an outsider right now. I'm glad you guys exist so I don't have to feel quite so alone, because right now I feel severely judged and rejected.

I'm sure this will pass as the swelling goes down and it settles down to where it will end up, and especially once I get to use it. Until then, I appreciate everyone who has helped me along the way and I look forward to not doing this anymore. I'm on the fence as to whether to keep stretching because I think any benefit of larger size is being offset by feeling like a freak all the time because I'm wearing a stretcher under my clothes. I just feel really dirty, probably similar to the way girls feel after they do porn. Maybe not. I just really would like this feeling to go away.

What is your base Girth sitting at?

I just thought I'd chime in here since I had very much the same thoughts running through my head at the last round (too big) didn't help that the girl I was seeing at the time had pain / trouble taking it when we first started having sex again... made me think I had gone and went overboard and that I was an idiot for going so big. And even going for PMMA in the first place. Like what would my parents think? Co-workers? Friends? Etc.

These thoughts do subside... hell I am going back in August for a final round to clean up the irregularities (which will likely add more size as well).

A tip on the ibprophen vs swelling though... if it does start to get red and swollen / warm... Get on the ibprophen and ice. I had to last round. Had quite the scare and sent pics in to Dr. C / Wade.. They CALLED me when they got the pics (I live in Canada so talk about long distance!) and gave me a ibprophen / icing regimen to follow.

This was about 4 - 7 days post op for me though and trust me the ibprophen / ice had no negative loss of size effects.

Dude thanks for that. I think the swelling is gonna be manageable but it's still early, I'll definitely be cognizant of your advice on that.

Glad to know I'm not alone in the way I'm feeling. I just didn't expect it.

My base and mid shaft are around 6.75 right now, which is way more than I imagined. This is what happened in my first round, and ended up gaining almost an Inch. I don't particularly want to be that big as my glans is seriously dwarfed right now, but... screw it. There are worse problems in life.

If I gain nothing and go right back where i was, fine, if it stays a little too big, so be it. No changing it now.

I'm pretty sure my last round was quite similar (24cc total, 22cc @ 30% and 2cc @ 5% I believe)... Aside from the red/warm/swollen days... where I was at day 2 or 3 is pretty much where I have ended up. Weird I know. Everyone is so different when it comes to outcomes though so definitely don't expect the same (but be open to it haha).

And by saying where I was on day 3 is where I ended up, I more mean size and not the shape... We all know this stuff settles as time goes on.

I broke all the rules and took it for a spin last night. Worked just fine. Took a lot of convincing, but she finally went for it. She was actually scared of it, no bullshit. Used lots of lube and foreplay, and all was fine. She got off pretty easily I'm missionary. The only real difference I noticed was it felt like there wasn't much give left, like a rubber band being stretched toward the limit, and I could feel her contractions during her orgasm. Overall, not a major difference. None of this was neccessary, but it is a nice feeling to be the thickest she's ever had by far. Also, the fact that she wasn't blown away by any means tells me that maybe they're not bullshitting when they tell us it doesn't matter that much.

Day 12 round 3

I am at 6" MSEG, 6 3/8" base Girth, no issues, very slightly lumpy in spots but no complaints. No length lost, very good result overall. The glans is no longer dwarfed and it looks as good as it did before, just thicker. Thanks doc C, Wade and Chris for a fantastic job.

Dwd, glad things are going well for you! Where are you sitting BPEL and NBPEL? Are you going to continue to stretch to you goal of 7" NBPEL?
Also can you tell me how does it feel when Erect? is it squishy at all or as hard as it was before PMMA? Do you notice any loss of sensitivity?

It is a little squishy at first but solidifies after a few weeks. Sensitivity is actually increased, which I've heard of other guys experiencing, the explanation being that as the skin is stretched over the implant the nerves are pushed closer to the surface increasing sensitivity. I didn't notice this before but it is fairly pronounced this time. BPEL is unchanged at 6.75, NBPEL is 6.25 I am going to start stretching again when I get back from vacation in a few weeks. I do still want to hit 7.

So I am sitting at 6.25 MSEG, ~6.5 BSEG, and my BPEL is 6.8, measured with weak EQ. I've actually gained a little length since the procedure, which is odd because I haven't been stretching at all. I have heard people say the gains often come during rest periods, so maybe that's what's going on. I am extremely close to my overall goal and couldn't be happier with my result. It looks a little odd Flaccid if it tries to turtle, but I just sort of stretch it out for a second and it's awesome. I do have a ridge on the right side at mid shaft, probably is pretty noticeable, it's just where PMMA collected at an injection point, maybe a half Inch long, kind of like a long grain of rice going into the shaft. not a big deal.

5 week update

I have settled at 6.25" at the base and midshaft, 5.75 behind the glans. Still holding at 6.75 BPEL, although I have started stretching again. Everything is really good with the unit, size hangups are officially a thing of the past: if this isn't enough Dick for someone, then they can enjoy going through the 50 to 100 guys it will take to find a bigger one. It's not my problem anymore.

Life is good, it's a little lumpy in places, but nothing ridiculous. It even looks fairly believable Flaccid, totally realistic Erect. Success and I'm happy. No need for anything further, just shooting for more length because it's free and doesn't risk any harm to use an ADS.
