I've read your entire thread a couple of times and have found it particularly interesting and hilarious!

My experiences have been very similar to yourself and also another chap called Eqstudent.

I've been on a real journey with this PMMA business and my confidence has skyrocketed. Its been a wonderful and fascinating journey and ive loved every minute. I'm desperate to not become a complete wanker but I'm finding it hard to keep my dingle in my pants.

My mid shaft has been between 5.5 and 5.75 depending upon whether I have any swelling at the time.(still gets quite swollen during and after sex) I have to say that the girls I'm meeting are telling me its very big. This is of course the ultimate buzz and is fuelling the desire to bed more women.

I don't think I gained much from Hanging, maybe an 1/8th of an Inch. I had to stop Hanging after two weeks because it was causing Erection issues for me. I have low T I have discovered recently, which I am working on resolving, so my erections can be hit or miss at times, but I can say with absolute certainty that Hanging was ruining my ability to get erections and was changing my Erection angle. For this reason, I no longer consider Hanging for length to be a viable option for me. Now, full disclosure, I started at 8lbs and worked up to 14 lbs within about a week, without doing any prior conditioning. That could have caused the EQ issues, and my erections did return to "normal" within about a week of stopping Hanging.


Hanging didn't work for me, at least not the way i was doing it. That's ok though, as I have come to terms with my penis size for the most part at this point. Honestly, if I could get it to get and stay hard reliably without meds, that would be awesome.

So yeah, I'm not the best person to recommend Hanging as I think it can be a bit dangerous. Just my experience.

I went to a Urologist today to get some testing done, and he commented that my enhancement was the best he'd ever seen, he said every patient he's had hated the work they had done and seriously regretted it. He was extremely interested and asked tons of questions about it. No lectures, no scolding, he just looked impressed. That was probably one of the biggest votes of confidence I've had as to the health of junk post procedure. He did notice, but only after palpating it. Doc C is the shiznit.

WTF was he doing?

Did he ask if he could have a squeeze?

I have a hormone issue that is being addressed, and he had to do an inspection to make sure everything was working correctly. I'm assuming. After two trips to Avanti I'm so used to medical people messing with my junk I honestly didn't even think about it.

I just can't think why on earth a Urologist would need to inspect your penis like that for a hormone issue.

I revisited my GP the other day and hope he'd notice as I've gained almost 2" in Girth since he last saw me, but he didn't seem to haha. Then again he wasn't a Urologist and I was making him look at a wart I had near there so he probably wasn't too excited about any of it.

Well, with respect to my curve, no I don't think I actually lost it. I've been having EQ issues for a whole
now due to a hormone imbalance, and as a result haven't really had a good example to photograph. Pretty much what happens with PMMA is that it is still curved, it's just thicker so visually it looks like it curves less (imagine a banana, if it kept getting fatter and fatter, without getting longer, it would appear less curved). It still looks curved upward from the circ area up, where it gets thinner. I assure you, I do not miss any aspect of my old penis (with the exception of my ex fianc'e who used to ride on it).

On another note, my ex and I have been talking recently, and we are getting together tomorrow. Bam, beat that.

6 Month Update

All is going perfectly well. Size is holding up at around 5.6 mid, 6 base, more with post coital swelling. As to this swelling that happens, I wonder if anyone who has an unaltered unit has ever measured the day after very vigorous sex to see if there is any swelling.

I have been receiving treatment for low T (thanks Miracle for tr advice), and it is having a massive effect. I had no idea, but for the last few years I've had very low T levels, I only found out because I went to a new doc who reviewed all my old lab records. Anyway, I'm getting the issue treated properly now, and the difference in EQ, desire, feeling of well being, confidence, energy... All greatly improved. Also, probably due to EQ finally being where it should be, I actually measured out at 6.75 BPEL yesterday. I'll have to get a pic up at some point.

Lastly, in regards to length, I have noticed something. I figured out what it feels like to hit the back of the vagina while having sex. It's not nearly as deep as I thought on a lot of women. I'd say between 4 and 5 inches. It doesn't provide a whole hell of a lot of resistance, and could be easily missed if you didn't go very slowly and pay close attention to the sensations. I've always thought of myself as far too short, but apparently I have been playing it all wrong. In my latest encounter, I kept my depth more shallow, just to the back of her vag, and did not allow myself to go any deeper. It drove her insane. Apparently the cervix/uterus smashing, though it feels good, also hurts a lot. Going just to the end of the depth without stretching and slamming is just pure pleasure, and she squirted a lot. Hmmm. So the giant length although advertised as awesome, not neccessarily necessary at all, at least with some women.

I am anxiously awaiting the news on glans enhancement, and am very curious to see how it works. I'd probably combine it with one last session if I was to get it done. Anyway, that's the latest news.

Well folks, it looks like this may be the end of my PMMA adventure. I have met someone who is exactly what I've been looking for, and it appears that it may become very serious. Why does this signify a possible PE retirement? Because, one, I don't want to tell her I've had an enhancement (maybe way later, I much prefer her not knowing right now), and two, not only would I have to explain everything to her, I would risk what happened last time, with a woman I loved leaving because of my desire for a bigger Cock. I am absolutely positive what I have now is getting the job done quite well, so I don't see an immidiate need regardless, but who knows, maybe in the future we'll discuss it and maybe I'll get that third round. Till then guys, looks like I'm out of the game for the foreseeable future.

DWD, at least you know you're retiring having got the most out of PE that many guys dream of attaining, as in, you are indeed girthy and overall possess a large package. Anything more, like you said, may tread into sticky territory and your decision to retire is a wise one. I think with the advent of PMMA, determining if & when to retire from PE becomes increasingly more challenging, and it's refreshing to see someone draw out the line in front of them.
