These kind of comments always make me mad. People get mad that the price of a service or item is in demand increases. They act like the person providing the service should do for nothing. This is how the free market works. I am sure your boss would love to pay you half of what you get now, but if you could swing getting paid double for the same job, you would take it.
Fixed supply and excess demand means that the price of the good or service should increase until the two equal. Basic economics. Anyone not employing this in their business is not optimizing it. You can't really criticize someone for doing that.
Is Dr. C's service the "baragin" it once was? No. But you can't really criticize him for adjusting his prices to meet demand.
Not only is the demand higher, he also seems to be the leading doctor in this procedure. Many doctors try, but few have the success of Dr C. At least that's what I've seen. If that is the case, Dr C has the most experience and is probably arguably the best doctor around. With more experience and knowledge, Dr C is worth more than others. Not to mention, I absolutely love by big fat Cock and would have paid more if it had cost more.

Q. What is the difference between Linnea Safe and Metacrill?
A. They are both PMMA-based gels for use in bioplasty (enlargement of penile Girth, diminishing wrinkles, augmenting cheeks, etc...). The non-PMMA based ingredients vary between the two products. Both products contain microscopic PMMA beads that trigger an immune reaction from the body that will cause you to produce collagenous tissue that walls off the product, in a 1-2 month period after implantation. The PMMA does not dissolve but the other ingredients leave the body within 3-5 days. Results and reputation of the products vary as well. Linnea Safe is more expensive. The ingredients are below:
Linnea SafePMMAHydroxycellulosePropylparabenMethylparaenWater MetacrillCarboxymethylcelluloseMagnesium Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt dehydrate (Titriplex magnesium)PMMACalcium gluconateLactated Ringer's solution

Dr. Lemperle's email seemed to suggest they're the same...but he was more focused on trying to help with my Nodule, so the context wasn't totally about that.
If I had LS in round 1, I may not have had the reaction I did in R3... I have no idea what caused that. I only had 15 cc of 30% LS.

I just want to point out that when I asked about pushing my appointment back a few weeks because they were getting Linnea Safe in, and I thought it was the better choice. Wade emailed me back, and his response was that they were the same. No mention of being easier to inject and manipulate. So who knows.
