TOPIC: Elist Testicular Implants

Raising your testosterone naturally typically results in larger testicles. As you age, your body produces less and less T causing a shrinkage of your package. Raising your T will increase your size and you'll be "swinging" again when you walk. I'm 38 and my natural T levels are in the low 700's and rising. Diet, exercise and rest will also play an important role in the production of T. From what I've heard from women, they don't care. I care. And I love my gonads. I like to keep them healthy. Also, don't wear restrictive underwear. I go about everyday "commando" as too much heat causes decreased sperm count and lower T. I still have the libido of an 18 year old to boot.

I had the testicle implants with Dr. Elist in June '09 and am basically happy with them. The surgery went well, I recovered easily, and have really liked having bigger Balls. To answer questions though, the implants are considerably harder than a natural testes. However, I understand that Dr. E has a newer, softer silicone, so maybe they're better now.
The implants "cup" around the testicles and are not seamless. The result is not undetectable nor completely natural looking for feeling. Someone holding your Balls knows that something doesn't feel right.
However, with that said, I am glad that I got them and would do it again ... particularly if the newer implants are really softer. The size and weight between my legs feels great.

Out of curiosity - would this imply that those born with smaller testes/scrotum have less overall T? Or am I reading into it wrong?

Dr. Elist gave me testicular implants three years ago. I'd be glad to comment on that experience here if anyone is interested. (The quick summary is that I am happy with the results.) The subject of testicular enhancement without penile enhancement does not seem to have a lot of interest though, here at PhalloBoards. I posted many comments on my experience at MyNewSize about three years ago. A number of other men participated in that conversation. None of it is present in MyNewSize now. The men in that site were interested primarily in penile enhancement; there were only a few of us talking about testicular enhancement alone. The one comment here at PhalloBoards on this subject is about two months old. No one has responded until now. Comments or questions?

The new testicular implants are still extremely hard. Anyone who touches them will know that they are not real.

If you don't care about the feel they look fine. If you do (which most people who have sex do) Don't get em.

ALso, the edges of where they are attached are very very noticeable when you touch them so it feels like a "cup."

I am single and sexually active and everyone who touches them knows something is amiss. You will always have a question as to why your Balls are so hard...

Florida- Dd you have any other 'work' done other than the testicular? It is my understanding that the 'new' softer material was configured prior to '09 so it would likely be the same as yours. What size did you get and what were you charged (if you don't mind sharing)? Do you find them to be visually natural, aside from the feel? Any regrets or thoughts of having them removed? Seems several patients eventually had them removed. Thanks for sharing...

Testicular enhancement has always taken a back seat to penile enhancement, so as a consequence less of it is discussed.

Yes, you are reading it wrong... Lets not say "small" equals low testosterone, but small-er.. That is, as we age, our testes, whatever size they are, might shrink because we produce lower testosterone... so inducing higher testosterone production naturally will make them a bit bigger, at least will prevent shrinking. In a related matter, I wonder if we could just fill our sacs with PMMA to make our Balls bigger?

Welcome Nevada- I'm glad you decided to share on this site. Would it be possible for you to post some pics of your results. I am also considering the implants, although I'm still skeptical about the 'hardness' issue. Several members here have had the implants and later had them removed- which you actually indicated you yourself had done to get the 'newer' 'softer' version. thanks again for sharing

Hi Nevada I always check to see if anyone has replied to briceb's thread. Your input would be great. I am seriously considering getting the testicle implants. Dr. Elist quoted me between $8500 to $10500 depending on the size implant chosen. I am not too worried about the feel, rather the healing process and discomfort? Any information would be great! I do not think PMMA will work in the sac area, nothing to hold it around the testes and of course one can never inject PMMA inside the Balls...

seriously!??!? That's all 'we' got as far as opinion/feedback/results on the elist implant? been almost a month with no serious feedback even from the person whom is a 'reference' from the Elist office itself. Interesting. Any other options out there? Anyone?
