TOPIC: Elist Testicular Implants

My Balls hang low & women love playing with them.......I personally hate when they play with them, I dont like the feeling. I have plenty of room to put X-Large implants in there if I wanted but wont be doing that ever.
I would rather have a big penis, the Balls are no big deal to me.

I do not think PMMA will work in the sac area, nothing to hold it around the testes and of course one can never inject PMMA inside the Balls...

Quick question for those that have had the testicular enhancement: Once fully healed, are you able to go about day to day activities without any pain or discomfort? Including playing sports for example? Is it advised to take caution when playing contact sports or can they take a good 'knock'? This is once you are fully healed. Say 6months post op..

You can NOT increase your Balls size by increase your test production either through clomid / hcg e.t.c. If they are shrunk they can increase them to the size they were, but once you stop taking them, they will shrink again.

Surely there must be a surgery that does good testicle englargement surgery out there?

Yes, I realize Elist is not a good penile procedure doc. I had the testicular implants by Elist, and it's been eight months and I'm very pleased with the result. But it was expensive.

anybody hear/ know about DR. Reed's implant? He charges 6000 and offers both soft silicone and saline filled sac. I wonder if those are available to be performed by Dr. Commancho? Sounds like it's a manufactured implant. Never heard anyone talk about his 'work' (Dr. Reed) or that implant. Anyone ?

seriously!??!? That's all 'we' got as far as opinion/feedback/results on the elist implant? been almost a month with no serious feedback even from the person whom is a 'reference' from the Elist office itself. Interesting. Any other options out there? Anyone?

Not sure where to post but since I have searched this site many times over past year for options with Atrophy testicles due to testosetone therapy for past 5 years.....thought I would share recent experience since this site helped me make some decisions and offered many options to check out many surgeons and processes.

I had testicular implants done this week by brilliant artistic plastic surgeon out of Norfolk VA. (Dr Trengrove Jones). We had discussed options for testicular enhancements for past year since he helped with touch up of minor surgical tightening procedures for my restoring process of my Foreskin that was also an artistically brilliant procedure. When I had an appointment in March if this year he agreed my natural testicles now were in line with opportunities for enhancement, and would assist.

What he suggested was a type of silicone carving Block prothesis that he had experience with in past, but I wasn't totally sold on it and fearful of it being hard hunk if silicone. I was persuading him towards the saline testicular prothesis, until I found out the company wants $1800 for each....then I decided to go on major search because I couldn't believe the price FOR EACH. Saline filled prothesis and only one company had FDA approval for use in testicular prothesis ( not to mention you its my understanding don't need FDA approval if you want to use a different product) and To my amazement I found a company advertising the AART silicone semi soft carving block testicular prothesis (Nevada USA).

Dr Jones was fine with me selecting this company and the prothesis, he decided the 5cm size for me since it is noted to be average size of adult testis, and they we under $600 each!

Since I am in medical field and not a fan of tugging and pulling on my body under local, in particular in the areas of of my manhood, I chose to be under twilight anesthesia. Prior going under, asked to see the prothesis, since they came in sterile package I was able to see, feel, and squeeze these new boys of mine, I was very impressed with the feel, though I thought were a little on the larger size, but thought what the hell mine have been small since testosetone therapy over past 5 years, be nice to have package again, like in my early 20's. I was under in minutes, he then made two lateral incissions on my frontal lower scrotum to insert the prothesis in front of my atrophic testicles leaving the center of the scrotum to act as natural septum (separating the prothesis to look like natural testis). These incisions will most likely be hidden in the natural wrinkles of the scrotum once healed. This process was somewhat painless after surgery with small amount if brushing and swelling. Today is 2 days post surgery and I am so impressed/proud with my new set of boys as well the texture!!

I'm now having a conversation with myself I guess.. Talked to Christian at the clinic- he said Dr. would not reccomend this other clinic which is 'shady' and not in the same building but rather down the street. I've learned that this whole silicone is an undercurrent (subculture?) to the whole PMMA thing, which in turn is an undercurrent to other Phalloplasty, which in turn is an undercurrent to non-surgical pe, which is an undercurrent to bullshit penis enlargement pills and the porn industry, which is an undercurrent of masturbation and the inherent desire for a bigger penis that is clearly universal. Any websites on penis reduction? Please don't answer that...

I went to an endocrinologist. Funny you should ask, as I've just asked to have it re-tested because the nurse told me my results may not be a good indication because I didn't get in until about 11am- it's best to have it tested immediately in the morning (8am or earlier). I'm currently pursuing an avenue of 'male rejuvenation', through the use of sermorelin and possibly the 'good' Test (I don't have the different variations memorized, but one is bad- causes your own production to shut down, the other allegedly does not. JBM or M7/MexMuscle could probably speak to this). I received a list of labs that the doctor at this 'rejuv' clinic wanted, but I would have had to pay cash. I submitted the lab order to my endocrinologist ( I saw her for sleep/ blood sugar issues) and she has refused to 'sign' for them. I just forwarded that same lab request to my primary care doctor. The nurse called me back and said he was out til tuesday. Then she questioned some of the tests and actually laughed... saying that one of the listed labs items was for a female hormone (FHS I think). I'm sure this is due to the estrogenic effects of some male hormones, but what the hell do I know (I'm trying to learn quickly, but much else to do meanwhile). I've read good things about sermorelin and in fact Wade at the PMMA clinic was quizing me about it during my procedure (we talked alot during my procedure... keeps your mind off the fact that one of you is massaging the other's Dick). He asked me to forward the info I had. I am planning to do that (when I find the docs... and the time). I can link them here as well. I actually started a sermorelin thread, but haven't been back to visit in awhile. 'Low-T' is the new buzz word for male andropaus. I'm sure most doctors would put in for that lab, otherwise I know their are kits you can mail in for about $50 (saliva based, maybe not as accurate). Good luck

SO- quite sure those are for replacement only, not cosmetic enhancement of existing/functional testis. Dr. Reed does that implant as well. I find it odd that those manufacturers don't make a 'cosmetic' cup-shaped version. Elist has (unfortunately) cornered the market on a procedure that is considered by most to be too risky and unnatural feeling. goddamnit.

Would you guys think of them to be natural feeling. Like would a chick notice if she was cupping them of had them in her mouth? I know thats a weird question but hey, at the end of the day we are all doing this for our sexual prowess. No way round that. Also does the implant alone increase the overall bulge with underwear on?

I like my Balls personally () but I wouldn't say they are big or small...just "right" I suppose. I'm starting to wonder what my T-levels are like... and if in the process of self-improvement (working out, nutrition, etc), if my increase in T-levels will yield a heftier set of twins... hmm..? Interesting stuff M7!
