TOPIC: Getting stronger and bigger

This is my initial plan;. some steps overlap. A 6 to 12 months time frame is doable if I can get this weight off in 3 months. Input is appreciated. Pictures attached.
step 1- improve overall health --- loose 20 pounds to reduce BMI from 26 to 23 ----in process, 15 pounds to go
step 2 - improve health and overall blood flow----Treadmill Work --- 3 miles per week for 45 minutes with average rate at 75 % of max rate ---in process
step 3 - improve specific penis blood flow ----6 Gainswave treatments - 1 completed on 2/27/25
step 4 - 12 Emesella treatments----pending
step 5 - Urologist appointment to Boost Testosterone by Enclomiphene Ctrate and provide blood flow erection test - pending
step 6 - PRP or PRF treatment with or without exosomes ---pending
step 7 - Additional Gainswave treatments as needed
Step 8 - Stretching prior to any injections or surgery
Step 9 - Identify desired treatment based on research
Step 10 - Schedule desired penis treatment
Step 11 - Follow post treatment plans .

I had my first Gainssave Treatment on 2/27/25 and my second today3/3/25; four days apart.

After the first treatment I could tell I had increased sensitivity to such a point that I was able to achieve an organism each day.

The second treatment was today. I have confidence the treatment is helpful in increasing blood flow, which leads to better erections and increased sensitivity.

As part of the treatment, it is recommended the customer use a vacuum erectile device (EVD - i.e. pump) at least twice a day for 10 minutes at a time to assist with cell recovery

The penis is numbed for the treatment by the use of lidocaine. Thank goodness, because the 20-minute process is a little painful but no worse than going to a dentist for a deep cleaning.

The attached pictures are from my pumping session, after I got home, and my penis was still numb. I was able to pump about a half Inch longer with a numb penis and hold it for 10 minutes.

My next treatment is in three days.

Additionally, I have two conversations planned this week with local doctors that perform penis enhancement.

Also, I have lost app 1/3 of my weight goal since the first of the year. Just 15 more pounds to go.

I've been ill for the last two weeks but I'm well now so got my 3rd Gainswave Treatment today. It was a a very interesting experience, my Dick was numbed up and one female nurse was instructing the other female nurse how to use the device on my penis. About 30 minutes into the treatment, the device had a slight malfunction and I had to lay there naked and make small talk with one nurse while the other nurse fixed the device.

Overall, it was a positive experience in penis sensitivity and Erection quality. This morning the wife and I had sex and I got off in about 5 minutes. which is proof of the improvements.

Three more treatments and then I'm pausing to get a PRP or PRF shot. I would prefer the PRF shot but have not found a provider near me yet.

Does anyone have any experience with the PRF shot?

Had my 4th gainswave treatment today, 3-20-21, I'm pleased with the results. Two more treatments to go next week.

I've identified an Urologist in my area that specializes in men sexual health to discuss my testosterone level and other issues. Hopefully, that appointment will take place in a few weeks

Had the 5th of 6 scheduled Gainswave Treatments today. The picture below are are after the post treatment vacuum 10 minute session with a still numb Dick.

The wife has noticed the improvement in hardness of my erections and I have noticed an improvement in sensitivity.

Also managed to get an appointment scheduled for 3/25/25 to get some testing done and T-levels.

Also looking for a P-shot with exsomes provider. I found one provider about 60 minutes away, their cost is around $2K. I would like to find a good provider at a lower cost. A regular P-shit cost is around $800. Any suggestions for the Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia area?

the shockwave stuff is interesting to me mainly for the visual, moreso than the performance
have you noticed more visible veins in your Dick since you started on this?
I read exactly one reddit thread where dude said his veins started popping out, but it sounded like a shill post, so i took it with a grain of salt.
I know there are other methods people use, but specifically curious about this

i finished my 6th treatment today. The treatments along with the recommended use of a vacuum pump have resulted in a visible notice in both larger and smaller veins. The veins are carrying more blood. The overall visible improvement, to me, is worth the $1,500 I've spent.

My wife initially said this is a "waste of money" now she says "firmer and fuller"

I'm happy with results.

Never ever use Absorbine Pro Max Numbing Pain Relief for numbing your penis to enhance pumping, stretching or any other reason. It contains both Lidocaine and Phenol and it burns the nut sack like crazy.

There are SOME varieties of salonpas that are ONLY lidocaine and benzocaine, with no menthol. Those I've personally put on my unit without issue.

And I can't really see any before and after shots showing vascularity changes (in fact these apparently dont exist anywhere on the internet) but i did grab an at-home shockwave device and a red light therapy device. Less than a grand for both, maybe they do something, maybe they don't, but it's low risk high reward. IDC about anything but having a more veiny angrier looking dick.

The local Gainswave provider (Gameday) suggest stretching app 20 minutes per day, twice a day. I find numbing the Dick with 4% lidocaine helps. Starting from Walmart. It is also what Gameday uses when doing the treatment. No way I could go through a treatment without it.

It is difficult to show the veins in the pictures. I tried. There had been improvement. I can see improvement in the veins, and there is sensitivity improvement.

This coming week I have the PRP with examines.

Then the next step is to get the testorone level into the higher range while:

Getting in better shape,
Stretching,
Continuing research
And learning from others

Thought I would post a few pictures from last night's pumping session and prior to my Supershot (PRP with exosomes) scheduled for Friday. I don't expect any gain from the Supershot but the improved blood flow may help with future gains and increase in sensitivity. Time and measurements will tell.

Got the Supershot (PRP with Exosomes) today at Satori's ( www.satorimd.com ) in Franklin, TN., which is located a few miles south of Nashville, Tn.

Everything went great. The doctor (Dr. Jill Crowell) and staff were fantastic

The process includes drawing blood, numbing the penis and the area immediately above the penis with cream followed by nerve blocking injections in the numbed area above the penis. The injections into the penis were painless. There were five injections, two on each side of the shaft and one right below the top of the penis head. The injections took less than 5 minutes to complete I carried on a conversation with the doctor during the process.

Immediate follow up while in the office was the use of a Dr. Kapla Vacuum pump for 10 minutes.

Follow-up care includes:

- Six EmSella Chair treatments on protocol 2 setting for improved blood flow to the penis. These cost $100 each in my area
- One monthly Gainwave treatment for penis blood flow. My provider charged 250 each for a series. I believe follow-up sessions can be obtained for $100 in my area.
- Continues use of the Kaplan vacuum pump twice per day, 10 minutes each session
- Follow-up with doctor, via phone or in person, in three months

By the way the Kaplan pump works great compared to the lower priced ones I had purchased. --- Lesson learned: don't be afraid to spend some money when it comes to essential equipment.

At this stage after a two-hour drive home I must say I'm very horny. So, I stopped in the local adult sex shop and bought a few items including this "Vortex Turbo Baller" which I believe my wife will love. Plus, it will serve as a model for me. I think I'm there on girth but no I can beat it. I need to work on stiffness some. Growing to that length would be a miracle but I may as well aim for it, why not?

I'm continuing to use a DR. Kaplan VED twice a day. I've learned a lot about the best practices by reading this board. ITGOESTHUD had some good advice on VED use in his posts. I'll repost the when I reread it.

The doctor that provided my supershot recommended Emessella Chair, on protocol two, for six sessions to improve blood flow. The first session is scheduled for this coming Monday. Six sessions run $600 total in my area

By the way, my doctor is a female, and she said she loved the O-shot and the Emessella Chair for improving her sex life.
