TOPIC: MegaMAXL - Photos Inside

I have the MegaMAXL procedure scheduled the first week of May. I initially had the PerMAXL scheduled but was called and told that after further review of my case, they thought it would not work for me due to previously having the Elist implant. I’ll post my progress/experience after my surgery.

Sometime down the road after the lengthening procedure, I plan to have penoscrotal web surgery. Then Girth enhancement.

Currently:
FL: 4”
FG: 4.25”
BPEL: 6.25”
NBPEL: 5.5”
EG: 5.5”

Goal:
NBPEL: 7+”
EG: 6+”

I just had this procedure about a week ago. Still recovering.

How bad was the Elist implant? I like the contouring of it in the pictures - but it seems like folks have issues with it protruding, etc.

I had the Elist implant procedure in early 2010 and removed later the same year. Mine never protruded through the skin. When Erect, I had a traffic cone shape. When Flaccid, my glans would retract under it. You could feel the edges all the way around. I decided to just have it removed. I lost about 0.5” length probably due to scar tissue. They are supposed to do some corrective work for the scar tissue during my upcoming surgery. I was told that due to the scar tissue, they don’t recommend the FFT because it may not vascularize very well and I would most likely lose the implant.

I think there is another guy on here who had it a few weeks before me. Might want to reach out to him. He commented on my original post.

How are you guys doing ? any updates to share?

I just got back to the hotel from my procedure a couple of hours ago. I am sore but tolerating it.

I had the Elist implant in early 2010 and had it removed later the same year. It just didn’t work for me. I did lose about 0.5” in length.

I had the MegaMAXL procedure with Dr Carney. I wasn’t a good candidate for the PerMAXL procedure due to the scar tissue from the Elist implant. I plan to stretch and hang as much as I can while I save up for scrotal web surgery and Girth enhancement.

I have attached a before and after Flaccid pics. Dr Carney said he was able to get about 2”.

With these procedures did Morganstern’s Doctors say if there is any gain in Erect length? Or is the 2 inches all in Flaccid gains?

@Whitedelight and @FA20dit - I went in with the assumption that it would be only Flaccid gains with minimal, if any, Erect gains.

I was 6” Erect before my Elist implant surgery and only 5.5” Erect after I had the Elist implant removed. Part of my MegaMAXL procedure was to remove scar tissue left from the Elist implant. Dr Carney said he would remove as much as he could safely remove. Hopefully I will regain some of my lost half Inch with the scar tissue Removal. I have a follow up appointment on Friday.

Looks great! I’m almost four weeks out from mine. Starting to get a little retraction. Hoping the ADS and Hanging will help when I’m all clear.

Definitely the most uncomfortable position after that surgery. Good luck!! Hope healing goes awesome and you keep those gains.

I know Christian had a post - he hard the PermXL - he said he got about 1/2 Inch gain in Erect from the Lig Cut. And I know a few other guys who’ve had the MegaMaXL like me and you. They say it definitely feels and looks better. I’m still outside the 4-6 weeks - so haven’t had an Erection I could measure - they are still painful.

Nice guys, and grats on getting it done Tex. If you could also share pics of your scars as they improve, that’d be great. That’s one of my concerns with this procedure is having such a noticeable scar on my groin.

You can have it done thru the scrotum. Invisible scars. But you would need a different doc.
