Thank you for your input but I do have to worry about what makes her comfortable or uncomfortable. She is supportive of my desire to do this so her thoughts and concerns are important to me.

had the procedure along with monsplasty on 2/1/2021 w Dr. Carney.

Pre and during op

stretched for 3 weeks prior 3 hours per day (just because), met with dan and dr carney pre surgery , said i was
a perfect monsplasty candidate incision was horizontal about 1 ft long right at pubic junction, 2 drains put in, staples for sutures
epidural--went completely out like anesthesia. 80 pct flaccid gain, tho preop turtling may be par.t told to stretch when no pain,
take bandages off on day 5 in shower, drains may be in 2.5 weeks.

Day Reports

1) on back -- sleeping too-- medium pain--took Norco. light blood leaking--expected.

2) went in and got drain fixed-- just a kink-- same pain.... stopped norco tho. stayed in hotel room.

3) traveled home (5 hours). saw scanner at airport -- big red flag around penis, lol. pain mainly when pulling on drain, light man stretching.

4) stayed in house but normal routine except no shower. pain getting up and down and rolling over. 1 hour of lms. still slight blood leaking. back sleeping

5) took off bandage in shower as instructed . redness at incision, tubes, staples weeping slightly. fluid in bulbs yellow, as expected,1 hour lms. no pain.

6) continued with lms. shower tomorrow. no dressing, doc advised to put on a light one now. side sleeping pain, flaccid gain atm ~65%. no blood leaking.
7- major penis swelling-- 15 min lms, and lymphatic massage could it be increased by ellanse? slight weeping from incision., sleeping on back again.

9-10) swelling very slowly going down . No pain with ( weak ) erection . Nbpfl , + 65 pct . Nbpfsl : + 10 pct .
Still major swelling though . Dressing changes 2x per day since day six -- clean w/alcohol swabs , pat dry. And take gauze over . No change in fluids -- still 50 ml
on each .

11-17 ) gradual swelling reduction . Removed 20 edge staples and one drain on days 15-16 . Easy and minimal pain . Drain and staples are very disruptive , particularly driving . Walking is not enjoyable either . Continuing with dressing changes , antiseptic and small amounts of bacitracin on wound . No issues so far . Stretching very lightly 4 hours /day with breaks every 30 minutes . Wish I knew equivalent hanging weight of light stretch

Same increase : + 65%and + 12%nbpfsl .

Day 18-24)

Most staples out ( all except for 8 above penis ) . Swelling not quite gone . All wound weeping nearly gone .
Stretching 6 hours per day . Hanging not advised for 3 more weeks .

Day 24-28 ). Still some swelling and weeping . Took all staples out . Carney says all good . Same gains .

Month 2:). Weeping stopped about week 7 . Swelling still present about .5-.75 inches more than normal circumference. Using psx2 stretching 4-6 hours per day . Began limited (5lb ) hanging for 1-2 hours . Did 2 hrs at 6.25 on day 54.. saw fluid -- will stop and begin at 5lbs in 3 days .

2-3 inch ( 60-80 pct gain ) in fl at this point .

Nbpfsl is about .75 inches longer --- probably all due to fupa reduction . Maybe .25 due to lig release .

Hey guys, Hope recovery is going great! Questions for y'all:

1. Total Erect length gains? Pauly not sure if I've heard yours, but BigTex I understand you have some. Might be from the scar Removal though?
2. Any change in Erection quality? How about the Erection angle?
3. Overall satisfaction with the procedure?

4 weeks . A little swelling still , some fluid , but Carney says healing well . I don't think scar will be big .

Stretching 4-6 hours per day , minimal tension ( maybe 2-3 lbs ). Will start Hanging soon -- probably 1 week or after incisions completely closed .

Gains are roughly same as post operation Flaccid -- pre
4- post 6.5. Nbpfsl is obviously more -- 7.25 to 8.25 , but I'm not sure how much is the monsplasty and I haven't done bpfsl

Bad erections but too early with swelling .

After the lengtHing surgery how was your Erection stiff or like hard by pointed to your legs

Fine ... but I still have some edema after 6 weeks
Circumference is 8 when Erect so haven't been able to test drive yet .

I wonder if the ellamse is causing more/linger water
retention than unfill d ?

Is your mons pubis still hard in some areas? I’m 3 1/2 weeks out and it has gotten better but the upper part of my penis and fat pad still have some hard areas. I got FFT and my Circumcision is still swelling. I’m actually still a Inch bigger than right after surgery.

7 weeks now and definitely hard areas like u . Hung weights for 1st time . 5 lbs was fine .... no fatigue . Will stay here for a week or two then build .

Just wish the edema would go down

Ya immediate post surgery I was 5.75 Flaccid I’m sitting at 6” Flaccid right now.

Compared to my prone post op Flaccid ( 6.4 ) , I just measured 6.75. So I'm similar to you .

My current nbpfsl is about 8 , which changed is a gain of about 3/4 Inch . I think nearly all of that is Fupa reduction .


So at this point ( 7 weeks no Hanging ) , it looks like I'm :

0 Erect ( assuming fupa accounts for nbp gains )
3 Flaccid .

Currently starting Hanging 2 hrs/day at 5. No fatigue experienced. Will increment after a week .

Have been stretching at about 3 lbs tension since day 10 . 5-6 hours 6 days /week . Plan to drop that to 4 hrs /day .

My past bout with Hanging I got up to nearly 20lbs -- no fatigue .

Are you vacuum Hanging or like a bib Hanger? I’ve just been using my ads vacuum for now, I will start Hanging probably next week I’m just afraid of the incision getting ruined

Vacuum -- works fine up to about 15lbs . I was surprised I felt no fatigue . Will continue raising weight 1lb each week . I've heard that 15 should feel like 30

Well ... overdid it -- 6.25 lbs for 2 hours caused weeping from incision . Dropped down to 3.25 todays . No weeping

Any updates/gains?

I got my procedure done this past Tuesday and I’m on day 5 with bandage from what I remember the doc assistant told me Carney got 1in and 3/4 out but I feel like I’m still the same size. I hope the growth shows because that would suck. Supposedly that means I should see half of that size in my Erect state too. I was originally 4-4.5 in Flaccid and 7in Erect. Can’t wait to talk to the Dr tomorrow when office opens. Any advice?
