10 years 9 months ago #1289578546NNew211: I have no idea of my glans size. Dr C commented that it was large tho.
I may check in with Wade to see if I can get the pics they took of before and after. I'll post those. Not the mug shots tho. haha

Re: Taking the plunge... PMMA with Dr Casavantes
10 years 9 months ago #1289591547I've been consistently wearing the ESL-40 during the day. I haven't seen any change yet but it's only been a few weeks. I'm confident I'll get my length back and more. This thing keeps a constant pressure on my penis. And when I walk with ESL-40 it pulls on penis. Stretching it even more.
Yesterday I started having some issues. A rash. It hurt like heck to walk around. I did a quick research this morning and it's common. It's the same as a rash babies get with diapers. And the solution is baby powder! It works!
My recommendation is to use baby powder even if you don't have a rash. It keeps it dry. I put it in the silicon cup and on my glans.
Hope this helps.

10 years 9 months ago #1289599894Can you wear it under your pants? That's the one thing that amazed me about the ESL-40. On the other hand, it abuses the glans totally. Mine is so sore right now. I'm debating if I should take a day off or man up.

10 years 9 months ago #1289658286Post Round 1 Day 25
Beginning stats were:
3.75" FL, 4" MSFG, 6.25" NBPEL, 5.5" MSEG, 6" BEG
My goals were:
5" FL, 4.75" MSFG, 6.75" NBPEL, 6" MSEG, 6.5" BEG
My current stats:
5" FL, 5" MSFG, 6" NBPEL, 6" MSEG, 6.5" BEG
I've been holding constant for a few weeks now.
Girth:
Half the time my Flaccid mid shaft Girth is 5.5" and the other half of the time it's 5". What's weird is when I look at that 5.5" Flaccid Girth it looks small to me. I used to have a 5.5" MSEG (pre PMMA) and I always thought it was good size. Now my 6" MSEG doesn't seem big. My wife was fine with my 5.5" MSEG and now she's fine with my 6" MSEG. I do have to warm her up a bit more. It's definitely a tighter fit. Is it more pleasing to her? I'd say no. But I did this for me.
For a while there I was at 6.5" MSEG and that was something. It's amazing how much bigger 6.5" is than 6" MSEG. That's a huge difference. I asked myself "Should I go for 6.5" MSEG"? Right now I'd say yes but I'm holding off for a bit. I know it's weird that I'm even contemplating it.
LENGTH:
I've worn the extender all day everyday since the day after the surgery. It's a challenge for me. Using tons of baby powder. I have shrunk a bit in Erect length. So I'm still hoping the extender will get it back and then some.
I've been doing "none bone pressed" (NBP) measurements because i use a cloth measuring tape. I just used a did straight edge and for me, in my Flaccid state, the difference between NBP and BP is 0.75" I'm wondering if I can just continue to do NBP measurements and add 0.75" to get to the BPEL? Right now my NBPEL is 6". Does that imply my BPEL is 6.75"? Or close to it? Hum.
Aesthetics:
Aesthetically my penis looks really good to me. No bumps. Just bigger and a little straighter than it used to be. Dr C and team kicked ass. I am totally please with the results thus far.
