Re: Taking the plunge... PMMA with Dr Casavantes
10 years 8 months ago #1289932217Thanks for the complements. I've read and continue to read many of the threads and they are so helpful. I decided I would do the same if and when I got PMMA. It's good to know at least one guy read the entire thread and found it useful!
What I had was 19cc total of 20%. He does that by mixing equal amounts 30% and 10%. So I suppose I had 9.5cc of 30% and 9.5cc of 10%.
I don't have any aesthetic issues at all. No bumps. No valleys. My goal was 0.5" Girth increase and that's exactly what he did. Maybe a little more but pretty much right on. Dr Casavantes and team are awesome.
If I could turn the clock back. I'd start PE years ago. Stretching, pumping, etc. I think it makes the penis more pliable for the PMMA surgery. I feel like now I'm playing catchup a bit. haha

Re: Taking the plunge... PMMA with Dr Casavantes
10 years 8 months ago #1289939941I think it depends on how excited I am. Last night my BPEL was under 7" (1/8th less). My BPEL consistently is between 6.75" and 7". So maybe it hasn't changed. I just never measured BPEL. The first time I did a was month ago and I measured was 6.75". Me measuring BPEL was your recommendation BTW so thank you.
One reason I love pumping is that I pump to the 7" mark on the tube. I go through a series of pumps for 30 sec or so. Pull it out and stretch it a bit. Then I pump for 10 min at the 7" mark. I think that has helped more than anything.

Re: Taking the plunge... PMMA with Dr Casavantes
10 years 8 months ago #1289942871My pump is a little over 2" in diameter which brings results in a 6.5" circumference. My MSEG is a little over 6" so it works out pretty good. I'll know more next month when I see Dr C for round 2 if it's helping.
Below is a pic I took about 15 minutes after I pumped this morning.
