I just finished the procedure. It went extremely well. I opted for a mix. I went with effectively 20% (10% and 30%). Dr C put 19cc total across the entire penis. Already looks amazing to me.

Wade showed me what to do and then wrapped it up. I'm going out to get a bite to eat. No stretcher today. Wade felt like it would be better to hold off on the stretcher.

I keep pinching myself on doing this. It feels right. These guys feel right. It's a good feeling. Exciting!

Dr C said that my gland was so large that I'm a great candidate for this procedure.

Too bad I'm not longer or I could go with even more Girth.

Bottom line: Both Dr C and Wade are my kind of guys. Clearly fitness guys. My age group. Straight shooters. I liked them a lot. Very professional. The whole staff is profession.

So I know it's swollen and I can expect it to go down a bit. In the meantime here's the Flaccid measurements:

Flaccid Length: 5" (was $3.75)
Flaccid at gland:4.5"
Flaccid mid Shaft: 6"
Flaccid base: 6.5"

So it's thicker and longer than it was. Starting off right!

It's look really good. Been massaging it whenever I think of it. Maybe every 30 min or so. Haven't had an Erection yet.

I'm feeling very positive about this whole experience. So far so good. Pics when i get home. Forgot my battery charger for the camera. Not going to use my work phone.

No bleeding. Everything is looking so good. I'm very excited. I just cleaned it with the gel I received, wrapped it up with the wrap that Wade used on it, and I am now heading down to the hotel bar for a celebration drink. I need to get out for a bit. I also gives makes me give the penis a rest from massaging. So far massaging hasn't been a problem. Not painful. Moving the product around a bit. Doing what Wade showed me to do. My only worry is I haven't had an Erection and maybe I'm missing something. That would be unfortunate but workable.

I order a gin and tonic and then remember about the water. I had them take the ice out. I think I'll be fine. Not going to get drunk tonight. Just a small detour.

I'm a little tired. I was so excited that I woke up at 4 AM today. Got to the airport by 6:30 AM. Had a good breakfast and waited for my shuttle at 9:30 AM. The shuttle driver was Tony. Such a nice guy. I gave him a good tip. He basically drives cancer patience from the USA to Mexico for treatment. Very good soul.

Looking down and seeing that mass in my Flaccid penis is such an intoxicating view. I hope I can get a 0.75" circumference Erect increase across the entire penis someday. That would totally amazing. Wade tells me it can take about 3 months to fully realize the 'final' growth. That's pretty fast in my mind.

Dr C at first was recommending 10% but after we talked he agreed to go with a mix of the 10% and the 30% to get to the 20%. He told me that he typically gives 18 to 22 cc at 10% or about half that at 30%. So I think I got a pretty decent insert at 20%. I feel very fortunate.

Tomorrow Wade will provide me with the 'stretcher' (not sure of the name). It's the device used to make sure I don't turtle. He didn't think I'd need it today.

How cool is this whole experience? Wow! Sitting here just amazed. haha

So interesting how the changes keep coming.

Flaccid length: 4.5"

I know it will continue to evolve. Right now my Flaccid mid shaft is the same thickness as it was before surgery when it was Erect mid. I'm loving that. No Erection yet but that's fine. My Flaccid penis looks simply amazing to me. Wow!

Before surgery my mid shaft would grow from 4" Flaccid to 5.5" Erect. So if I'm fortunately to still have a 1.5" Girth growth from Flaccid to Erect then I'd be at 7" Erect circumference. Of course there is massive swelling so I'm guess my Flaccid mid shaft will probably go down to just under 5" (maybe 4.75") which would be bring my Erect mid shaft to 6.25" Wow! That would be fantastic. Time will tell. Hopefully my collagen production is up for the job. I know it's all uncertain but it's fun to imagine. My goal was 6" mid Girth. So far so good.

CPW, yeah, keep in mind that there is a good bit of swelling. Some guys swell more than others. I went up to 8" mid shaft Girth with my swelling. Let me tell you, that is both mesmerizing and terrifying all at the same time. I settled down to just over 6.5" mid shaft. You're going to do great.

I had a really good night sleep. Woke up randomly 5 or 6 times and massaged my penis.

Finally got a semi-Erect (mostly Erect) in the middle of the night. My penis measure 6.25" length (lost a little bit), just over 5" behind the glan, 6.5" mid shaft, and 6.7" base. It's too bad that it's probably going to go down a bit as I realize that there is swelling. There is something magical about a 6.5" mid shaft. It's a sight to behold. I loved it. Haha

Flaccid is just under 4.5" length, 5.5" mid shaft, and 5.5" base. Pre surgery I was 3.5" length and 4" mid shaft.

I've had no complications. No bleeding. No bumps. Pretty symmetrical. Very happy with the results. Off to breakfast with a big old smile on my face.

Hi all,

Met with Wade. He's great. He showed me where i need to work on the PMMA and such. I also got an extender. It's pretty niffy. Fits on the glan. Can wear it with pants.

I have a company phone and can't take pics yet. Hold on for a bit and I'll get pics soon enough.

The travel back to the USA was fine. No drama. Just simple. The drivers are such good men. Very open. Very easy to talk with.

My wife is on travel until next week. She doesn't know. I'm going to wait at least 10 days. haha

Here's a pic a day after my PMMA surgery.

I'm now measure 4.5" Flaccid length (up from 3.5") and 6" Flaccid Mid Shaft (up from 4"). Wade says my mid shaft will reduce down a bit and then growth after that for a month or two.

I'm going to contact Wade and see if they'll send me the before/after pics that they took of me.

Hopefully this will keep the Skeptics calm.

So glad things are going so well with you. Keep palpating/massaging as directed. I really think that diligent aftercare makes a difference. I took Cialis for a while after to keep a semi and prevent Turtling. Maybe the extender does the same job--they didn't offer that option when I had my procedure. Cialis worked well. Best to you. Looks great.

Thank for the guidance Brunoxxx. Honestly it's hard for me to 'feel' the product as I do my aftercare. I'm following what Wade showed me. During my followup he could feel it but I just couldn't. It's a little frustrating. I figure I'll just follow exactly what he said and hope for the best.

The extender is for the Turtling. My glan is pretty large and Wade wasn't sure it would fit. It is hard to get on. Took Wade 10 min or so to figure out how to get it to fit. I wish very thing else large too! haha

I looked up your thread and your penis looks amazing. Very natural. It's clear you know what to do about the aftercare. Thanks again.
