Hey, there. Quick background. New to posting the site, but have been following it since august. Been a thunder's member for years. Been doing PE on and off for approx 9 years. Didn't really start being fully committed to it till this last year. Have done everything from jelqing/pumping/clamping/stretchers. Have only made about 0.5in gain length wise all this time and no girth increase.

I'm single and in an ideal situation. I'm in my late 20s, am an attractive looking guy with a nice body (not trying to brag) and a bartender in a club where hot ladies come in all the time. I have so-so to decent game and am working on it (I used to be probably socially awkward to some girls). I would pull some 9s and 10s on the rare occasions, but wasn't really sure how I did it.

Anyway, my stats are 7.25in bpel and 4.75 mseg. Frustrated with my girth and negative comments I have had throughout my life, I have finally scheduled the PMMA procedure to be done on Feb8th by Dr.C in tijuana. My ultimate goal is to 6.25 mseg, but I certainly would settle for 6 mseg.

Confused on if I should do 10% or 20%. Their office says to start with 10%, but so many of you guys here started with 20%. Any advice on this part.

Congrats on the length gain, some gain nothing when stretching & Jelqing.
Sorry to hear about the negative comments, I think sometimes women use it to bruise our ego, more so than whether the size is an actual problem or not. I suppose it's similar to when a guy calls a woman fat and then she becomes weight-obsessive... a vicious cycle indeed.
As for the percentages, I'd go with what the doctor recommends, however with your long starting size, they may re-evaluate it in the procedure room. You can always get 20% on the second round anyways.
Good luck with your goals, I think your length will definitely make a 1.25"+ in Erect Girth gains feasible (aesthetically).

The doctor seems to suggest 10% to start with for everyone. Why is that, if there has been great success with 20% with the people that have had it done here?

Anyway, yeah tired of the comments that suggest I'm I have below average Girth. Such comments:
'It's thin. It's thin... but it's perfect'
'You will just get penis surgery and we'll live happily ever after.'
'You guys have about the same size penis except my new bf's thicker.'
'Don't get me too wet cause then I won't be able to feel it.'

The list goes on

Dude do not let that be the reason for your decision to go to PMMA. With your size I'd be happy and say screw those damn sluts. But if you're doing this for yourself then you know you have our support. As far as 10% vs 20% goes, I'm guessing that Dr. C wants to limit the risks of irregularities and lumps by going with 10% first. I too have contemplated with going with 20% first, but after my assessment, a 10% first session would be a better to route. I'm wasnt going to argue with a physician who've performed countless procedures with lots of positive outcomes about the human anatomy.

Thanks for the advice and PM msgs. I think I am going to go with 10%. I really do not want to have a weird lumpy wiener for a couple months before I can get a second procedure done. It's certainly going to be interesting to see what my team of girls I hook up with here and there say after the procedure. What excuse am I to have that my penis is now wider? lol

I'm getting the PMMA done for myself. I have always had the drive to be bigger and better in most fields...work, physique, call of duty, and my penis size. Soon I really will be able to screw those damn sluts, except with a thicker wang

Honestly, your Girth isn't small, and is well within the range of average.
Rest assured that some women use these comments to stick it to us, or to tame our ego in instances where we might have too much of it. They may (or may not) realize its potential for psychological devastation, but please rest assured that you aren't thin.
As for 20% - success is in the eye of the beholder. When you refer to patients who have had "success" using 20% on the first round, that only accounts for members who have actually shared stuff with the forum - which I'm pretty sure comprises a small number of people who have actually had it done. So we don't have as big of a picture on how truly successful it is. Considering how the doctor now prefers 10%, there may be a good number of patients who complained about the aesthetics with the initial 20%, hence the change.
Your best bet would be to have it evaluated in person.

mgb- I had your starting stats when I was in my early 30's... and I believe you quoted my ex-wife regarding her new guy..."his isn't as long but it's thicker, I like that" whatever. I responded to that ego-bruise with a round of allo, which was the 'cutting' edge at that time. Years later I'm experienced the eventual Atrophy, although not entirely lost. My Flaccid wound up being 4.5 (5 when i pumped.. hours later), which is what I started at Erect a decade or so ago. I grew tired of the pumping (it becomes habit forming i think) and so I decided on PMMA. I had 21cc @ 10% with good results. My 9 week gains are modest- about .4" Erect gain... Flaccid no fluctuates too much to tell ('winter-penis), but goes from 4.875-5.5 (seriously, just depends on temp and such- it's cold up here!), but never less than 4.875. I haven't attempted to measure Erect in awhile but was maintaining about 6-6.125 mseg. I did have a couple times of 'self' induced Erect that were a little shy of 6. Length varies slightly with EQ, but I'm in the 7bpel category. I would always measure length in a pump, which I equated to 'pumped Flaccid', which was 7.75. Never hit 8, which was my goal when I was a 'pumper'. I am now left considering round 2 and will likely go in the next month or so. Good luck with your decisions. Regards
