Trust me, I'd rather not go through the procedure. However, after over a decade of girls telling me in one way or another that I'm thin, and also going limp when I bang them cause I don't really feel much, its time to make a change. Not true. Some have posted with serious complications (user defined). I have personally received IM's and PM's from patients too reluctant to post regarding complications they've experienced. I've made mention in other posts about the risks and unless you cannot live with your current size, I'd reconsider. Your girth is average. Sizemic had a starting girth that was 1/4" less than you and still satisfied many women. Average should be fine unless you're having intercourse with women that delivered multiple children. I'd find a tighter vagina. Just my 2'. Sounds like you're a victim of women playing on your insecurity. Loss of erection is psychological. Counseling might be your best bet.

M7, thanks for the input. I read the complications page. Besides potential Necrosis if it gets lodged in artery or pulmonary embolism if lodged in vein; the only other complications appear to be granulomas (which can be resolved with a Kenalog shot) and aestheticism being not quite what you wanted (which can be fixed with another visit), correct?

Btw, the loss of Erection is not psychological. I'm calm around girls and never get nervous around them no matter how hot they are. Just have problems with blood getting in there and staying in there without significant stimulation.

You'll be fine brother. Just did this last week. Make sure you pick up a good antibacterial soap - the liquid kind. They didn't have it in my hotel and I didn't think of it before hand. I used a ton of the alcohol based antibacterial but the soap would have been nice for cleaning my hands every time as well as for the first shower I took post op for cleaning around the injection holes. I also had some neo sporin ointment that I used on the injection holes before I wrapped, slept, and showered - and any other time I thought of it - I probably over did it. lol Dr C and Wade will give you everything else you need. Don't get nervous about the swelling and bruising - that is normal. This is my third surgery, but first PMMA, so I've already seen my junk look like its been run over by a train. Day 3 and I can tell recovery is coming way faster than it did with the lig cut and the FFT. Keep us posted! And I carried cash - $1900 - with my passport. 1700 for the op, 100 for the shuttle, and I tipped the drivers 20 each way.

Came back from the procedure earlier today. This is a detail of my experienced.

Chose their shuttle service. Driver showed 20 minutes late. No biggie. I'm late to everything. Only took 15 minutes to cross the border. About a 35min drive total.

Was still on the fence about this procedure. Even while in shuttle going over. Basically came down to how their establishment looked. If it was a run down place, then I would have said forget it and turned around.Well, the office is located in a high rise in one of the nicer buildings in the area. Office seemed clean and sterile. Bathroom was even nice.

Filled out some paperwork and had to pay. That's when something shady happened that gave me second thoughts. When taking payment, the receptionist said because my appointment was at 5pm I had to pay $50 more for the shuttle service for some reason. I said that I was told it would be $100. Never was it mentioned that it would be $50 more. I was hesitant and then he said, "Okay, just $25 will do." After that I was having my second thoughts again. I just paid the $1700 for the procedure, $125 for the shuttle service and prayed that I was making the right decision.

Time for me to go into operating room. It was clean and sterile looking. Got undressed, put a hospital gown on and sat in the chair. They took several pics of my unit. I had agreed to that, but no face pictures.

They give you a cortisone shot in your deltoid to reduce swelling. Then they proceed with enhancement. Consisted of several lidocaine shots into the pubic area by the base of the shaft. This wasn't too painful. Maybe 3/10 on the pain scale. After everything was numb, Dr. C used the blunt cannula to inject 20cc of 10% PMMA over the next hour. This was assisted by Mel and Wade. Got to say, Wade certainly made the process at ease. It was reassuring talking to him that I had made the right decision. Wade, Mel and Dr.C were all very professional.

My unit looked fat, but not too symmetrical. They took some pics and then wrapped it up. Went in the shuttle back to U.S. with another gentleman that had PMMA placed in the face from Dr.C. Interesting conversation back to San Diego. 'I had filler placed in the face, where did you have it?' Lol. He was a very nice older man though. And it only took 10 minutes for us to cross the border. Lucky.

My member is not in pain, but is so sore. Feels like it has been in a boxing match. Back at hotel been playing/messaging it nonstop. Can't seem to get the PMMA to go where I want it to go. There's a space between the glands and the upper shaft that's not getting filled. There's a red dot on top of shaft between the base and mid shaft and it's not an incision point (maybe a spot where they injected lidocaine?). There appears to be more product on the left side than the right. It feels heavier on the left too.Trying to push it to the middle and right side. There's a minor gape between the top center of the upper shaft and the glands. There feels like a ring right at the base of my wang that I am trying to smooth out too. Hoping I am able to resolve these issues before it becomes rigid in 2 days.

They gave me Cialis, but after taking viagra/levitra/Cialis often, Cialis really doesn't have that much affect on me. I am trying to keep it hard as much as possible, and even with watching porn I am having problems. No bueno.

were all your injections from the base? I had approximately the same amount injected at the same concentration. I had similiar beginning/immediate results (my injections were from glans). I have some 'minor' complications (small 'Nodule' at entry behind glans- which I wouldn't even call a 'Nodule'). I have lost most of what I had initially gained. My ending gain stands at about 3/8". I did not post Erect pics, but my beginning length stats were similiar to yours, but my Girth was more due to a prior alloderm procedure (I did start at about the exact same Girth to you prior to that). I'm curious to follow your thread as you progress. I am personally on my 12 week anniversary today and considering round 2. Good luck. Regards

oh yeah... your result looks excellent! I have a 'left/right issue as well, but I think that's pretty common. Nice EQ on your pre pics... wish i could do that and still be able to manipulate a camera... you must be a juggler..
