TOPIC: Andy's uncircumcised PMMA log

I underwent the PMMA Girth procedure today with Dr C and all went extremely well. I was a little concerned about being uncut, as the majority on the board are cut, so I thought I'd share my experience.

EL: 5.75 to 6 - depends on situation

Here's a few pics of me pre-op taken this afternoon an hour before the procedure...

DAY 1

It's been a few hours now since the procedure, and everything is going well and I feel great albeit a little tired. I was told to expect some swelling and further bruising overnight, and Wade's given me some specific instructions as I'm uncut. Today I received 20cc in total (10%), and plan to head back in April 2012 (wish it were sooner), for round 2.

I'll add some pics below - these were taken as soon as I got back to the hotel. The ride down from San Diego was great and coming back through the border was no hassles at all. Being from Australia, I thought this would be a little difficult considering I was only in Mexico for a few hours, but I just told the Customs guy I had a medical procedure and no further questions were asked

What were the specific instructions since ur uncut and did Dr C recommend wrapping the penis pre op.

It seems the worry about not being Circumcised isn't needed as the best reuslts I've seen so far have been on non Circumcised guys. I'm sure it's because they have much more compliant skin, so don't need to worry about the ring or base issues.

That exactly my thinking on the ring issue makes a lot of sense.

DAY 2 - (Nov 3)

Slept fairly well overnight and apart from going for a short walk in the morning, I stayed in the hotel at San Diego all day.

As per Wade's instructions, I massaged my Dick a fair bit to smooth out any lumps and uneven surfaces (this must be done in the first 48 hours, after that the PMMA sets permanently). Suffice to say, there were only a few areas that were uneven, but were easily sorted out. When I wasn't massaging, I kept him wrapped at all times and pointing down as instructed.

The injections points around the glans are tender, but I was able to massage the area to prevent fluid build up. I must say that I didn't have as much fluid build up as I thought I would being uncut, and apart from being a little achy, there is no pain, and no need to take any pain meds.

Bruising has increased a little as expected, especially the Foreskin under by glans. Wade was very honest with me and said to expect this as Dr C hit a blood vessel around that area. I appreciated the honestly at the time - these guys really set clear expectations.

Initial size has remained somewhat the same, but I expect this will start to decrease soon after the swelling subsides.

Flying out to LA tonight, staying overnight and heading home to Sydney Friday night. By then, the PMMA should be fairly much set in place.

Looks great Andy! Congratulations brother! My penis has shrunk to nearly preoperative size and I'm awaiting the collagen growth. It's frustrating but... I'll deal. Best of luck sir and have a safe flight home.

DAY 3 & 4

Back home now and swelling has all but gone. Still a little bruised, but I reckon that will be gone in the next few days. Injection points aren't sore any more, and everthing is quite smooth in both Erect and Flaccid states.

Now that swelling has subsided, I'm measuring about 5.5 EG at base tapering up to 5.25 under the glans. Flaccid Girth is about 5, so I'm really happy with the results so far, but I know it's very early days, and there's still room for potential loss or gains over the coming days/weeks.

I'll post any significant changes as they occur.

@Funnyfarm - Thanks man - The injection points were fairly visible under the glans for a couple of days. Cause I'm uncut, they got coved over nicely. Heading into day 5, apart from some minor bruising, there's no signs of entry anywhere which is great.

@EP - cheers bro. Looking to head back in late January for round 2. I'll continue updating every week or so with progress and pics.

DAY 6

Bruising has almost gone, and things are looking pretty good. After initial swelling subsided, I've maintained a FG of around 5 for the past few days which I'm happy with, given there may still be a further increase when the collagen phase kicks in. Not too sure if there'll be further losses at this stage, but we'll see how things go.

My EG is still 5.5 at the base - up 0.5 from before the procedure and around 5 MSEG. I've attached before/after pics below showing original me compared with today. I'm putting the measuring tape away for a week or so, and will provide a further update later.

Looking very good. I have to say I disagree with Smartman when he says tight skin is better for this procedure. I also disagreee with Dr C and Wade when they recommend against pumping. In my opinion stretchy, compliant skin is the most important factor in getting a good result. I always thought sizemics good results was down to the fact he used to pump to over 6" Girth, so his skin could easily accomodate the PMMA. Recently I've seen 2 non circed results and they actually look better than pre PMMA and I'm sure it's because the skin can so easily accomodate the PMMA.

Btw Andy the "E" in MSEG stands for Erect, whilst in your photos it's measuring 5" mid shaft Flaccid.

I found IMO when my skin (and the superficial layer) is tight during Erection it will compress (or hold tighter) the PMMA and the new collagen on the erected corpus cavernousa ---> the PMMA and the new collagen will feel firmer and nicer esp. during sex.

I agree that loose skin is good for PMMA. I think pumping while PMMA is in "growth and settling mode" is not good, and I think that is what Dr. C is trying to avoid. However, if pumping is used a few months AFTER PMMA has settled and collagen has formed, I believe it to be safe when done within moderate vacuum numbers.

I actually meant pumping before PMMA (obviously I don't mean on the way to the office, but in the months leading upto it). Sizemic had a natural 4.5" Girth, but regularly pumped to over 6" and I think this is part of the reason he had such a good result. I think the same is true of BigBizo. If your skin has been stretched to cover a much bigger Girth than you naturally have, on a regular basis, then it makes sense that it could easily accomodate 20cc of PMMA and thus avoid issues such as the ring.
