I am scheduled for Aug 5th for PMMA with Dr C and lengthening with Dr Camacho.current statsEG:4.85 rt below glans5 mid shaft5.18 base
EL: 6.25 - 6.5 (i can hit 6.5 but its hard to keep it there when taking a pic) lol
Goals:EG5.85 rt below glans6 mid 6.25 base

Wouldn't it be better if you do 1st the lengthening with Dr.Camacho then later on PMMA (e.g after 1 yr) ??I would do that. (IMO it will be difficult if you are going to hang weights in the early period after PMMA injection e.g 1-2 months I dont know if it will have some effect on the formation of the new collagen, I might be wrong ) .

Did you ask Dr.Comacho-melo if he would honor his Feb.2011 cost for lengthening @ $2000 USD or was that out of the question? The mexican economy has not taken any serious plundges from february till now, I'd personally like to know what that extra $500 is paying for, no pun intended. Perhaps you can ask him to clarify on this subject...

@Coolhand- Yes I asked if he would honor the original quote of 2000.00 but they will not. Stating their costs have increased. Which I am ok with because back in Feb they did not offer the choice of the scrotum incision. I would not pay 2000 for the pubic region incision do to visible scarring. However I will pay 2500 for the scrotum incision.

1) I am not a patient person and do not want to wait a year for my Girth procedure.
2) From what I have read the PMMA is set in place after a few days so there shouldnt be any issues of a Hanger mis-shaping the penis. I am using a vacuum based Hanger not a noose based Hanger so it wont compress the PMMA. Wade also stated that he has not seen any issues as such.
Also- PMMA is placed in the face all the time- Many people sleep face down turned to one side for 6-9 hrs at a time. So if what you are stating is possible wouldnt those patients have missed shaped collagen growth. Plus I am only going to hang an hour or 2 a day.

BUT- If there is some mishape in the collagen formation it seems to me that it would be able to be corrected. And I am ok with that risk.

So the lengthening procedure can give more Erect length?Will they do both procedures on same day?

They do the PMMA first then the lengthening - on the same day
They do the PMMA first so that Dr C and Wade have a non- swollen penis to work on. Wade said if there is a monor gap at the base do to new added length then they would correct it at the 2nd procedure.

Yes the Lig cut procedure can give you added Erect length- however its not guaranteed but from my research most men gain about .25-.5 of an Inch in Erect lengthen immediately and then approx another .5 or so with post op stretching. Soma- who did Belladerm and Lig cut lengthening gained .75 in Erect lenghth thus far with post of stretching.

I will be happy with .5+ but I really would like to gain a full Inch- which I believe is attainable.

I have time for PMMA on august also, and I'm interested on this option too.If anyhow possible,please post Erect pics with ruler before/after.That would be very helpful for making decisions.

In regards to this "minor" gap that nurse Wade has mentioned to Bigwheels, has anyone been told how long they should wait after having the Comacho-melo's lengthening proceedure before having the Newplastic Girth enhancement to avoid this minor gap issue??? Because i'd like to have the two proceedures separate.
3months,6months or a year of waiting??

You know about that extra $500, I wonder if his practice is predicting a fall in the US dollar exchange rate, so to break even with US clients he's anticipating things ahead of time. Just a thought, i'm no econ major, maybe someone more knowledgeable in trade&economics could clarify?
