TOPIC: bigwheels3535 - PMMA and Lengthening combo procedure

I can say Dr C and Wade are awesome. I received 18 cc's of 10% but when i saw the results i noticed the "gap"! Wade did to. So I asked if we could try 5% rt behind the glans (Wade told me he tried 5% and still gained size -not as much as 10 though) Dr C said sure and added another 3 cc's of the 5%. He stated the 10% wouldnt stay in the area behind the glans - in my case. The 5%, thus far, has stayed. I am very happy and I am planning to return in aprox 5 weeks for minor touch ups and some maybe some added Girth - not much tho!

this is a great update thanks so much bigwheels. I feel like i will need to do something behind the glands as well, because i was circumsized at 16 (first psychological penis hang up i had was Foreskin lol) so the area seems to be much bigger for me than most who had a natural cut rather than a cut and stitch.. this is the only thing that is worrying me aesthetically

I'm uncircumsized and I wish to keep it that way. Has any uncut patients had PMMA and if so, what were their results like?

Pics. I have taken a lot of pics and I have created a soft vac Hanger that only grabs the glan and doesn't touch any of the PMMA penis.

Congratulation, you are the 1st person to have lengthening and PMMA at the same time, I am really happy for you and I wish that you get the most out of this procedure.
1- I would love to see your soft vac-Hanger that you have created (great idea). 2- Did you have a scrotal incision ?3- Did you see any pic.'s before and after in regard of lengthening ?4- That is a great news about injecting PMMA near to the Glans, but I thought there was only 2% Newplastic and I didn't know that there is 5% conc.

All Flaccid

Not a lot of bruising day 1 or 2 -- day 3 bruises started to show up but not bad.

You can see the incision for the lengthening procedure. The Dr. makes the incision verticaly in between the scrotum wrinkles. Some pain at base of penis where Ligs were cut but not bad at all. Dr said I gained a lot of length when he pulled it down and cut. Said 1.5 inches. My first thought was yeah rt!!! But I can say it is Hanging atleast an inched to 1.25 longer in the flaccied state. I havent been able to measure an Erection yet but he was very honest in stating that the Erect gains only come with post op stretching. Over all I am happy with both procedures thus far but its still to early to tell.

Day 3- all flaccid pics

swelling has become un-even - going down in places and not others so I am calling this the Ugly Duck stage! Or Ugly Dick
Bruising has increased a little but not bad.
Interesting thing- You will notice in the pics my balls are severely chapped-peeling, flaky skin. I guess this is from whatever they put on my balls to clean them prior to the lengthening surgery. Not a big deal but just wanted all to know cuz it is noticeable in the pics.

Soft ADS that doesnt touch PMMA area.

This is more of a hybrid of a vac ADS and Noose.

The noose around the head is not very tight. It helps keep the vac seal -thus prevents it from slipping off. I have worn it 2hrs straight and there is absolutely no pain or discomfort. I havent tried it with wieghts yet. Plan on trying 3lbs first to see how much it can hold. I'll keep you posted!

@BigWheels3535 Way to utilize your MacGyver skills on the ADS! I have something similar in mind for my post operative aftercare. Thanks for the update.

Thanks for the update bigwheels, as you know the lengthening procedure reports are far & few!
Your penis looks great given that it has undergone multiple procedures, get all the rest you can!
It's good to know the Doctor was upfront with expectations as far as Erect length is concerned, and hopefully this immediate post-op stretching will be of benefit.

Hey Bigwheels, I was wondering if using the stretching device will not harm the PMMA area. how are you going to do with a need to stretch and the recently applied PMMA? overall wonderfull results! SO is right, your penis looks great considering the procedures it underwent. why did you choose to have the incisions on the sides and not the VY incision? i am hesitating on doing the VY. please tell, thanks to all you PE brothers!

@BW - I am excited for you getting lengthening and PMMA at the same time. I haven't thought about getting the lengthening, but it may be a consideration if you get good results. Congrats on getting it done.
