TOPIC: Stretching before or after filler

My question for the group is with stretching for length gains being generally a slow process, is it best to stretch to a “maximum” gain prior to getting a filler for Girth increase or does it not really matter and can continue stretching after the filler and still achieve similar length gains from stretching? I realize the maximum point isn’t set. Mostly wondering if it’s better to hold off and get as much length as possible first.

Since it's hard to gauge what your "max gains" will be via manual stretching, your best bet is to split your commitment before AND after your procedure, in my opinion.

I would imagine unless youre Hanging it doesn’t matter much. Hanging 10+ pounds off your Dick, with the weight being held by a clamp at the base of your penis, would surely move some softer fillers. HA, and other fillers, seems to like to migrate to the base. Once the other fillers are more set I think you would have less migration as those fillers work by having your body trigger a mechanism to surround them in collagen, which I don’t think is that mobile. HA on the other hand I’ve read described as a very sticky, honey-like consistency that sticks so the shaft. HA can definitely migrate, depending on HA type, but it seems like the HA with the biggest molecules (juvederm voluma, teosyal) moves less. A stetcher that grips the glans rather than putting pressure on the shaft is probably okay. Read reports of HA having “dents” in it after months, from sex or from jerking off, so there’s no way a “Hanger” wouldn’t do the same.

As far as “when”, only you can answer that.

Tl:dr: it depends on the filler type, time after you have had the filler (collagen needs to form for PMMA and Ellanse) and the type of manual stretching device you intend to use.

I asked Ian this after my Ellanse touch up round. I dropped $500 on the mayo clinic tested stretcher (impressive reviews)

You can return to your regular stretching routine after the 6 weeks mark, so you can give the adequate time frame for the implant to settle.

So, that's what I plan on doing. This one requires only 30 min/day, twice a day for 12 weeks for 1/2 Inch. (or so the claims suggest) we shall see. I just moved into a private office, and have all the time in the world, so now is my chance.

But to the original question, common sense tells me, that I would have been better off doing it before my filler. But, time will tell.

Bro they saw you coming a mile away. You did bot have to pay $500 for a stretcher. I don’t care what they tell you. You could have got the same thing for about $25 max. The forum in part of guys have gained with stretchers from China that they purchased on eBay.

Right. But why be cheap if you don't have to? I really like this one, (I have tried others) the Clamping system on this is way more comfortable, and in general it's much higher quality. But to each his own.

I'm sat right now in the Chinese copy type I bought for £20 think that's about $28 , it was the full set so traction device , all day stretcher for leg, neck or to put it around the waist. I've already gained .5 Inch again in a few months of use. Science is science no brand name will change that. I'm well happy with mine. I bought it as a tester as I know others who said they are just as good as the expensive ones so thought I'd give it a go and in all fairness I've got crazy hours in it as it offers so many methods of use.

I bought some cheap leluv and aliexpress extender and couldn't use them. The build quality is quite cheap and flimsy. After getting strapped in and trying to adjust, the plastic would start to deform and I wouldn't get a good extension from it.

I guess I was spoiled by the build quality and ease of use of the penimaster and just got used to it. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for!

that's crazy as I'm in one now and it's had on average 10hrs use a day for the last couple of months. I'm on probably 500 hours in 2 months and not had any of those issues. I don't play around with it either I really push my limits and have it as stretched as I can. I've have had several expensive ones and since using these I won't ever need to consider spending that on it again . The parts are so cheap for this even if it splits you can buy 200 replacements and still be way cheaper then some of these. funny really when the expensive ones are made in China any how haha
not all China manufacturing is rubbish. you just have to look a little harder to find the genuine ones

it's worked for me, and tbh it's worked for millions of other people. there are plenty of progress reports showing you can gain from these things. I suppose it all depends where you are in your PE journey but what I have found is it's length of time in that helps with the gain, you have to hit fatigue to get the gains and heat really helps but I don't put any heat near my Balls. I only heat my shaft.

I've trained in the gym since I was 15 and I found jts very similar to that. you always have to find new stimulus either by weight or intensity to keep them coming and most of all dedication to it.
I truly believe that's why some fail it really does take alot of hours a day and progress is slow and steady but I find they do come if try hard enough.

i have to send mines back cause im to small for the strap so it needs to be customized. but i dont see anything gimmicky about it is definitely the best extender i have come across
