Do you mean it’s the best “concept” you came across? Can’t be the best if you haven’t realized any gains from it yet. It doesn’t fit you, so I’m sure you haven’t got much use out of it yet.

The best stretcher of the World for 18 hour or more wear per Day is the russia stretcher for 50 dollar...2 in 1 outside and at Home war, and not epensive...

Honestly guys I've never used a stretcher before just a Penis Pump when I was a teenager and thank God I never hurt myself being so young and knowing nothing I honestly would like to know the best products to use so when I seen that stretcher it looked well designed but hey guys I am a newbie

I can comment, because I have 2 stretchers from them. one is technically a Hanger. They both suck and dont work.

The anaconda is a great concept, but it has to be tight enough to not come off. and to be tight enough to not come means you can barely stretch it enough to get it on. but ok, lets say you can get it on, ( which i have done ). and lets say that the squeeze doesnt bother you. over time, it WILL slip. and the head will slowly come though.
You could of course not use much force. but wtf, lol.

The other, the strap concept Hanger stretcher, great idea. but you simple CANNOT get the straps tight enough.

With all that said, there are some reworks that they could do, or someone could take a run with and make a newer better product that might actually work.

The only one successful that I have used is the Vac Hanger types. All others I find hard to wear. The ones that strap on seem to slip. I'm uncircumcised so that also is an issue the forskin always finds a way to be a pain in the arse.

found the vac type once it's on I just re pump it back on the head every hour just to maintain pressure and I up the force at the same time to the shaft.

Only thing I can advise to new comers is take your time with what ever you decide. conditioning to it really is a thing when you start out. especially your glans with vac hangers.
Once you are conditioned you really can put it through its paces, go to quick and risk injury and weeks or even months out.

I have the penis master pro, LG Hanger with LG extender, and phallosan. I believe these are the most popular vac stretchers on the market currently. I think you have to seriously protect your glans because not only do you risk injury but discoloration and redness. I don’t like the sticky wrap because the adhesive on my sensitive skin. So I tried using the silicone glans cap (toe protector) but it slips off with each device. I don’t like the silicone sleeves too much especially if they are tight and I wouldn’t trust the sleeves with fillers. And I don’t like how you need lube constantly for the penis master pro. If you wear the penis master without a glans protector you’ll definitely get redness and discoloration. Plus you have to stretch all the time with bulky devices. On top of all this the gains are temporary and your getting ugly discoloration that might be permanent or last years. There’s so many downsides, the non vac ones might be better but they are all uncomfortable to be useful. It’s like no one figured out a way to successfully grip the penis in a comfortable way that doesn’t cause damage.

I used a variety of stretchers before PMMA , and I made some progress. The X4 is fine, the bib Hanger is really difficult to get adjusted, the zen Hanger works but seems a little dangerous to me, the size doctor is probably the best of the bunch. After PMMA I gave it up. My suspicion is that it gets harder to stretch your penis after a collagen filler, because there’s simply more tissue to be stretched. I don’t know though.

The most problem of All day stretcher is the leg Belt amd the big form ring ,

4.points;

Many stretcher dont work on burried hidden penis or Micro penis only you have minimum 4-5cm in non Erection you can wear the stretcher...

Stretching and Catch the Penis head for long hours without problems is with all cups and sleeves on the market worldwide a problem...

Leg Belt makes vein problems on leg,they are strangulation the veins in leg and after month you become problems the cut the blood flow in leg,

and when you have varikose in leg you become more problems,patients they have varikose in leg dont wear leg Belt from all day stretcher...

The last point is the big foam ring ,

makes problems for patients they have penis operation and have a scar, the ring press on scar and pain after hours ,and the blond flow is not good in this Arena for the scar (penis and unter stomach)..all stretcher manufaktur forget the operation patients and the varikose patient that they become with all day stretcher problems....

At the Moment the best all day stretcher is the cheap China all day vakum cup stretcher without foam ring and only with stomach Belt ,

that can you stretch left or reight side all 2 days...i hope a Millionäre in this forum make a New all day stretcher for All without problems thats more comfortable work for all...

I think PMMA or Ellanse is hard and you dont can stretch the penis and dont become results,


I dont no smooth hylaron you can stretch ,

But Hard material is for penis stretcher not good,when a penisfiller doctor can make a study with her patients after treatment and write this in this forum ...then help for all they want penisfiller....

I also had trouble with all day stretching. When I tried to wear it to work, it kept coming off after less than an hour. I had some success when I was at home.
