TOPIC: Botox in scrotum

What doctors perform Botox in the scrotum? I've called several plastic surgeons in my area (near Portland OR) and none of the ones I called offer this sort of procedure. Has anyone else found out more info? It seems like a pretty simple procedure. Does anyone know if they inject Botox 'all over' or do they target the cremaster? My scrotum stretches a lot!! (So much skin I can stretch it beyond my Erect penis, 6') But in my relaxed state my Balls are right under the penis. I'd prefer for them to drop more.

I know that Dr. Casavantes offered it in the past, maybe they still do now(?). Dr. Morales largely does the work at his practice so you'd have to contact them to find out.
