TOPIC: Maize's PMMA Journey: Avanti Derma R2 December 2024

Reserving this thread for future updates. Got 20cc of Linnea (12cc 0.3, 8cc 0.1) for a total of 4.4cc.

Starting measurements: 5.0, 4.75, 4.5
Post R1 (+5.2cc) measurements (top, mid shaft, base): 5.375in, 5.675in, 5.375in
My goal is to be something like 14cm/15cm/14cm (5.5, 5.9, 5.5) or 14cm/15cm/15cm (5.5, 5.9, 5.9).

For this round, I wanted to get closer to my final numbers (ideally reach them) and also address some aesthetic irregularities from R1. There was "lumpiness" and a "void spot" on the right side, probably due to my natural penile left torsion/hang and focus of massaging the product onto the the left side during R1 recovery.

It is currently day 2. Recovery is going much smoother than last time. I want to attribute this to the following:

1. Knowing what to expect: Definitely easier the second time around
2. Getting prednisone from the start: Swelling was an issue for R1. Starting with prednisone has helped a lot here.
3. Penimaster Pro: This thing has been a lifesaver for keeping the member extended. As much as I like the noose, it can't compete with the P Pro in comfort and flexibility. For example, with the P Pro I'm able to keep my penis extended in a direction where gravity will pull toward where I want the filter to concentrate, making my massaging a lot easier.

Looking into getting P Pro for R2 in March..My question is the complete set required? I’m not understanding looking at website what comes with the different packages..If you could drop a link to what you purchased that would be very helpful..

I think the full set is not required, at least for my use case. The belt is the most versatile and specifically for PMMA recovery the "PeniMaster PRO - belt expander system" (on their site this has the item code PMP-003) should be sufficient.

FWIW, I got the full set because I saw it wasn't significantly more expensive. Haven't touched the non-belt stuff yet!

Only barely 3 days in but this time things are much smoother. The pain and swelling are reduced compared to R1, especially around my loose Foreskin.

Aesthetically, I know things are still swollen but the result looks a lot cleaner. I’m actually excited to see how this plays out! I remember being so worried each day during R1.

Swelling is going down now. It's at about a 2/10.

There looks to be some buildup in the Foreskin and near Frenulum. I think there's some product here and I wasn't as diligent about massaging this part vs other parts because it was painful and I thought it was just lymph. Being 12 days out I doubt I'll be able to move stuff any more. Any suggestions?

Is the lump “firm” or “hard” if not my guess is that is lymphatic fluid/swelling. I had swelling there for a couple weeks afterwards too.

It’s a little bit of both. I think there’s definitely some fluid there. I was even able to manipulate some of the harder stuff away from the spot, going to keep trying that and see if we can get some results over the next couple of weeks.

If not, I guess I have a permanent flesh piercing lol

Is there a way to "break down" this material in the worst case so that it's not so grotesque? I am planning on a final touchup session.

They can do Kenalog to dissolve bigger bits if in fact there's significant material there.
Elsewhere I've read of a DMSO Hydrocortisone topical mix but I'd do docs with Kenalog before DIY

Aside from the minor bump, things are going along well. Swelling and pain has all but subsided and no nodules.

Two small nodules at entry sites. If this is anything like last time, these will become softer. And if not these look like easy candidates for a touchup Removal.

I’ve been taking measurements after waking to try to keep things consistent. At day 20, things are looking settled at: 5.875, 6.0625, 5.75 (neck, midshaft, base). Hit my target midshaft number of 15cm and more than happy with the distribution.

The buildup on the bottom of my shaft near the head still looks weird but easier to pass off now. Thankfully it’s just at the bottom.

Overall I am very pleased with the results and size.

Updated measurements. Nodules are still there but getting softer.

Pics which have the hand are twisting the penis to the right to correct for my natural penis rotation (torsion) or to prop it up.

Overall I'm pleased with the look...the buildup is not great but I can live with it. I think with the torsion corrected it's good. Maybe I will look into torsion correction.

For R1 my size was determined by Week 3 day 21, I think that is also what has happened here.

Week 4 (day 30) blues:

(neck, mid, base): 5.875, 5.9375, 5.6875

This is actually similar to what happened last time for me. Week 4-6 was a low point with things slowly getting back by around week 10-11.
