TOPIC: My HA Journey

So I've been debating if I should post or not but here it goes.

I started my HA journey around April 2023.

I had three sessions with a total of about 30cc...that's the total for all three sessions.

My starting stats were 7.5" NBPEL----8" BPEL and 5.5" MEG---6" BEG

My first session was with PhalloFILL in Dallas and my last two were with The Dallas Men's Clinic also in Dallas.

My last session was mid October 2023.

At my max I gained approximately 1" in Girth and none in length.

I'll make a series of post after this with some pics.

This is before I had any treatment in my natural state.

This is when I was at my max gain after my 3rd treatment.

I was approximately 6.5" mid Girth and 7" base Girth.

This is me now.

I'm approximately 6" mid Girth and 6" base Girth.

I've all but lost the HA in my base.

I apologize that I don't have a pic of my Flaccid pre-treatment.

I was very much a Grower before I had HA though.

I'd like to get PMMA now to make the gains more permanent.

I've posted about it already, basically I've made several appointments with Rejuvall and then Dr. Rupeka but ended up having to cancel both for different reasons.

I'll be making another appointment with Dr. Rupeka for January. Hopefully I'll be able to go to that one.

I only want to gain about an 1" maybe a bit more. Certainly not 2" or 3" though.

You got a very good aesthetic outcome from the HA. Did it feel soft at all? Also do you plan to dissolve the HA before getting PMMA with Rupeka or Rejuvall?

The best way I could describe how it feels, especially after the last session, is like an iron bar with a slight padding around it. Still extremely hard but with a slight cushion. My wife never complained about it.

I do not plan to dissolve the HA. Rejuvall recommends doing PMMA with an HA foundation already. They say that it yields better results.

Dr. Rupeka's told me that he has done many procedures on men that already had HA and never had an issue. I didn't speak to him directly about it though.

I did have a conversation with Avanti on here and they like to dissolve before. Their reason is they think it could cause issues.

It would be interesting to have a discussion between the providers on this and see what consensus is made. @Skeptical_One

Wow. I had 4 treatments (about 30ccs) and got zero results. I’m blown away and can’t believe I’m the only one. Treatments started in July and were spaced 3-4 weeks apart, Phallofil basically said I’m an anomaly and really didn’t have a solution rather than wear a ring. Am I the only one?

That seems impossible unless you basically instantly metabolize the filler . There’s no chance you could have 30 mls of HA and not see a difference unless your Cock is 15 inches long !

Nope not 15 inches Dear God. 6.5 and each treatment doc said he could feel the filler so obviously it’s in there but honestly I’ve gotten maybe .20 of an Inch if I’m lucky and most patients are well over 1 Inch with the volume I’ve done. I’m healthy and fit so maybe I do metabolize that filler quickly. Going for a second opinion in a couple weeks with Dr. Carney. We shall see.

My first treatment was with PhalloFILL.

I had a pleasant experience there but the filler I got from them initially gave a .5" gain but after maybe 2 months the gain went away. I was exactly where I started Girth wise though I could see that my Dick appeared thicker even though it wasn't. Kinda strange and not sure why that is.

I'm interested in getting HA done, I was going to ask if Dr. Rupeka could do it.

But your last HA procedure was more than a year ago. Actually after 18 months you should be back to normal Girth right?

What are your stats now after 18 months- does HA remain after 2 years?

I'd say that a certain portion last longer than 18 months. Depends on your body and how much use it gets.

What type of filler did you get?

I got Restylane the last two times and another HA brand the first time. I can't remember but whatever PhalloFILL uses was the first 8 that I got.
