TOPIC: Can two different products be used for round 1 and round 2

Hi I was schedule and but the 250 down to go to Mexico to get PMMA and thought I was set to go may 22...I didn't realize I need a passport to get back into the us and that can take up to 13 weeks+...I am not that far from Dr. Rupeka and I was wondering if I got some bellafil down there could I still go back and see Dr. Morales after I get my passport to get a round two of PMMA? I was just so ready n don't wanna stop the momentum I have about getting it done...I know I can be patient but I was actually on the fence about both since Dr. Rupeka is in Ohio but I like the sound of the up to 20 cc from the Avanti team and I know they have a decade of work behind them and I'm not sure how long Dr Rupeka has but it's a convenience thing for me being only a 1 hr and half away from the Ohio office... Just looking for some suggestions and answers to a unique question I think...

You'll need to ask Avanti Derma. My understanding is that they typically don't like to perform on people who have had prior procedures done (with other Clinics), but since it is PMMA, they may or may not make an exception. According to their 2023 Brochure, it says that if you have prior dermal filler procedures, you'll need to contact them to get the green light.

And yes, you'll want your Passport. It's not fun being put into what they call "Secondary" for hours on end, searching everything you have only to scold you for not having a Passport, and then letting you through only to have missed your flight. In other words, it's not the kind of logistical error I'd recommend risking.

If you can wait the 13+ weeks, I always recommend going with your initial commitment (which in your case is Avanti Derma). Obviously if this is something you can only do within a specific time frame because of lifestyle & logistics, then you'll want to look at local alternatives. Dr. Rupeka is a seasoned injector and there is also Dr. Nanda who is running a 10% Special for PhalloBoards members, with offices in Ohio as well -- so you do have options you can vet if it must be local/regional.

Ok I will look Dr. Nanda also n see what I come up with because local is starting to feel like the better and reasonable option for follow ups vs flying across the us too deal with corrections or issues....thanks @Skeptical_One for advise and help what ever I choose I will keep everyone updated

Same thing happened to me. But I was not going to anyone except Avanti. So, I paid extra $$ to get my passport expedited. I got it in 2 weeks, and headed to Avanti. 100% happy.

So I'm sorry I kind of disappeared so I decided to go with Dr. Nanda at jiva med spa... Even tho Dr. Rupeka was a lil closer the conversation and Q & A felt a lil inconsiderate for someone that asking you to work on your member you won't actually talk to him your talking to his assistant that'll tell her expect you did your own research shouldn't book until you know everything.... So since I didn't I didn't book it and call Dr. Nanda who called me him self with a consultation and answer anything I ask...

One reason why you wouldn’t want to use 2 different clinic for each round is because they have different approaches

For example DR.Shafer in ny injects fillers while penis is erected while Dr.Morales inject while Flaccid . While both PMMA the ingredients slightly differ.

I’m actually debating to go next month or wait to do my second round at Avanti

Idk how long ago this has been but how’s ya results (Erect) looking at this point? You satisfied? I’m thinking of booking w/ Nanda myself

New video + New Before & After Gallery from Dr. Nanda should be uploaded in total this week, really good stuff. The video itself actually shows how the procedure is done.

Oslo, in my case, Dr Shafer injected me when Flaccid, not Erect. In talking to him, I get the impression that is how he usually does it. Also, my first round with him was HA about a year and a half ago, and rounds 2 and 3 this summer were both Bellafill, so can confirm different fillers in consecutive rounds also seem ok with him. No complaints on the results from my end.

What are your post procedure Erect stats? Any before and after pics?

Thanks. These are helpful. Wish we had some Erect photos and measurements from patients to get a better idea of how far the syringes go in terms of Girth growth. But again, nonetheless, these photos and videos and helpful.

There is a reasonable sample size of photos (including erect) on this site from patients, and even those without photos will usually mention measurements and gains. This is especially noted in the Progress Report Section if you are willing to put in the time and read through many of them.

I was speaking specifically about Erect results and measurements from Dr Nanda and Jiva Med as they’re who I’m leaning towards, also Dr Rupeka but I’ve seen some pretty good Erect results through his practice in TruckerGuy. Just wish I had a bit more to go off with Dr Nanda at this point.

Ah got you! I'm not sure if you saw the update but he has a new video --> Click here, select the Video Tab, and look for the Video with the PhalloBoards Caption, not the other two YouTube Clips.

As well as an updated Photo Gallery here. Granted, neither involve erect shots and there may be good reason for that. The only way they can do that in-clinic would be to induce erection via injection, but they may ultimately feel that this is not necessary, and wrapping the unit immediately after is (as you'll see in the video). Most clinics are more concerned with post-op care than getting glamor shots of their patients lol.
