TOPIC: Avanti Derma PMMA Utmost Round 1 - 12.13.2022

After a few years of researching I finally decided that the Utmost package with Avanti Derma was the right product and doctor for me with Dr. Morales.

It's not everyday you get a bigger Dick, so I wanted to make the best of the trip and I flew first class into San Diego late last night on 12.12.22. Took a Lyft black to the Hampton Inn in Imperial Beach and got a good nights sleep. I then Grab breakfast in the AM and a pumpkin spiced latte from Starbucks next door. This morning I felt refreshed, rested and have been crushing water all day to stay hydrated. The Avanti shuttle picked me up exactly at 10 AM and it was a quick and easy drive to the Grand Hotel Tijuana. I checked into my room, King Executive, settled in and then toured the two towers that the hotel and AD reside in. Right at 11:30 AM I arrived on the 11th floor of tower 2 for my appointment.

The appointment was smooth and easy and everyone was very nice and pleasant. I made my way to a back room where I met Ian in person. Such a nice guy, very attentive. I filled out some paper work, Ian answered some questions, and gave me a Xanax (I was nervous about the procedure). Dr. Morales then came into the room and talked to me about the procedure and asked if I had any questions.

We then made our way to the procedure room. I changed into the hospital gown and booties, Ian took pictures of my shriveled unit (it was cold in there), then I hopped up on the reclining chair. Dr. Morales drew blood for the PRP injection later and was very pleasant. We then laid the chair back into a bed and began the procedure. They were very very thorough in scrubbing and cleaning the region, then as gently as she could applied the lidocaine. That part sucked a little bit but doesn't last long. They also rubbed a numbing cream topical all over my scrotum.

Dr. Morales then began the procedure of injecting the PMMA (Linnea Avanti). I had 13 cc's of 30% and 9 cc's of 10% for a total of 22 cc's injected. The feeling is awkward but never painful. I've never had my Dick fully numb before and that was what felt the most odd. I don't recall ever feeling pain at all and both Ian and Dr. Morales are very good about communicating everything they are doing as they go. Largely because I just didn't look. The lights in the ceiling are bright so they can have plenty of light to work, so I recommend sunglasses. Bring sunglasses, and maybe a phone and airpods if you want to listen to a Podcast or something. Otherwise, they have pleasant music playing.

After injecting the PMMA, Dr. Morales used HA in the corona of my glans, the PRP in my penis for advanced healing, botox in my penis shaft to prevent retraction and also botox in my scrotum to help reduce retraction in my scrotum. The Utmost is definitely FULL Service.

Upon completing the procedure, we took more "after" pictures, then Ian educated me on how to massage my penis while he did so. He then educated me on post procedure care from the meds to take and when, how to massage and when and for how long, how and when to stretch, and times on when I can get back to masturbating and sexual activity. He wrapped my penis and asked that I return at 4:30 PM later today.

I went to my room, got some rest and something to eat and then headed back at 4:30 PM. I met Ian and he unwrapped and cleaned my penis, then massaged it again and gave more context around post-procedure care. Then he put the weight ball for stretching on my penis and sent me on my way. I am going to meet Ian again tomorrow morning for the red laser and light procedure to help accelerate healing.

Currently, I have minor leaking and bleeding, but very little. Bruising is pretty intense and my penis is tender, but no more tender than a heavy session of vacuum pumping. All in all, the procedure is easy and the post condition is fine. My primary focus near term is on aesthetics post procedure so I'm constantly stretching and massaging every hour or two. Another recommendation I have is to purchase the PeniMaster Pro for penis stretching. It's extremely effective and surprisingly comfortable. I'm just going to sleep with it on tonight to avoid retraction at all.

I rounded out my evening by having a wonderful dinner at Emma's located in the hotel. It's a French inspired cuisine that is very good. I recommend making a reservation ahead of time, or grease the host with a 100 pesos. I started with the pear salad and martini, moved to the steak tar tar, and finished with the suckling pig and a bottle of Perrier Jouet. I didn't drink the whole bottle but corked it and brought it back to my room for mimosas in the AM. I then headed to the and took $500 in an hour from the poker players. Now, I'm in bed drafting this update and about to crash. More to come . . .

12 hours after round 1. Swelling definitely occurring. I can’t fit my penis in the hole of the PeniMaster device so I’m using the PeniMaster leg strap. Works really well for sleeping. Here are some pics of me Flaccid 12 hours post procedure.

Looks great man. It’s interesting how some people bruise more than others. I had little to no bruising from my first round. Not saying anything is wrong so please don’t think that. Happy healing!

For sure. Everyone is different in the bruising regard. I didn't think I'd bruise as much as I did, but I know it will all be gone in a few weeks, so I'm not worried. I'm more worried about symmetry and no nodules. So far so good. I retract alot historically so I'm super focused on constantly stretching and massaging. Hopefully it pays dividends.

They have really been so great! I feel so good about my decision to go with AD, and I appreciate all the candid posts on prior experiences. This is such a good board for this niche topic.

Morning after. Day 2. Got a first Erection taking a hot shower to massage. It was about a 70% Erection, so not fully hard yet. Soon enough.

Morning after. Day 2. Post hot shower massage. Some swelling and pretty extensive bruising, but not that uncomfortable. Pretty similar discomfort to an aggressive pumping session (except for the bruising). So far on day 2 I’m happy. I’m hopeful with consistent stretching and massaging I’ll avoid major lumps and nodules. If it happens, I’m already committed to round 2, so we can fix what needs fixing then I guess.

My experience with Dr Morales, Ian and Diana who does scheduling were all excellent as well. You’re doing an excellent job with your progress report so I have no doubt that your aftercare is excellent too. It will definitely pay dividends.

Met with Ian again this morning for after care. He massaged some areas to fill in small gaps forming. Said it’s looking very natural and product is still mobile to help shape. Said swelling is actually at a minimum and the gains are mostly products. He did note I seemed to bruise easily in my penis but it will be it should be gone in a few days to weeks. Also received a laser treatment and a light treatment to accelerate healing. Meeting again at 3pm today for another follow up. I love the attention to detail and post procedure follow up care. I highly advise staying for a few days if you can, just for all the post procedure care.

Met with Ian at 3pm today for another post procedure and massage. Super thorough. I’ll see him again in the AM.

Dinner at Emma’s again tonight. Salad, bone marrow, Chilean sea bass and lemon tart pie. So damn good and classy.

Day 3, morning Flaccid and morning wood. Shape is looking good and Girth feels amazing. Little to no swelling, bruising already improving. Did decompression chamber with oxygen yesterday in a shop in the lobby of the hotel.

Heading to see Ian one more time this morning, then flying home today. What a journey.

Day 4.

Holes are all healed and closed. Only real bruising remaining is around the circ scar and on the glans where HA was injected. Swelling has pretty much all gone away except some small swelling on left side by glans.

Erect Girth measurements this afternoon were 5.5" just below glans, 5.75" midshaft and 6" at base. Aesthetically, everything is shaping up and looking good. Erections are now rock hard again and I don't have any of the nodules I hear about. I'm still stretching all the time and massaging throughout the day.

I'm so stoked on the process and the results that I already booked round 2 for February! Deposit paid, flight booked, shuttle scheduled and hotel room booked. 8 weeks and a wake up!

Hey there! Congrats on an excellent procedure/ results. Thanks for sharing the journey and awesome that you got to meet up with another poster during your trip. Also glad to find someone who's posted about glans enhancement. Apologies if you already wrote this but how many cc's did you get of HA filler in the glans? Was it just around crown or in the head as well? Looks like it healed pretty good. I'm debating whether to go through with it, as I'm not sure how noticeable the results would be.
