TOPIC: Avanti Derma PMMA Results 12/05/22 (photos)

I'm scheduled, paid up and ready to go. In a mere 3 days, I'll be in Tijuana at Avanti Derma to get my procedure done. I bought the Signature package as it included the PRP which I'm interested in anyway. I know Avanti uses this for healing, but PRP can be injected into the penis 2 ways (Subcutaneous, intracavernosal) and one of these improves Erection quality, blood flow, etc. Avanti does both. I've lost 1/4" Girth mid shaft naturally and 1/2" length (due to glans not swelling as fat) due to my erections only being about 90% now at 37. I'm hoping the PRP shot helps me get this natural size back in addition to the PMMA gains.

Anyway, I fly in Monday. My procedure is at 3:30 PST so you all can expect post-op updates sometime later that night. My starting stats are as follows (also I'm a Grower now a shower so fluctuations in Flaccid can vary a lot).

BPEL: 6"
FL: 3.5 to 4"
FG: 3.75" to 4 1/4" (4" average)

EL: 5.5"
EG (behind glands) 4"
EG (midshaft) 4.5"
EG (base) 5" to 5.25"

My Cock is very symmetrical despite the large slop on the measurements. That's because my Girth differences really come from the bottom of my Cock and the pump that comes from that "big vein" underneath. It's really big at my base, but tapers quickly. Otherwise despite these measurement differences, the "width" of my Cock is about the same all the way down.

I know I'm going to go more than once. I'm hoping twice is enough. I've got a goal of 1.25" total gains. I could do that with two visits at roughly .6 each which seems reasonable, or I could luck out and recover my "lost" 1/4" and only need .5" between the two visits. Anything more or extra obviously will be happily accepted! But I really need to get my shaft near the glands over 5". I'm worried though, because my Circumcision cut is pretty far down my shaft. This is honestly my only concern for this entire procedure, is how good/bad the results will be above my c-line.

I arrive Monday (procedure same day) and am scheduled to leave Wednesday which gives me a day and a half of recovery with Ian. Depending on how it goes and what he says I may reschedule my flight to stay 3 full days for post care which puts me leaving Thursday/Friday. I already have the whole week off of work so we will see.

That’s pretty much the same amount of time I took the first time.

It’s really is surreal going through it all. Having before and after pics is so helpful. You get used to what you have and begin to think if you’ve made any progress. Then when you look back you’re shocked.

Starting was 6"EL and 5"EG
Three days post op, a lot of my swelling has gone down and am sitting at 6"EG midshaft
