TOPIC: PMMA Journey at Avanti (Beginning 5.16.2022) (Photos Inside)

After reading the forums here for some time now, I've decided to take the plunge and I'll be getting a PMMA procedure done next Monday. I'm both very excited and very nervous.

In terms of goals, I'm looking to (i) even out the shaft, as it's currently a baseball bat shape (narrowest at the base and thickest mid-top of the shaft), and (ii) increase the Girth overall to hopefully approach 6" Girth uniformly. While I know that imperfections are sometimes unavoidable, I'm attempting to limit those as much as possible by taking a more conservative route targeting multiple rounds rather than huge gains upfront.

Before taking the leap, I had to ask myself… why the hell am I even doing this? This seems to me like a pretty big risk, and I’m not delusional. I don’t think that a bigger Dick is the solution to life’s problems, or even to most problems concerning sex and women. Appreciate the words of encouragement. In the eleventh hour, I certainly have some nerves, but I'm excited to fly out in the morning for the procedure. After reading multiple threads posted from men going through their own journeys, I'm attempting to prepare as best I can for the head-trip that's about to occur. I'm going to keep reminding myself to trust the process, and follow the aftercare regiment religiously.

In regards to cc's and mix of 10%/30% concentrations, I'm going to leave that to the discretion of the the professionals. To reiterate, the focus is on minimizing imperfections rather than aiming for maximum size increases in round 1. I can do multiple rounds if need be, so I'd rather move slowly than try to get greedy upfront.

Just finished up with the session. Everything went very smoothly. The team at Avanti were very professional. So far, I'm happy with the result, but recognize this is just the start of the rollercoaster.

For photos, the first is a relaxed Flaccid hang just prior to the procedure. The second is immediately before wrapping it up in a bandage.

Second morning after the procedure and my Dick is SWOLLEN. Never in my life have I seen my Dick this big. From the circ scar up to the underside of the glans, it's puffed up like a frigatebird. Pretty sure that's just lymphatic swelling and will subside. There's been a lot of fluid escaping from the injection points, but it seems again like lymphatic drainage. I've been massaging religiously, but locating the filler with so much swelling has been a challenge. Whenever I get an Erection of 80%+ EQ, I'll start massaging like crazy, since that's the only time that I can really identify any voids or clumps. Once the swelling subsides, I'll post additional progress photos.

End of second day post-procedure:

Unfortunately, I didn't pack a measuring tape, but upon the suggestion of another user, I used a dollar bill as a proxy. At 80% EG, I was around 6" which is my desired end goal. It felt good, even though I expect to lose a lot of it when the swelling subsides, and the carrier fluid gets absorbed.

I'm finding that the swelling has begun to subside a bit, and that the bruising has become less severe. My Balls feel a bit swollen and have a thicker consistency at the moment. The base of the penis and suspensory ligament are sore. The discharge from the injection points have slowed down considerably, as last night, there was a ton of discharge throughout the night, and I ended up using all of the gauze strips that Ian had provided on my way out from the procedure. As the swelling has come down, I'm starting to see where the filler is placed, and continue to massage it to where it's needed. So far, I'm pleased with the result; however, there is a problem area towards the base of the shaft where the skin gets really tight, almost like an internal Cock ring, and it's very difficult to move product into that area. This may need to be addressed in subsequent rounds, but by the looks of it today, not too concerning.

Psychologically, I feel good. Apart from the nerves around "am I doing everything I can to make this perfect?" I'm really loving the result. I wasn't expecting how good it feels during an Erection to be "full." Maybe this is something that others with fillers understand already, but it's as though before the procedure, my Dick, even at 100% EQ, still had room within the internal anatomy to be larger. With the filler (and swelling) taking up that additional room, it feels like there's additional pressure within the shaft. As though the filler makes everything full and taught during an Erection. Either way, it's definitely a turn on. I'm really looking forward to christening the new Cock once everything has stabilized.

Any updates? I am thinking of going this route and wonder how recovery is going.

Recovery has been good. Traveling back to my home state now. So far, I’m very pleased with the results. I’ll do another recap post tomorrow.

Day 3 - Flew back home from TJ late last night, and it feels good to be home. It feels like the filler has mostly immobilized, but I'm still massaging religiously for good measure to maintain shape and try to minimize the risk of nodules forming. The swelling continues to go down, but there is still quite a bit of it. The neck of my penis still has the pouch above the circ scar where it inflated with swelling, and my ball-sack, though having come down a bit, is still about 50% larger than usual (down from about 100%). I'm measuring in at 6" Erect which is right on target for where I want to be. If I can hit just under that when the collagen production comes in, and meet that goal with a touch up session, I'll be very happy. In regards to aftercare, I have started taking collagen supplements and integrating two 20-minute red light therapy sessions a day at home using a BioMax red light therapy lamp from PlatinumLED to assist with recovery and collagen production.

Changes are starting to progress more slowly, so I'll likely slow down the frequency of my updates to mark changes in status going forward rather than general.

Now 5 days out from the procedure. Swelling has pretty much entirely subsided. I told my ex about the procedure since we're still close and talk quite a bit. She got curious and wanted to try it out, and let me say, it felt damned good to hear her comment about how big it was. She definitely orgasmed faster, though she got sore faster as well.

That said, there are some developments that have me mildly concerned, though I imagine these are things that will hopefully resolve themselves over time. (i) Soon after the procedure I felt quite a bit of discomfort around the base close to the suspensory ligament. Now that things are settling down, I feel a bit of the product migrated there. As a result, stretching downwards feels uncomfortable and tender. (ii) One of the sides of the shaft was pretty bruised and swollen post-procedure. The product accumulated there and now has become a bit of a mass. I'm not so concerned with the mass, but I can feel a sinewy hard-ish line forming that is sensitive to pressure when massaging. I imagine these will resolve themselves as things heal and collagen forms, but the sensitivity to pressure has me concerned. Still feeling pretty good about the results though.

Day 10 - The good news: Product has completely settled, and things are looking pretty good aesthetically. There's more product on one side where my penis was swollen post-op, but that seems fine to me. I have some nodules forming at the injection points, but they are so small that it's hardly concerning. Size has come down a bit, and I'm hoping collagen formation fills back in a good amount. Latest pics attached.

The bad news: As a result of my penis shape, there is some tight skin close to the base of the shaft. As a result, this squeezed some of the product down to the ventral side of the shaft and it's settled in a lump under/around the urethra, placing pressure on it while Erect. Right now, this only causes mild discomfort during sex/masturbation, and after longer sessions of sex or masturbation, there's a slight burning sensation while peeing that subsides after a couple of minutes. While this is definitely tolerable, I do worry that if collagen formation causes the lump to grow or harden, this could become a concern over time since it is positioned by the urethra.
