First of all, that is normal. Second, don't stop the flow. These are the areas product can collect and eventually form nodules. Continue to massage and push any excess product out. Mine didn't completely stop untill 48-60 hours after the procedure.

This is COMPLETELY normal, and entry points can take days for some to completely heal. DO NOT discourage the expulsion or flow of the fluids, if anything, continue to squeeze it periodically. Keep the area clean.
Because I didn't know this when I first had my injections, letting the thick fluid collect at the entry points assured I would get nodules once healed. The only time you need to be worried or get checked out is if your entry points don't heal and/or increase in size. These entry points can take as much as 3-4 days for some to heal completely.
I'm assuming you went to Avanti Derma? I'm a tad bit surprised this information wasn't imparted to you and I'll run it by them to be sure all their patients are given that important bit of information.

I got a tiny roller from AvantiDerma to press in at the entry points and basically push the PMMA away from the entry points. I guess i did it too little on 2 and feel small nodules there now after more than 14 days.

The PMMA carrier is a super viscous material. What you are seeing is most likely plasma and lymphatic fluids. Do not worry about that and keep the entry point clean.
