TOPIC: Coloplast saline testicle implants (size large)

Just had bilateral testicle implants inserted. Had pretty bad testicular atrophy after a few years on testosterone replacement therapy. They’re inserted in front of my natural testicles, so technically, I have 4 now.

Huge difference. They look great! How's healing going for you? I know it is early but how do they feel to you?

Looks awesome man! If someone were to grab your sack, would they feel 4 different testicles? Or is the implant kind of adhesive to the real ones?

there is a range of saline the manufacturer allows to be put into the implant. On the lower end, they’ll feel softer and more real. I told my doc to fill them to maximum size, so mine are a little on the firmer side than a normal testicle.

The incisions are healing a little slower than I’d like, but I masturbated 2 days after surgery and again today, so maybe that’s why

I too have been on testosterone for a very long tome and have the same problem with atrophy. I have always thought about this in the back of my mind, but my wife doesnt seem to care , so we shall see. haha.

you tried HCG ? it brought my plums back lovely after years of test use. bought a few vials and did a big shot first and then 500mcg 2 tines a week till vials was gone. helped mine now end. They recommend it for during trt to help keep testicle size but also works after your off or as you are coming off
