I don't think there will be. Certainly not through surgery anyway.

I'm skeptical about surgery too, but why do you think there will be nothing in relation to other future options?

So I was referring to comfort improvements in Hanging and stretching. One of the main reasons that guys stop when they're still in the early stages is that they find discomfort and pain that comes along with these exercises. If there were improvements to make it more comfortable, guys would last longer, thus growing in an easier and more comfortable way.

One of the things I like about the LG Hanger is that it uses your glans. The problem is that there's a lot of blistering involved, which certainly isn't good long-term. The bib Hanger looks pretty good, but it hangs from the shaft, which I really don't think is optimal, but I may be wrong. I'm curious about others' thoughts on the optimal Hanger.

Sounds just like a regular lengthening surgery. This doc just worded it different.

I have heard of the Flaccid increase (ligaments being cut), never the Erect increase. Therefore I am curious about this.
I have checked UK website sand they all only offer the suspensory ligament cuts which affect Flaccid length only. Am I wrong?

It's only Flaccid gain. This Doc is still saying the same thing as other's regarding using a stretching device after the lig cut. Personally I think using the device along with Hanging will do the job. If the price of the lig cut was to be reduced by half, then i myself would do it just for immediate Flaccid gain. Plus i think it will help with retraction. Don't quote me on that. It's a hit or miss.
