TOPIC: Erect Length Increase?

I have been researching a lot and it seems all the penile lengthening procedures and surgeries are only for Flaccid length, not Erect length.

The only one I found for Erect length is Dr E List's procedure, but this involves a surgical implementation of a silicon tube, which to me looks really risky.

Is there anything for Erect length that I overlooked? Or is manual exercises the only way?

Personally I'd put the time and effort into an extender. They do work.

But not for everyone. Also very slow and with low effectiveness. I myself doing PE for 3.5 years and gained only .5" maybe .75" at best.

That Elist procedure you mentioned is the only procedure garanteed to decrease Erect length

Would do Dr Giunta s lig cut if I could find good reviews on this board. He told me 1inch increase in EL. is very possible

This is Flaccid length only I think?

Yeah wasn't going to go for that.

I was looking into the fillers but these increase Girth. I wonder if Erect length increases too as a result of increased Girth?

True, everybody responds differently, and they do take a lot of effort, mainly in terms of the time you need to put in. They are however, the only PE method that I am aware of that have clinically been evaluated in terms of gains and safety.

I can vouch for exercises/stretchers. But everyone's goals are different. As you can see, someone can gain .5" - .75" in length and consider that not very effective.

I've had similar results, but a bit more, but I've been doing PE for the better part of a decade, and gained more, but not like 2" or anything. In my observation, there is a natural limit to what you can achieve with length.

Manual PE is free and effective for most (for length). Girth, different story. With stretching (manual or stretcher), it's generally safe as well, whereas lig cut or implant has a success rate and safety record that is...debatable.

I debated for months whether to get ligament cut. I'm glad I didn't . It seems if Erect length gains are non-existent..or maybe a quarter of an Inch with 6 hours of stretching for at least 6 months post op.Torsl waste of money in my opinion. Had 4 different surgeons that do phslloplsdty procedures to not do it. Waste of time, Gocus on Girth

Weight Hanging and an ADS. Shoot for 10 hours per week of Hanging and use the ADS as much as possible in between sessions. Above all, be careful. Measure Erect length after 3 months. Should gain at least 1/8" - 1/4".

I'm not getting surgery. I will use phallosan.

By ADS do you mean Phallosan Forte or Penismaster Pro? Would I get results by just using one of these devices at night time?

ADS = all day stretcher
There are many options out there. Basically, you want to look for something that will slightly stretch the penis and is comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time.
Consistency + time + stretch = gains

Using something at night can be risky since you will not be able to observe your penis while sleeping. You want to make sure that blood flow is not impaired, penis is cold, etc. If you wear a stretcher at night (which is generally not recommended) do so with extreme caution.
