You probably do still have some swelling present at this point, but that is completely normal.

Short update. Closing in on 3 weeks post-op. Things are going fine. I have more on the left side of the shaft as in a lump, but not to bad and completely acceptable for me. Not meassured yet due to vacation and not wanting to be on the rollercoaster I have read about swelling->low point-> collagen phase. Have a question to people that have done this. When did you see the final result? I have read a shit ton og progress reports, but this is not that much talked about.

It really depends on the individual. Some guys are done changing after a few weeks. Others can see gradual changes up to 6 months later. A lot has to do with how your body deals with trauma such as internal swelling which may not be apparent just by looking. It is also dependent on how quickly or efficiently your body produces collagen. The younger and/or healthier you are, the better chance of a good outcome and fast healing.

Thanks. I am 30 and my health is decent. Wound etc. Usually heals quickly for me. Can not say I am feeling the collagen itch.

Soon 4 weeks post-op. Have a tingeling sensation every now and then. Guess it is collagen formation. Can feel some irregularities also now. Will not meassure before after 6 weeks, but overall happy I did it, but need more rounds. My Foreskin problems have however scared me a bit and also others recent complications. Even considering a circumsision to be able to add more. If not it will need to tie the Foreskin forward or something

Closing in on 6 week mark. New problems with Foreskin. Had sex recently for first time and a lot of it since I wanted to test the new me and it has been a long while. Foreskin is now red and inflamed and I have clear discharge from the penis every now and then and feel tingling sensation from groin. I was stupid and had unprotected sex and think I might have got myself a STD. My Foreskin is tighter after PMMA so It probably took too much beating. My symptoms point towards balanitis and chlamydia . Abroad for work now, but will go to a doctor on saturday to check for STD and ask about my Foreskin. Also think Foreskin migh have been irritated by being pushed backwards during sex into harder PMMA area. Feel more and more certain I will not go for another round unless I have a circumsision before. Would love for things to settle down now. My Foreskin had healed and I took my time and then one night of sex and new issues occur. Anyone else that are not circumsised struggling with things like this?

Clear discharge screams std to me. I don't think pushing Foreskin into PMMA behind would do that. It hasn't for me.

Yes. She is a bit older than me and dating looking for a relationship. I know she has slept around a bit. I have had chlamydia before years ago and assume it is that. Will take a full check at the doctor this saturday. I think the Foreskin problems is balanitis since the symptoms are very similar. Altough I always clean well so might be some yeast shit from the same girl. Hope it is fixed in a couple of weeks. She did not notice anything, but seemed a bit more into it I felt. Might have been my imigination.
Me being very horny also helped. Sent me messages the morning after thanking for the night so can't have been that bad. I forced her hand down to touch my Dick to see if she felt anything, but no comments so not detectable. I will not tell the doc unless I am told it seems strange etc. Plan is to keep my mouth shut and hope they know how to solve it. Waiting till Saturday, IMHO, is too long. You do not want infection to get into the PMMA area. If you are in a country that a Pharmacy can sell antibiotics, I'd ask the Pharmacist and get some meds. Just a free suggestion from an engineer not a Dr...LOL
