She also works a lot with uncircumcised people here in Europe and two hours flight and one night at hotel makes it easier for more trips and slower/safer progress. After much thinking and researching I realised I had to take the chance. If I did not try I would either regret it forever or just doing this in 5 years time anyway. I have been thinking about something like this for years and researched for about 1,5 years so it is not a rash decision and I think with something like this it never should be. For guys thinking about this think well. I did not want to do this at all. Far from it, but at sub-average length and girth in lower ranges of normal I considered it a necessity. I did not want to risk being in a situation on my way to the hotel where the meter was triple the speed and having and argue with the driver and set of some random place. was 22 Euro and the driver waited for me at the airport with a sign with my name. He also spoke English. I stayed at Hotel Caesar. It is 20-25 minutes' walk from Dr. N clinic. It was ok, but if I go, again I will use hotel Atos 100m from the clinic. Southdub should be credited with this finding. Close by and good prices. I only stayed the nigh before and went home the same day as the procedure. On my way back to the airport Dr. N's assistant ordered a taxi for me and I asked for a fixed price. I paid a bit more than normally, but not much but really wanted to go home so no problems. Procedure:Arrived at the clinic ten minutes before my appointment 11:00 am. Clinic is nice and it was just Dr.N and here assistant. Both nice girls. I was a nerve wrack, never felt like it before. Total emotional rollercoaster with thousands of emotions and thoughts ranning trough my head. Fear, anxiety, relief over doing something with a difficult situation. Part of me wanted to just say that I am sorry and will pay for the appointment, but can not do it. Another part of me was thinking that if I do not attack it now I will never really feel well about myself and be comfortable with women. I also as mentioned knew I would most likely be back in a few years.
I got to the waiting room and it was one girl and two men there. Suddenly two more men arrived and I was wondering if all where there for PMMA. I had to wait 40 minutes to see Dr.N. It was very busy and that I consider a good thing. First we went trough my e-mail and that I wanted 15 ml at 10% of Metacrill. I had to sign a paper about Metacrill. It was in Czech so I did not understand anything, but was aware of this from other reports and just had to sign. Here English is not perfect, but she could answer my questions. She does speak Czech, German, Spanish and I also think she mentioned French.I had some quick questions:Can it migrate to the ballsack? No. No problem.Nerves sensitivity? No problem.What about foreskin. I am uncircumcised. No problem, Metacrill not placed there.All good, but it is a bit difficult when there is a language barrier. She also said she had 3 PMMA patients that day. One was there in the waiting room with me from Ireland. Are you on phalloboards? The last one arrived when I returned to the clinic after some post-op food and asked if they could order a taxi for me. Are you on phalloboards? She also had a men only day. Thinks she do it that way. The one girl was there because she could not come any other day. She then inspected my unit and took a photo. She said that due to size she would try 15, but might go only with 10. I considered this a good thing since she seem to think aesthetics. I then had some anesthetic ointment on my unit before being told I could have some food or what I preferred. I would need to wait 30-40 minutes before actual anesthesia. I then had anesthesia. It is like a normal shot, but having it done downstairs made me nervous. Dr. N tried to calm me down. It is like a regular shot and the most painful part of the entire procedure.After some time I got into Dr. N again to inject PMMA. I did not want to look so looked to the roof, but quite sure there was another anesthesia inside the penis? Can anyone confirm? No pain here. Then she injected Metacrill/PMMA. No pain here either. I did not want to watch, but she was showing me the percentage and ml on the bottles. One entry point and 9ish shots I think. Afterwards she wrapped it and showed me huge swelling of my foreskin. Like a balloon on the underside and one side so my lower penis do not hang straight. Not much to do now. This I was not mentally prepared for. I have read about it before from other uncircumcised guys, but it was worse than I imagined. I asked if it was PMMA and she said no it is due to anesthesia injection and should come down in 3 days. Very normal she said. I have attached photos and what worries me the most is that I can't get my foreskin to cover the glans since it is like a balloon of liquid/swelling. She said I should leave the bandage for minimum 48 hours preferably 72 hours. She showed me how to massage and it was very gentle 2 times per day from today. I will probably do it 4-5 times to do a combination of what she says and Dr.C. Will leave the wrap for 72 hours. Difficult to use esl40 due to foreskin swelling and the wrapping helps avoiding retraction togheter with the hang from the swelling. Would love to take it off for an inspection, but right now I think retraction would be the absolute worse. Not what I had planned, but I think chance of nodules and irreularities is much higher with retraction compared to massaging with wrapping. Was thinking of using ESL40, but due to swelling foreskin I have no retraction and I am afraid to aggravate the swelling so don't use it right now. Anyone else with swollen foreskin with tips/ideas?Will continue to update my report, but will not post stats of my penis as it is now. Makes no sense. I did not measure in the flaccid state before either since it varied so much. Was thinking I need to get an erection to inspect after the bandage is of, but think it will be difficult. One because lust for it is zero and secondly and more importantly I am so swollen on the foreskin it will hurt really bad and not sure if the blood will og that easy out. I got a semi-boner this night and woke up due to the pain of the pressure in that area. All in all 19 hours after I feel I had to do it. If it was not for the insane swelling of the foreskin I would have been more calm, but nervous for paraphimosis since it is impossible to get it over the glans. Hopefully it resolves in a couple of days. Any tips from guys been through this aspect and what to do not to do?
