Much better now- noticeably longer and thicker for sure. So far so good.. very happy. I would not hesitate or have a second thought to walk through a locker room or have someone see me naked now.

When I go back for round 2, I'll have Doc C update the above thread. I may also post my own pics.

I'm shy.. I let Ian take the pics and post it for the Doc, I felt like it was done by a medical doctor and it was better than be snapping pics with my phone.

So Brock, Dr.C used microdrops during your 1st procedure. Did you ask for this or did he recommend this? Do think it was beneficial? I imagine it would it world help even out the transition from midshaft to head. The corona to Circumcision scar preventing a ring effect. Did it cost extra with 1st procedure?

As seen in the diagram here, we used PMMA30% in the proximal and mid-proximal segments, then we transitioned to PMMA10% in the mid-distal segments and ended up with silicone micro drops in the distal segments (between the corona and the Circumcision scar).

Hey cargo. Both rounds- I had micro drops. That's a basic part of the procedure for him now.
"Did you ask for this or did he recommend this" - So I see the site is back up, and the first post I pop open is "i want to be freakzilla" or whatever the stupid thing said. I stopped reading after I saw (something like) "I don't care what Dr. C says, I know my body better" (paraphrasing, but that's what I took out of it anyway). In my opinion, this is a completely moronic train of thought.
Look.. Let him do what he does. He's done 2000+ of these. I didn't ask for anything- except for him to do what he thinks is right.
I think the drops are beneficial. Towards the top, under the glans- the PMMA can get all squirrelly (especially on me). It can move around and clump up in the circ scar area because the skin is so loose. Microdrops do not migrate. Yes, from my knowledge where he puts it is where it stays, so it'd great for smoothing out problem areas or under the glans.
This DOES NOT cost extra. It is included!

I second what Brock says about letting Dr. C do what he does. Any request we have should be done in a professional manner, as he is the professional at this, not us. He asked me what i hope to gain from this. All i told him was if possible id like to correct the baseball shape and everything else im leaving to his judgement because hes the professional and i trust him. He genuinely thanked me for that and also thanked me for doing the PRP because it makes his job easier. The point is, i put my trust in him, gave him free reign to do as he saw fit and the results thus far are fantastic.

Hey Nags!! I thought SO was telling us ALL to bugger off when we lost the site!! Glad this place is back up. I caught up on what you are going through. I feel real bad. This whole thing is a crap-shoot. Russian Roulette. I know I've said it like 10 times now, but I really am pulling for you-- you're a good one. Update on Round 2. It was Oct 3. So I'm 7 weeks post op. Some different things for sure.. I have some new theories as well.
One thing that I am really mad about. The sheet Dr. C gives you post op with all the CC amounts and % - I went through a move and I can't find it!!! Arghhh.. Best I can do, it was similar to round 1 (I'll post exact if it shoes up) but with a couple extra cc's of MD's on the 6th to smooth out an issue.

So first, I'd like to say - I am 100% sure Doc has nothing to do with this site, as he was asking why it was down and it was a really genuine conversation. So, put those theories to rest. Also I bumped into the infamous Wade- who happened to be visiting. Wade is doing something completely different so he isn't floating around on here like some conspiracy theories suggested. I think these thoughts were killed about a year or so ago, but I'd like to throw dirt on the coffin.
This guy.. really-- what a great guy. I can't say enough.

I walked in with 4.75 at the circ scar, 5.25 mid shaft, and 5.00 base up from a pre- PMMA of 4.5 exact from top to bottom (pretty aerodynamic looking peep I had, I must say). So I was mid shaft heavy and it looked odd.. odd may be strong.. it looked uneven, especially to me. A Flaccid issue, you could not tell Erect. The plan here was to go heavy on the base, and try to bring up the circ scar area without leaving lumps (first round left a tiny bit of product under the loose skin of the circ scar that you can feel if you pinch, Ian said I am susceptible to problems in that area for various reasons)
Doc C, Ian and Dr. Gonzales are pretty top notch. I left super impressed again. After my round 2, I swelled up like a balloon just like round 1. Doing something different, the next day they gave me a cortizone shot to subside the swelling. It worked very well. After the swelling went down, there was an issue.. I divot near the top left (looking down) on my unit. It looked like someone took a butter knife and just scooped out a little piece of my dong. I pushed and pushed and massaged, and the product just wouldn't go there. Wed, and thurs- still nothing. Friday (this is why, if you can, stay the week)- Doc was nice enough to hit the area with microdrops to try and fill the hole.
Fast forward to now- Erect, you cant see it, but flacid you still see the dent, but it is 50% better then before Doc filled it, I just need another fill.

But why? Why would the product not go here? I have a theory.
Round 2 was 15 weeks after round 1. Big change in size, trauma etc. That area feels tight. Like there is no room to stretch. I don't pump (I still wouldn't pump) and I didnt really stretch after week 5 or so. Anyway, my opinion is after you heal if you plan on a second round- stretch the shit out of your Dick. Use the ESL, use your hands to bend and massage hard. You need to loosen all that skin back out for round 2! I think a little more time between sessions is better too. Let your Dick heal. Especially if you are young you have time. Us old guys are in a rush.

Anyway.. I got a hard-on today no Cialis no PT-141 (I think my Round 1 stats were inflated as I was taking daily Cialis at the time for hang)
I'm still fluctuating a bit but the measurements I got were:
Top 5.25
Mid 5.5 plus a tick
Base 5.75

So you can see, right now, I have a better look, if your going to be bigger somewhere it should be the bottom, not the middle. Interesting, Round one he put a lot of product on top. This round he said he focused on the sides. His approach is for the aesthetics.

Last round I lost some size after week 10, but at week 7 I can see capillaries already working their way through the new size so I think that's a good sign. For those of you who don't know- you may loose a lot of the vascularity of your Dick post op. You may get some or even most of it back eventually.. I'm not sure about all though.

I'll give an update on size in another month or so. But I dont want to be measuring every day.. it's a jinx!

So, the question you will ask is "will you do another round?" Well I will absolutely do a smooth touch round and I want to fix the dent. As far as a size round?? The Doc says I may not be a good candidate for it- I need to heal and he will tell me. I'll listen to him. But I'm going to keep stretching and loosen up some skin just in case!

Hey Brock, glad you are doing well. From my experience - coming with different issues - it took me 5 rounds to smooth it all out and get it the right shape. It just takes what it takes, but I am really glad I didn't stop before I was really happy.

hey folks. 2 rounds in, and scheduled for #3 last week in March.

I wanted to tell you some DOWN SIDES to PMMA.. even if it goes 'well'.

This is in no way a reflection of Dr. C's work - it's just my results.

I had/have a loose circ scar, and now after two rounds my forskin is creeping back up my glans. So if a girl sees it, it's like "are you Circumcised, or not?!"
This can happen if the PMMA product gets in that area. So be aware. Massage DOWN towards the base no matter what after the procedure.

Also, because I have a Foreskin now, I have to clean it multiple times a day (like a real Foreskin I think) - because it starts to stink! For real!!

It does look real good Erect. However there is still extra skin and you can feel it 'flapping' when it goes in and out of a tight puss. Weird feeling. I'm hoping stretching and time alleviate this a bit.

Anyway- talked to doc and round 3 will just be filling out the base and fixing a crease. I'll keep ya'll posted. Glad this thing is back online.

I have that exact same result because I too had a loose Circumcision. The smell is bad and I have to wash before sex now. Didn't know uncircumcised guys had to deal with that. One benefit has been that now my glans have been covered, I have more sensitivity there. I do hate the pig in a blanket I have though.

Both you guys have a new Foreskin now? Does it just come over the rim of the glans or are we talking full on Foreskin? I'm assuming it is just that way while Flaccid and not Erect. Kind of like the Dick wants to turtle, but the PMMA won't let the skin scrunch up, so the glans just goes in.

I have the same issue. You can see I just posted about it the other day on my progress report. It never really bothered me much, but the other day I looked in the mirror and it just looked fake to me.

It looks perfectly fine when Erect though. I used to take Cialis pretty regularly and that would help with my Flaccid hang. I'm taking a little break from that though, so I might use an ADS to help with the Turtling.

Briceb!! Yeah new Foreskin! I'm surprised this wasn't a bigger topic before!! It comes over the rim and like 1/3 up.. Doc says I gotta be careful on round 3. He's going to go heavy on the base and light at the top. There is so much extra at the top now it looks top heavy anyway- although it really isnt. It just looks that way.
