I had a similar situation. I held onto a full Inch gain for about 8 or 9 weeks, then it dropped almost overnight to a more realistic .5". I ended up having a second round, and gained .25". I'm going back in October for a touch-up.

Not saying this will be your situation. Just illustrating how every unit is different. So be ready for anything.

I've been waiting for the floodgates to open Smok - about other results that started off strong and faded off a bit after the 2 month mark. I'm actually expecting it.

Hey Brock, curious to know if your gains stayed with you still. You must be close to 8-9 weeks. You went for #1 a week after me.

Hey Lydon!!! 7 weeks yesterday-- as of last night still clinging to the 5.5" mid shaft EG up from the original 4.5" !! Keep your fingers crossed I think these next few weeks are the big ones..
I am cutting out all the extra supplementation I was taking.. I hope it's not too soon.

I will start everything back up 2 weeks before round 2. Which will hopefully be before end of year.

That's amazing brock glad you had such good results. I could be wrong but you're definitely one of the top growers for round 1 that I've seen on here for a while

Hey Brock, glad you're progressing well. I remember you were considering Ellanse prior to going the PMMA route. Do you have any before and after pics of your procedure?

Thanks 93!! I'm not lucky at anything.. everything comes difficult to me, so I'm waiting for it to shrink down overnight or something.. but so far so good!! We are all pulling for you too bud. I don't think I've seen much over .75" for a round. Most guys are elated with .5" and to be honest, my expectations were even under that! So this whole thing has been an unexpected surprise.


Hey Chester- thanks man! I did consider Ellanse, but Dr. C discontinued it rather quickly - he prefers PMMA, he said it was a more even distribution, the results were more reliable. I weighed out going to be one of Dr. Oates first Ellanse patients in Australia or seeing Dr. C and be his 2000+ surgery with PMMA. PMMA won out after a lot of research and bothering guys on here, who were nothing but great to me. Is it weird I feel like I'm in a club now??

Thanks for your feedback, Brock. Not sure I agree with Dr. C about his beliefs of pmma over Ellanse, especially since he has no experience (documented cases of clients) with it, but I wish you continued success with your pmma round. Sounds very promising

Hey boys. Just a quick update.. 10.5 weeks post op and this week I'm down a bit. Overall EG is still up .75" a little depressing, but overall still a MAJOR win so far.
So a few things of note-- you can still change and you are still (I am anyway) healing 11 weeks out.
I stopped collagen supps, BPC-157, HGH, Anavar and EQ at about 8 weeks post op. Next round I'll plan for 10 post and starting 2 weeks pre-op. Expensive supplements.
Should have news on Round 2 in a couple months.

I wonder if the anavar was responsible for the high gain. I that's the case it may always go down once we're off.

We need life long anavar.

I'd be willing to pay more tax.
