TOPIC: FakeRulez Lengthening and Fat Pad Liposuction Experience w/ Dr. Giunta

So I had the lengthening and fat pad liposuction procedures done by Dr. Giunta on Tuesday, March 8. The day of the surgery everything went fine. Everyone was great! The day after the surgery, when I was flying home, unfortunately I turtled back up into the bandage they put around the penis. What's the problem with this? Well, you're not supposed to take it off for four days afterwards. I had to take it off right then, and then I had to improvise my own. Bad luck.

Right now, I'm a bit swollen, but I definitely hang lower than I used to and my penis isn't as engulfed by my suprapubic area as it used to be. One strange bit is the fact that I've always measured my Erection at 6" (and I measured lots of different times from various angles to make sure, seeing as how I was so small in the Flaccid stage, but I always came up with 6"). But Dr. Giunta's simulated Erection measurement was just 5". Has anyone else had such a discrepancy?

Right now, I can only do hand stretches and I'm only supposed to do them for thirty seconds every two hours. Mostly I'm just chilling out and waiting for the swelling to go down. Also, I ended up with a bit of muscle pain in my right leg. But I knew this was going to be a process. Like everyone else, though, I wish the process could go faster.

The times I've had simulated erections, I've always measured shorter. I think it's common as I know a couple of other guys who have said the same.

Thanks, hoddle10. I just wondered about that. In the meantime, I'm just healing up and waiting for when I can start using the stretcher.

Hey FakeRulez! How's it going? I have a question. How much Flaccid length did you gain immediately after the surgery?

Lexus27, I gained an Inch of Flaccid length (bone pressed). I was three and a half inches Flaccid and now I'm four and a half. The biggest change is that my fat pad can no longer engulf my shaft when Flaccid. Even though I'm currently dealing with some swelling, I'm still not as retracted as I was before the surgery.

Great man. I believe you can gain much more if you stay consistent.. Heal well bro.

Skeptical One, the swelling after the surgery takes a while to go down, so I can't really say yet. But I am healing up pretty nicely (no pain at all now). Like everyone else, I wish it would go faster so I could get to using the stretcher, but that's normal. You have to just wait. Jumping in too early would aggravate the post-op swelling. Luckily, on Wednesday I can start taking ibuprofen, so that should get the swelling down more.

I am glad I got the surgery, though. That fat pad made it so I didn't really even have a Flaccid stage. More like a vanished stage. And with that fat pad lipo and the stretching to come, I'm really optimistic about my future gains. One thing, though, I might have to give up coffee. It seems to shrivel the hell out of me.

I've heard that about coffee and cigarettes.

I continue to get better. I'm still stuck doing the hand stretches for now, though. Although the bruising is pretty much gone, I'm still swollen enough that I can't quite get the stretcher on. Speaking of the stretcher, it sure isn't idiot proof. I tried to put it on today (and, again, I think it's too early still for me), and I didn't find it to be simple. I might have to buy a different one if there are stretchers that are easier to use. I'd happily wear one while sleeping and in every waking moment I'm not in public, but I see some major frustration right now in using the one I have. I guess I should say I have the Helping Hand Extender.

Also, one of the problems I had after the surgery was a pulled groin muscle. I highly recommend that anyone having the surgery stretch their leg muscles beforehand. Whereas it's annoying waiting for the swelling to go down, that just requires patience. The pulled muscle really hurt, though. So stretch those legs, particularly your groin muscles, beforehand.

Do some people naturally have a thick fat-pad even with low body fat? Like if somebody gets sub 13%, would there still be a fat pad?

Does it have to do with body fat in general or just something a person can genetically have? What about getting in single digit BF?

Its hard for me to imagine anybody with single digit body fat to have much of a fat pad...but maybe I'm mistaken

I just tested at 6.5% BF last week and I still have a good .3 inches of fat pad on me still. This might sound ridiculous, but I was actually going to look into cool sculpting it. Not sure if its even possible in that area and or if it could potentially effect my PMMA.
