TOPIC: Round 2, added delt and bicep aumentation

Guys, I completed round two on wally yesterday. All's well, with some swelling and bruising as before. Sorry this will sound like bragging, just thought I'd share my experiences.

Dr. Casavantes mentioned several times yesterday that the first round was so symmetrical. That if he had thought of it, he would have asked to video it. During round two Dr. C mentioned he wished all penises he worked on had my skin and evenness.

Just saying, that the after care massaging is important. He asked three times if I was really and truely 55 years old, in that, I look 40 and have a penis of a 30 year old.

Can't wait to tell my wife.

Round one- 18 cc of 30% LS
Round two-12 cc of 30% LS

I also had my delt muscles injected with 140 cc (70 cc in each arm) yesterday and 80cc (40cc each arm) in my biceps today in a couple hours. Arms are sore, but not more than after a hard lifting workout. Noticable larger arms, but some may be due to swelling. Dr. C had his arms done, biceps, delts, and triceps. He said they take 4-6 months to grow, so the swelling will go down, then the growth occurs.

Dr. C and I talked for 30 minutes in his office about lots of life stuff. Then he left his office, with his wallet on his desk. I could see a large pack of bills and realized he must really trust me. Naturally I didn't touch it, just thought it was cool that he trusted me.

I shared about Dr. Ress's work with lengthening, and he is interested in finding out more. Also talked about Dr. Adam's in Canada and others. They won't have a good option on glans enhancements for the unforeseen future. Ill ask him again in a couple hours.

holy shit.. how much does 220cc of PMMA cost?

$25 per cc, so $2000 for the biceps, and $3500 for the delts. I added in scrotal relaxation and 2nd round for Wally.

They inject into the muscle, not a outer skin injection like with the penis. Arm is sore for a couple days then exercise can resume after 7 days.

wow PMMA must cost like $5 a cc wholesale. Makes me curious why they keep raising the cost of the penis procedure when margins are already astronomical.

When the prices were lower a few years ago with new plastic almost nobody went back the day after the injections for aftercare. Since they stopped using new plastic guys have had more complications so they go in the next day or two to have Wade massage them, and in some cases inject more filler, and Kenalog. I am sure this adds considerably to the overall cost since the patients are getting more time in the office.

Surprisingly results are worse in terms of aesthetics, complications, and volume gain vs 3 yrs ago. You would think the Dr would improve his technique ? Maybe he has however the old PMMA was clearly better suited for Phalloplasty and I am sure it would be Dr C's first choice if it was still in production.

The explanation was that linnea safe was just rebranded new plastic, but clearly this is not the case as even with the extra office time both metracril and linea safe patients experience a greater number of issues vs what we saw in 2010 and 2011.

I should also point out Dr Lemperle was working closely with Dr C and appeared to act unofficially as PMMA quality control advisor. This is noteworthy because I think Dr L holds the original patents for PMMA and probably knows more about it than anyone in the entire medical field. However as best I can tell he no longer appears to be connected with the practice.

If anyone has been in contact with Dr L though lately please chime in.

Linnea Safe is New Plastic, there is zero incentive for any party to bullshit this fact. Please stop stating things in a matter-of-fact way as it cheapens the discussion and spreads misinformation to lesser acquainted readers. If I was dead wrong and Linnea Safe was not New Plastic, it would be determined by lab tests, not the conjecture of a very bored PhalloBoards visitor. And you're now just sounding very misinformed about the 2nd day visits. It is now common knowledge that post-op care is the #1 factor in acquiring a successful PMMA outcome. Having a 2nd and even 3rd day visit has a lot more to do with ensuring a desirable outcome, not because of whether or not New Plastic was discontinued.

The reason there may be a perceived increase in issues from days of old is because we have that many more progress reports, as well as in increase in volume & concentration injected (they didn't use 30% in the past). It actually makes a lot of sense that there is a correlation between volume/concentration & aesthetic irregularity. What doesn't make sense is why you continue to post nonsense.

im not sure if i missed it, but what were your gains from the first round after it had settled down?

also let us know how the bicep and delts go. did he say how much gain you can get, like an Inch on your arm size?

I'm pretty swollen in my arms, so it's impossible to estimate the gains. AFTER a week of recovery, beginning a gradual exercise regime of the delts and biceps is needed, and the collagen builds exponentially at the PMMA locations, so it just assists (greatly) the size increases. The increases are expected after 3-6 months of progressive exercise. So in a week, I"ll be doing lots of curls and resistance exercises.

Dr. C had his biceps, delts and triceps done, and for a 62 year old guy, he looks great.

Dr. Casavantes birthday is today. He's 62 and said he has no plans on winding down AT ALL.

I am very curious about procedure, some beauty queen had PMMA injected into her bum in brazil and the PMMA stuck to the muscles, causing them to rot, she had big gapping holes in her butt and thighs. Does anyone know where there is more information about PMMA being injected into places other than penis and face, would love to chat with people who have had it in chest, arm, butt e.t.c and see if they have had, havent had complications.

I think it was the hydrogel, not the pmma... but I'm not sure.

(800 cc of hydrogel!) She also had pmma though...and you can't drain pmma so who knows. But hydrogel has a worse reputation.

Yes it was hydrogel i asked dr c about this case in one of ours email correspondence and this was his answer "we are very familiar with the brazilian patient mentioned in your link. She had PMMA implanted by my teacher, but the article don't mention that she also had another terrible substance known as hydrogel, implanted by somebody else.
Neither my teacher, nor me will use hydrogel (available in brands like BioAlcamid, AmazingGel, CosmoGel, Aquamid, and others); It is very well known that hydrogels cause the terrible reactions shoen in the patient.
Searching the internet is going to make you find this and more' Some stories are true, some are partially true, some are confusing and some are totally false. However, this and any other information that you may get, should be used to make your final judgement.
