Hello Im new in this forum i saw some pictures of the PMMA before and after why most of the pictures i have seen just below the glans there is no change? and also the glans to ? this is something that can be fixed? or its impossible to touch these areas with PMMA? its just look very weird and unnatural , sorry for my bad english

This is part of the PMMA outcome that can vary wildly from person to person. Some guys can maintain PMMA just below the glans while others do not.
