But maybe not, and if that is what he did, as the single full-Removal patient here we need to know that. I really hope he can get in contact with the dr's office and report back again.

I thought there was a mistranslation at first too based on the name (not racist just figured there was no way he could've said that), but that shouldn't be if it's doctor Herb Singh in Austin considering he went to MIT and Penn for medical school and sounds American as Tom Brady (see him here: , so I'm guessing Dark misunderstood the explanation of the procedure.

He 100% misunderstood. When cutting the PMMA out, Dr Singh would have tried to preserve as much dartos tissue as possible and wouldn't have removed the tunica.
Given Darkstaff was back to normal a few months after surgery, we know that is exactly what happened. If the tunica had been removed he'd have ED and Dr Singh would never have done that surgery! If the dartos layer was completely removed his shaft skin would attach the the penis, like a skin graft and wouldn't move.

Gelman mentioned something about the dartos being very important for lymph and that when you start getting PMMA in there and having it stick to the dartos, you get post-sex swelling and stuff like that... but i think most guys say that the post sex swelling stops after a while. I noticed it for 2-3 hours max. The Penis Pump does the same thing.

Re: My PMMA venture -- good, bad and the ugly
10 years 5 months ago #1291103001Sorry for the delay... haven't been thinking too much about my penis these days..
I don't remember exactly all the details when Herb removed a partial amount of my PMMA --- here is his web site urologyaustin.com/doctors/herb-singh-md/
It feels completely removed, but im sure there probably is a small amount still there.
Not sure what layer was removed, I remember Herb saying I had some massive scaring and he hard to remove something... sorry I wish I could be more detailed.
All I know is that I get great erections and my penis works great... even better than before I had the PMMA surgery... the base has about 0.25 more girth.
About 6 months after my surgery I had a number of weird complications than may or may not have been due to the PMMA ... had a simultaneous h.pylori stomach infection that resulted in AFIB ... both were cured... and the PMMA was taken out via deglove... and I'm doing great now... errections are wonderful.
Herb is the man.. amazing urlogist...
Hope that helps. If you need any other help, please email me or ask me... this board quite litterally saved my life a few years back, so if I can help in return ... it would be my pleasure.

I must be nuts. I keep thinking about getting PMMA to go from ~6-6.5 Girth to like 7 or more for that "wow factor" (though I've been leaning against it since I'm a good size) but this really opens my eyes. I guess if I were single this wouldn't be an issue but my wife is super duper duper tight. I get really raw from sex sometimes as it is. I've had this issue with a few women anyway... and I really really love rough sex. So... I think PMMA is not an option for me unless I ever become single and in which case I'll be limiting who I can sleep with without complications... which sounds not ideal!! Man... I wish I could say it's the final nail in the coffin though (for my consideration) but it definitely got me one step closer to saying "this isn't for me"

I feel when I am making love to a woman I am just not stretching her in any way and if they get super wet they find it hard to feel me. I have had some babe gf's and we have ended like they have betrayed me or something and I am not sure if it's in my head but I have always thought it was due to my Cock. My ex-wife even told me I had a small Cock. Should I go ahead with PMMA?
Any time a relationship/marriage is over, It is almost "NEVER" about small Cock...It is so much more complicated than that. Sure, the ex will use "small Dick" to hurt you because ALL women know it deeply hurts men's ego to no end.
You had women so wet that they could not feel you? did they tell you that? if they were so wet, it meat they were very excited by you, so it does not make sense, to me anyway.
Never make a decision about enlarging your Dick based on an emotional woman's comment OR based on your emotional state of mind. Do your search and be very careful. You may end up worse than before!!!

7 years 6 months ago #1307087996Dr Singh is the best Urologist ... I still recommend him. In 2016 I was diagnosed with Prostate cancer at the early age of 44 ... I had my prostate removed by an elite Dr in NYC ... I told him about the PMMA... and after the procedure, he told me that I had PMMA in my lymph nodes that he extracted. I have perm. ED now ... and even with removing my prostate, the cancer came back, so I went through 70.5 Gy or radation and I had 9 months of Lupton (hormone) therapy...
Still have a small bump (scar tissue) reminder on the base of my penis, and some scaring around the base ...
Would I do PMMA again?
hell no.
Hope everyone does their research before jumping into PMMA
