- Some were right after unwrapping so there are marks from the gauze, fyi
- The last two are with a lighter and an iPhone 5 for perspective. The phone is barely visible haha

Okay here's the deal. I'm going back and forth on starting to be unhappy with the aesthetic result versus having the patience to see how it turns out before judging.
1. I've got a band where apparently the skin is tighter mid shaft and the PMMA didn't want to stay there in round one. So after round one some times it would look a little strange soft. Shake it for just a second and it looked a lot better. This is one of the main things I wanted to address on round 2 and I was assured they could correct it.
Now as the swelling goes down I can see it looks similar. I can't tell if I'm going to have a similar outcome OR if the PMMA in that are that was just added for round 2 just needs time for collagen to build up and make things even. Thoughts / opinions / theories on that? I'm really over thinking this so any feedback would be great.
2. This is minor, there seems to still be a slight ridge towards the glans in the center. It feels like maybe 2/3 of it was removed but it feels like there is still some there. This brings up an interesting point...sometimes its hard to tell if an imperfection is 'new' PMMA and can be manipulated versus old. This isn't a big deal. If everything else turns out fine I'd just live with this I think.
3. Okay this is a weird one. About a week before round 2 I developed a lump on the right side. It felt more like a zit that hadn't surfaced than anything else. I had recently shaved and thought maybe it was an ingrown hair or something. I hoped it would be gone by my appointment and it just about was I think. Now it is more pronounced. So not sure if this is some PMMA related bump or if an ingrown or possibly infected hair got trapped and can't get out...is that even possible lol?
So those are the three imperfections that I notice other than swelling. I'll be contacting Wade for his thoughts too.
I should say that on the good side, I do like the additional size. It's perfect if I can work out the imperfections. It is also perfectly functional which is obviously the most important thing. When Erect the imperfections are hard to notice aside from the swelling that should go away soon.
Thanks for any feedback.

Wade suggested I do this for some ridges I had. I would do this also for the ridge. If you read my recent post on my after care you can see one of the techniques I tried.
Wade of course will have suggestions, but again you're racing against time.

I've been using a good amount of pressure...actually scared because I don't want to push too hard (is that possible?). But if I can cause no harm from pressing even harder I'll try anything to improve it.
For the ridge, it is leftover from round 1 I think...most of it was addressed but some remains...not sure if pressing will help anything where the PMMA is 'old'...not sure if it can be manipulated once its been in that long.
How do you know the limit for the pressure that you use? I'm pretty much pressing straight through until I feel my palm on the other side.

Round 2 was 19 CCs of 10%. No 30% was used for my second round.

I just wanted to update my journal. Long term results information is even more important than short term IMO.
It's been over a year since round one and about 10 months since round two. Still very happy with it. Any issues mentioned previously in this thread have completely resolve themselves except for small aesthetic imperfections in the same ring area as before. Even that is much better than in the old photos previously posted. When Erect it is barely noticeable. I'll try to post a set of final pics soon. That's it...not a single additional complaint. No regrets! That one flaw is nothing compared to the benefit. I'm happier and more secure in all aspects of life as a result of the procedure.
I'm on the fence about getting the final aesthetic touch up...I'd hate for anything to not go well because I'm pretty satisfied now. But I would like it to look just a bit more natural when not Erect and I think Dr C could easily take care of it in one last session. I'll probably have it done if/when I happen to be somewhere near San Diego...I don't think I'll make a special trip for it.
Final Girth after the second round just a hair under 6" EG...if its been a few days since sex its 6. Totally happy with that
