TOPIC: carljohnson's PMMA Progress Report

Sorry for not updating...I've been away from home for a long time. I'm back now and things are back to normal.

Things are still good, no major side effects to report. I'm going back at the end of May. Still not certain if this will be a conservative round 2 or just an aesthetic touch up. I wouldn't mind one more round but my wife is very concerned it would be too much for her. Ultimately what she decides goes when it comes to this decision. Either way I've got a ridge around the glans that I'd like improved (not noticeable visually, but you can feel it) and a few areas that need a little more PMMA to even it out. I'll remeasure before I go in for round two to see the final stats from round 1 and I'll post updates after if this is beneficial for anyone.

How noticeable is the ridge? Do you need to try to feel it or is it obvious?

Just by looking you can't tell, you have to feel it. But if you know what you're looking for its pretty obvious. No way it would go undetected on a blow job.

I am always curious when people say they can feel a ridge or texture, firmness, etc. Does it feel that obvious that there is something there that shouldn't be or could it be played off as "that's just how my Dick is."

I think as it is now you would have a difficult time pulling off the "that's just how my Dick is." I'm confident after the next round any remaining irregularities will be minimal enough that you could use that excuse.

Also I think it depends on the woman and circumstances. If she is a nurse or knows a lot she might be more suspicious. If she is typical she probably wont question your answer about anything Dick related since the man clearly is the expert in that conversation.

For me, since I'm married it doesn't matter...no strangers giving me BJs so nothing to worry about. For someone dating I still don't think it is a huge deal...if someone started asking I'd just say 'so do you wanna fuck or what?' Once she feels it inside her she isn't going to be concerned with a slight aesthetic imperfection.

Just for arguments sake (this isn't the case) frankly, if Dr C looks at it and says there is nothing we can do I'm still happier now than I was before by far. I just want that to be clear to anyone following along. But I've already been assured by reading others with similar results and by his office directly that this is not a concern and will be addressed.

As far as me wanting to go larger and the wife being scared that it will be too big...does anyone have any thoughts or advice on that? Any ideas for convincing her that one more round wont be too big? Or do you guys think I shouldn't push it and just get a touch up and be done?

I know women can handle a lot more than we give them credit for...then again who am I to tell her what will feel good to her?

I would say just go for the touch up. I'm sure you want to be able to please her, and not end up causing damage as some other members have shared. Thing is, you can always go back to get bigger in a year or two or more. Why don't you stay about the size you are now, and enjoy the nice change, then when your ready to spice things up in the future again, after she has become accustomed to the new size, then upgrade again, and perhaps again after that. Keeps her happy, and also gives you something to look forward to.

So what I am hearing from you, is what I have read from some others. Basically after round 1 there are going to be at least some slight imperfections and palpability issues, but a second cover-up round will take care of these.

I definitely would want the outcome to be as stealth as possible, given that I am not married and don't want a "something's not right here" feeling when a woman touches it.

Yep, still 5.5. I'm going for my next appointment a week from today (anyone else going to be there the same day?). My wife wants no more Girth, just a touch up. I'm going to respect her wishes even though I'd like one more round of Girth and I think she'd be fine with 5.75 or 6".

A question for anyone who has had at least two rounds...

After the first round there was a noticeable improvement in Flaccid length as many patients have reported. Is there an additional increase in Flaccid length in subsequent rounds? It would seem possible since there is more weight pulling on the penis and since there is more PMMA further preventing it from retraction. Can anyone with first hand experience please comment if Flaccid length improves on each round or if it is primarily a round one only thing? Just curious, thanks.

I've had 3 rounds. No noticeable Flaccid gain after R1 for me. YMMV

Your pics are very reassuring to me. I had my procedure done last Thursday and my penis still looks messed up and swollen. I was concerned that I somehow screwed it up but your pics are making me feel better.

How long for you was it before all or almost all of the swelling was gone? When can I expect my penis to look more normal looking while Flaccid?

No Flaccid gain for me either. That all came from the lig cut and lots of stretching and Hanging.

I think it depends if you are a shower or a Grower. I am a Grower and the PMMA had helped my Flaccid some what. But, when it is cold and there is no sexual stimulus, then it does reratct more but not as much as before PMMA. On my last round which was 30%, I did notice a slight increase in Flaccid just due to the extra weight and size of the material injected....
