While some women may prefer a larger unit, they do so with their own anatomy in mind...or sometimes they don't. Fortunately, the vagina can adjust in time. I'm not sure how much attention you pay to foreplay, but you may want to spend more time getting her aroused before actually proceeding with intercourse. Kissing, cunnilingus, maybe even small toys/vibrators to get her more "receptive." Then when you have gotten this far, ease in with your unit to allow her to accommodate it, don't try to just "bang away" right away.

I already do all of that. Unfortunately I am starting to suspect that maybe she just enjoys having the power/knowledge of my insecurities and takes advantage of them to keep my self esteem suppressed. Last night for instance, she saw me walk through the bedroom in my underwear and commented on how "amazing my bulging package looked". A lasting, loving relationship desperately relies on open honesty & communication. You need to reveal to her how you feel. About her attitude and your growing sentiments. About it all. And bring it up over some dinner, or somewhere where the mood is calm & cordial. Don't get defensive or accusatory, even if she does. You have to get to the bottom of this and make amends before the strains become overbearing. I personally doubt it has anything to do with size at all. But only you can figure this out. Good luck.

I'm sorry to hear that your wife is having difficulties adapting to the new Girth. My advise to you is be very patient with her, it may take some time for her to adjust.

I believe I mentioned to you a few pages back that I was in that same situation so I understand what you might be going through. You should know that several other members have reported similar issues post enlargement. Maybe we should start a support thread?

I won't insult you by offering kindergarten-level advice about how to arouse women. IIRC you posted in my PR that you have been with over 100 women so you clearly know your way around their bodies. I will say that what was helpful to me was to talk with my SO about exactly what she was experiencing. I found out that even when she was fully aroused and wet, the sex was great and she had orgasms she was getting micro tears which made it painful just to pee for a day or two. That and other things she said put things into perspective for me. My concern, understanding and light hearted handling of the situation paid big dividends in other ways.

First off, thank you very much SO and eqstudent for the kind words and support and I agree that a support thread for this particular issue may be in order. Now back to the issue at hand. I have concluded that women are full of shit. I know this for sure...........at least in one case lol. She took some organic women's libido pills yesterday and when I got home from work last night and she immediately jumped me. After that I went to the gym and had a workout. When I got home she jumped in the shower with me and we did it again. By the way I do not recommend sex, gym, sex. I was so exhausted that I was literally miserable and felt sick for the rest of the evening. That was far too much testosterone depletion for such a short time frame. Back to the point, she said nothing of pain or stretching or any of the crap that she has been complaining about in recent days and this was with no warm up!!!. I can't help but conclude that she was just lying about me being too big because she simply wasn't in the mood. I explained to her last night that after 3 decades of life I would have assumed (incorrectly) that we are grown up enough to just speak our minds. If your not in the mood just say it. That is perfectly acceptable and only a total Dick (no pun intended) would not respect that, but lying and saying I am too big now just hits my self esteem and plants seeds of doubt and insecurity in my mind. Anyway enough ranting for now. I hope I am not driving you guys nuts with all of my bitching, but oddly enough I find venting my frustrations to a computer to be therapeutic. In conclusion our problem seems to have resolved itself for the moment.

Hi...new to the site and Ive been following your thread for some time. I have some questions: Do you still have problems getting erections w/out your wife or porn? How is the sensation compared to pre op currently? Do you get morning wood? Still experiencing pain? I'm really considering having the surgery within the next 3-5 yrs(currently 24) having only been "blessed" with 4.4-4.5 Girth and 5.9-6.2 length. I'm a pretty good looking guy...girls always tell me I look like a model... it's like a cruel joke I've been subjected to with good looks and no Girth. Keep on posting!

Here are the pictures as Hoddle requested. As you can see I have a gap on the left side mid shaft that needs to be filled in order to make my unit look symmetrical. I am still measuring the same as at the bottom of this post. I cannot get the ridge to show up on an iphone pic and I dont have the USB cord to my camera so until I can get that problem resolved these are all that I have. The other is just a pic of my upper body. Still have a lot of chunk to lose around the mid section and a lot of muscle mass to gain, but the remnants of the old me are starting to show through in the pic lol. I am back in the gym for 2 months after a 2 year break. Its slow starting, but By the time I get finished with my tool I want to be back to 215 lbs @ 7-8% body fat. I am currently 195 lbs at 16-17% body fat.

Consideringsurgery, Your stats are not at all small. You are perfectly normal. I would advise seeking other means to resolve your issues of inadequacy first. Do not jump into a procedure. Take the time and do your homework. Speak to a psychologist about your issues and try to resolve them. If you exhaust every option and still feel like it is something that you have to do then you are probably a good candidate for PE. At that point you will still be taking a risk as the rest of us have, but if it doesn't go your way you will at least have the comfort of knowing that you exhausted all other options and didn't make an impulsive decision that negatively affected your life forever. To answer your questions I have perfectly normal sensation, I have never been good at getting aroused without assistance. I needed a woman or porn before and now. I do still get morning wood and only experience pain at the ridge or if I pinch the spot where the pmma stops just before the glans. I think it is a great idea that you are planning to wait 3-5 years. That is very responsible of you. At that point there will be much more data on the long term effects of this procedure.

A lot of it stems from my upbringing and some cruel women I've encountered along the way. But in all honesty, 4.4 Girth is small and maybe they're just being real. I've been experimenting on and off with pe for about a year. I have a bathmate, vac Hanger system and have jelqued . The bathmate tends to make things smaller over time and really poorly affects my eq (even with a 5 minute session). Jelqing seems to work but I really have to watch my reps. Sometimes it feels like Jelqing just causes swelling instead of real gains but I haven't stuck with it for longer than 2 months bc it has affected morning wood and sensitivity. I have started back with a very simple 150 jelqs every other day with warm up and warm down. The Hanger seems to work but it really doesn't help Girth accept base Girth for me. I'm fine with my length...all I'd like is Girth. I will continue to experiment with the two methods that seem to work for me, but surgery seems a very feasible route. Congrats, notsureyet. So far looks like a success story to me. If it were me I could deal with not looking symmetrical. When I do long pumping sessions my unit has a similar look when Flaccid from body fluids collecting at certain areas like under the bottom near my head gland. But, like you its not noticeable when Erect. But, I am concerned about this pain your feeling in the ridge. What makes you think it could be resolved in Rd 2? Did Dr.C present a plan to deal with that?

Man, I'm really tempted to go for Rd1 ASAP even though its against all logic to take the risk as I'm pretty average & its been working fine for the woman in my life. But, my issues are like yours, its not really about pleasing woman. Its about me & wanting to be some ideal macho image in my head. I feel like psychologically it would give me that little extra push & make me a little bit more positive & outgoing. & so, the next time my GF says "Hey for kicks let's go to a nude beach in Jamaica" or go for a "skinny dip".
