TOPIC: New here and strongly considering pmma

Thanks for the advice astroboy. I am going to see if my Dr. will write a Cialis prescription. That seems to like a pretty sound theory and a good idea. Any thoughts on pumping? I wonder if it will damage or inhibit collagen formation? Has anyone done any pumping with PMMA?

Also I apologize to all of you guys for not posting measurements. I have been insanely busy at work and haven't remembered to buy another tape or take the time to do it. I will get it done this week.

Today is day 21 post op. I finally have measurements. I think these will be pretty accurate as my Dick is very firm and I am pretty positive that there is no swelling at this point.

BFG 5.75"
MSFG 5.5"
FG behind glans 5.75"
EL 5.5"
BPEL 6.25"
BEG 6.5"
MSEG 5.75"
EG behind glans 6.0"

I am not sure, but this has to be some sort of record lol! I have gained 1.25" in Erect Girth and 1.75" in Flaccid Girth from 1 round. Obviously I am thrilled to have a huge Dick. The only downside is that My skin mid shaft is very tight now and there is still plenty of room to grow at the base and behind the glans. This makes me a little nervous for round 2. I do not want to be any bigger. I just want to bring my mid shaft Girth up to 6.25" so it tapers from the base at 6.5" to behind the glans at 6.0" even. I absolutely do not want to end up making it bigger at the glans and have no additional Girth mid shaft. Round 2 is just going to be for filling in mid shaft and breaking up the ridge at the left side of the base. If you guys have any suggestions on how I could loosen the skin mid shaft I am all ears. If I get any bigger behind the glans it will be very bad as I am now at the limits of what my wife can take and it will keep me from getting laid if I get any bigger. I will admit it feels great to stretch her to the point of it hurting a little, especially after her previous comments, but I don't wanna screw myself here. She already can't take it unless I spend a lot of time warming her up. I am thinking that maybe after round 2 I should wrap the area from the circ scar to the glans and leave the mid shaft unwrapped. The thought is that by squeezing the end I will force the PMMA to stay in the middle. Once again any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.

I think 2 things caused this. You got a huge amount for an average size penis. 24cc is a lot of PMMA for a 6.25" long penis. A lot of the longer guys haven't had that. My friend Mikehok got 14cc, with a penis just under 7". The second thing is that you have a low cut circ. This means your skin will be so much more flexible. The only guy I remember getting gains like yours was BigBizo and he was a pumper, who as a result had really loose skin.

I've said a few posts back that low cut, loose circs should be mandatory. This obviously isn't going to happen, but I'd highly recommend guys consider this before PMMA. I'm sure I read it's what Dr C recommends and I know I read there is a Brazilian clinic that insists upon it.

You can do it easily with DMSO and pumping, but unfortunately not with PMMA inside.

But it will loosen in the coming months anyway. It's just the same as with breast implants. Initially the skin if very tight, but it gradually starts to give.

What will happen if I pump? What is DMSO?

Pumping will stretch the skin and the DMSO will make this quicker. However you can't use DMSO as it could carry an infection into your PMMA, also it might soften it or even break the collagen down to the point the beads could migrate.

Just to put in perspective how much PMMA you got compared to others I've compared you with one of our biggest members, MessageMan.

MM's pre PMMA stats we 8.25 by 6.25.

Yours were 6.25 by 4.75

So the surface area of MM's was 51.5 and your 29.6.

Yet despite him having an extra 70% surface area, he actually received 5 cc's less PMMA.

Awesome results notsureyet82, congrats! I have been a long time pumper so, I have the extra skin, hoping to get the same gains. Did you get the 30% in the midsection & 10% near glands? How is it doing in the Flaccid cold Turtling state, are you noticing much less retraction? Also, does the PMMA move around with the skin or feels like "thick" skin when totally Flaccid ?

You may still face some issues even with extra skin, as the pink inner skin is still there.

I've just checked BigBizo's results as the old forum. He had so much extra skin from pumping that it looked as if he wasn't Circumcised. As a result, in the hours after the procedure his Flaccid went from 4" to 6.75" and his Erect from 4.75" to 7".

His starting stats were the same as notsureyet's, at 6.25 x 4.75. After 2 months his Girth has settled at 5.9". He had 20cc injected.

We can see from the "ring" phenomenon that PMMA just doesn't settle or the tissue doesn't expand under tight skin. So it makes sense that those with looser skin will gain more. Also a lot of people report big gains at the very base, where there may be no skin resistance at all. I seriously doubt Dr C just puts more into the base for the hell of it. I suspect the PMMA just expands easier there. It's probably worth asking him if he does inject more at the base.

I got the 30% in the shaft and the 10% from the circ scar to the glans. I don't really retract anymore. The shortest it ever gets is about 4". I can definitely feel the PMMA when Flaccid. It looks normal but is obvious to me when squeezed. My Dick was extremely soft pre op, now it feels thick or dense. When I am Erect it feels completely natural except for the ridge in my fat pad of course.

What do you think of the idea, for round 2, to wrap from the circ scar to the glans and wrap the base, but leave the middle unwrapped to force the PMMA to stay in the mid shaft area until it sticks? Also if I am not mistaken, Wade and Dr.C said I had the 2nd most volume that they had used to date and the one who had more was 7.5" long. I wish I had pumped more than 4 times in my life before round 1. If the mid shaft skin were looser I might not have even had to have a round 2.
